Starbucks

What a disappointment! Now I remember why I don't go to Starbucks. I had a gift card for the so thought it would be a treat. "Coffee" was water with no flavour. I guess that's why they have flavors to add. No hot sauce for egg bites. No napkins. No seating area. Bizarre.

How sad this location has become! Once a central meeting point in the Davie Street community, now it has all the ambiance of a fast food drive-thru lane. There is no seating whatsoever, and the staff just run around calling out names of people who ordered things through the app. Starbucks really seems to have bought into the lockdown-forever mentality where customers are to be feared, not welcomed, and where human interaction is curtailed to the minimum extent possible. It’s a complete abandonment of the company’s stated values.

Good coffee as usual, friendly staff. This is a very small store with no seating available.

I love you guys! Thanks so much for all that you do. I am not sure what I’d do without my daily matcha fix hehe:)

This kind of applies to every Starbucks but because this is my regular, I'll leave it here.

The standard of coffee is so inconsistent. Some days it's great and others it's terrible.

I know it's not going to be as good as pretty much any non franchise cafe but if I order a drink that I liked yesterday, I shouldn't dislike it if I order it again a day later.

I think this is the smallest Starbucks I have ever visited. Unlike other branches, there were no comfortable seats and tables. However, as soon as I entered, the staff greeted all customers warmly. When they were busy, they let me know that I would be taken care of soon. I was amazed at how fast I received my coffee. One of the lady staff even loudly wished all customers a nice weekend. I believe the entire team deserves an award for their energy and enthusiasm. "

Came here for my mobile order but did not realize I didn’t process my order and just stood there waiting like you know. The guy behind the counter noticed and asked what I’m waiting for. After pointing out my error, he had my drink ready within 2 mins…thx!

Hello Ron and many thanks once again for your help and understanding - not just recently - but over all of the past year - for it seems possible now that I may soon find a place to call "home" and regain control of my cherished possessions.

But first, once again I feel nce again I feel compelled to apologize for failing to comply with your request that I meet - that I move my things from your facility The fact is that things have gone beyond hectic for me here in Vancouver the past couple of months as I have remained homeless through the whole course of the winter. During this time I have been dealing with some pretty severe and debilitating injuries sp, e nasty conditions which have taxed me to the point where it seemed that I just could not go on one more step.

But enough moaning and groaning about that - the real reason I am writing to you is to offer you a business proposition;

I don't know if any of that means anything at all to a () mega magnate such as yourself - but I just wanted to know that it wasn't a case of me dissing you but more of () circumstances - I did try to get an email to you a few weeks ago but petered out in my effort to so.ttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt
The fact is that I am one of these very creative people who is able to invent or create no end of products which might improve the () and the lot of myself and other people. I started with board games (a game which was intended to rival Monopoly - but never really saw the light of day (lack of funding largely as it seemed to be quite well received in my testing> and then a second (quite different and more card based one which I regard as superior - with maybe 20 years of off and on work going into them - but once again not being able to convert the () into () >

I really like this particular location the staff is awesome and the drinks and food served is always really good. My one complaint is the problems that are had getting the white hot chocolate right. Out of any drink I ordered this one seems to be messed up the most. It's not a big deal really but it can get a little frustrating at times. Other than that.it's all good!

Everyone here is so sweet and helpful. There’s no seating, just one standing table by the window FYI. I recommend this location for coffee with a friendly hello and smile.
