Worst experience ever, I'm supposed to get my refund on Nov 15th I went back 10 days later and asked for it and no one were helpful. The shift supervisor Rio has no clue or was unable to understand what I was talking about. This is the worst experience I've had so far

I asked for a cup of water and lady that works there told me in a very rude tone that the next time I need to order first. I was really thirsty and just needed a glass of water before making my mind. I am not sure why they think it’s appropriate between customer/barista. Gonna avoid this Starbucks in the future (Park Royal, West Vancouver). After that I order tea and they forgot about it and were just laughing and talking in their own language. My first language isn’t English either but it’s unacceptable on the working place.

I had today really bad experience with Starbucks at Park Royal (West Vancouver) location.
First of all, I waited for it coffee for 20 minutes, and then the barista made a tall cappuccino only half of a cup with a lot of foam. When I ask to make me another one full cup - he said that it suppose to be like this, previous my visit another barista made normal cappuccino, normal size.
And in the and taste of coffee is really bad, has a metal taste.

The slowest and poorly run Starbucks ever! Got my short regular coffee right away and waited 15 minutes for a Americano with oat milk. My coffee by this time was cold. They need to work at the the Starbucks at the airport. I have to stop going there.

Clearly a very busy Starbucks, but the staff do a good job of keeping up. However the store does need to be swept/cleaned pretty bad. Val was our cashier and they were a great ray of sunshine in the store.

Not experienced staff, this is my second time to experience bad service otherwise I wouldn’t have posted this review.
Firstly it took them more than 20min to make a drink. I can still deal with it, but the drink was pathetic, they can’t make a simple caramel ribbon crunch. On top of it, it was filled 3/4th cup. After paying $7.80 you get horrible drink.

This place need skilled and experienced staff.

I came in this store to grab coffee recently and it was definitely very disappointing. I don't doubt that new baristas were just undertrained with no support at all from their store manager. They don't care how many people are waiting in line, but keep talking to each other and laughing. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful as well. The manager should be in charge of training them properly, otherwise they will lose all their regulars/returning customers in the end. No wonder why this store has received so MANY negative reviews in such a short period of time. I would avoid this Starbucks at all cost.

I was being Ignored while being there. Stood in-line then had the people behind me get served before I did. When I waited for my turn with 3 workers there they all walked away from register.

I witnessed a barista being very rude to a family of four. The family was very patient with the barista even if their order was incorrect more than two times and letting the barista know that they wanted something different. The barista was extremely rude to these guests, snapping her fingers at them in a snarky way, tossing sugar packets across the counter curtly, and being condescending because they had an accent that she was having trouble understanding. It is extremely unprofessional and, frankly, disrespectful to treat customers who are just trying to have a nice evening. I was not able to get the barista's name but it was a woman with wavy, black hair and looked South/Southeast Asian.

I went in for a nice refreshing coffee to prepare myself for a full 8hr day at work. Instead, I was greeted by indifference and smug. There was no communication whatsoever from myself and the cashier as she had her back turned toward me and flat out ignored me right when I walked in. When I tried to order a Venti Cold Brew with Oat Milk, the barista rolled her eyes at me and dismissed me to wait for my drink. As I was watching, she barely made the drink right and messed with all the ratios of the order. Instead of making my drink, she gave me a Grande Iced Coffee (NOT Cold Brew), WITH NORMAL MILK. I confirmed to her that it was indeed oat milk and she said confirmed with a harsh tone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and drank my coffee at work. After a solid 2 hours, I knew she LIED. I literally had to go home and tend to myself because I physically couldn't be at work. ALL BECAUSE SHE SIMPLY DIDNT PUT OAT MILK and deliberately avoided remaking my order. Never go here. The barista who was working at the time was Neda. Never order from this specific location. There's a Blenz right across the street.

I went to this Starbucks last week. I was waiting to order, but nobody was available on the till to take my order. There are several staff on the floor, but they were chatting and couldn't care less about customers in line. Poor customer service, garbage was full, unfriendly staff; overall, the store is not managed well at all.

I came in with my family and we were "helped" by this barista named Neda. We ordered 2 grandes and 2 tall drinks. Firstly, she gave one of our grande drinks as a tall. When we corrected her saying that we ordered a grande, she turned to us and said, "no, you guys ordered a tall" in a snarky, condescending attitude. Secondly, my father ordered a coffee with two creams and two sugars. When he tasted the drink, it was obvious she didn't put any in. We asked her if she added any, and she said "yeah, you wanted a double double, right? " and proceeded to use air quotations to emphasize her point. My father just asked for some honey, and fixed the coffee himself. My father used to have good experience at this starbucks and was really excited to come back. But her attitude made him have the worse experience compared to any starbucks location. It really broke my heart to see him so upset. Not only that, my mother asked for an Americano in a small size, and she gave it to her in those PUPPUCINO cups! Like really? From the moment we entered those doors, she did not ONCE give us a smile or a hello. She is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. If she doesn't like this job, I don't understand why she works here and ruin other people's day. From the other reviews, it does not look like this was uncommon for her. If you go to this Starbucks, save yourself a nice day and go to another one, or do not get helped by the barista named Neda.

Bad attitude from the service workers at this particular location. I frequent this Starbucks but today I witnessed inexcusable behaviour from a Barista who looked South-east Asian.
Despite messing up the drinks of the group in front of me, she unapologetically said she would remake the drinks in a rude demeanour and tried to argue that a pitch black coffee has cream in it.
I am a fan of Starbucks, but this store really needs to retrain or rehire their baristas. A disappointing store and experience.

I’m a regular at Starbucks, but this location is a disaster. The line was astronomical, and the employees couldn't care less. Rather than hustling to serve waiting customers, they moved at a snail's pace, completely unbothered by the frustrated crowd.

This isn’t about being short-staffed. It's about a total lack of respect and care for customers. Their slow-motion service and nonchalant attitude are an absolute disgrace to the Starbucks brand.

I felt downright disrespected. Starbucks, this location is failing your brand and your customers massively. They need a reality check and a serious overhaul.

Standing here waiting with many others while the baristas talk to each other and talk to customers who are obviously friends. Not interested in serving at all

Cook 30 min to get an ice coffee. Staff were stopping to chat with one another, completely unconcerned with the 20 people waiting for drinks. Staff were rude with bad attitudes and most of the staff never called out the drinks it was up to the customer to come up and investigate if there order was ready.

The slowest service I have ever experienced in a Starbucks. Extremely disappointing. You would think that for such a busy location they would have it way more together. Will not be returning.
