Chloe was fabulous, I was looking for a fall drink and she recommended the apple crisp oatmilk macchiato, it was heavenly!

I wish I could give 0 star but not an option. I am writing this review after 4 visits so this is NOT just an off day experience. Every time we have gone to this location, a simple coffee and snack has taken 20-25 mins of serving time. And it’s not because they are super busy, it’s because they have no system to track the order priority and the staff just randomly keeps on serving people. Every time people who ordered 10-15 mins after me have gotten their stuff delivered before me. Pathetic service to say the least. Never going back again.

Great little coffee shop to hang around in. With plenty of comfortable seats available, this location made it very inviting to stay a bit, while sipping on your coffee.

If you're thirsty or in a hurry, give this 1 a miss.
Painfully slow. Order in store, takes 30mins, use the app, still takes 30mins for 2 x coffees.
Staff are friendly enough, but even with 6 of them working it's still just as slow. Disappointing

I have never in my life been to a slower Starbucks (and I’ve been to a lot of different Starbucks locations) It was actually ridiculous, I’ve never seen people move so slowly. I ordered 10 minutes in advance with mobile order and had to wait 15 minutes once I had arrived. There wasn’t even a crowd in there, it was like 5 people and y’all had 3 employees working.

I ordered a basic coffee and it took them nearly 30 minutes to get it to me. Had to ask them twice where my coffee was

Go here every day usually allways clean and very fast if I know it's going to be busy just use the app the staff is very good

I don’t frequently buy coffee out but I’m not sure why it is so difficult to get a customer’s order correct? For example, since staff now have to add our cream n sugar in for us, there is either too little or more often than not, way too much cream in my drink that all I taste is cream not coffee.like my coldbrew today. I can’t even go back to have corrected, bc I’m working.

Love the patio at this Starbucks, but it is often very busy! Probably the busiest one in Maple Ridge. Avoid on Saturday's

Really, really slow service. It's always (in my experience) at least 20 minutes, sometimes more.

May 2023 Review:

Staff turnover is fast. New girls are pleasant, older women have attitude. Location is kept clean by customers cleaning their own table. Not once have I seen a staff member come out to clean tables or the trash station. Drinks are made well. They only have 1 type of bagel and they don't toast it, only warm it. Employees who work in the back come out to chat or order a drink but are dressed slovenly and look dirty, this does not make a customer believe that food is prepared with cleanliness in mind. Windows are still dirty and the old stuffed leather chairs look worse but still there. Improvements are needed ASAP. Still only 2 stars.

Management is slacking in cleanliness!
Floors filthy, tables not wiped, windows covered in fingerprints, coffee, and wiped with dirty rag. Chairs are filthy, baby seat is covered dust and smudges of food, the leather chairs are badly scratched and stained. This is during covid when everything should be cleaned and wiped down. If the seating area is this filthy, what does the back area look like where food items are prepared? Our coffee's were hot and delicious so only 2 stars.

This is the SLOWEST Starbucks ever. The staff barely pay attention to anything. Prepare to wait 20 + minutes for your order. (Even if you order mobile)

I purchased a latte on my visit to this location the staff were very friendly and efficient. One of the best features of this particular location is the small courtyard where the outdoor seating is located rather than right next to a roadway or parking lot which is common at other locations.

Poor signage. Busier than they can handle. Not equipped to sell trenta. Latte half double foamed.

The staff was super friendly, my drink was good, overall really nice Starbucks experience.

I love Starbucks coffee but there is more to a coffee break, anywhere. The atmosphere is also very important. Starbucks gives me both.

Purchased a travel package for my friends. Took a little while to get ready but I was happy.

This is one of the nicer locations to sit down and get some work done, actually feels inviting to sit down.
