I waited 25 minutes for my vanilla sweet cream cold brew only to have it be made without the sweet cream. Total waste of money and I now have an overpriced coffee I won't be drinking.

I always order an iced matcha latte but tried the Java Chip Frappuccino today and it was yummmmy. Good blend of chocolate and some bitterness of coffee, then a few chocolate bits

The team here are so friendly and they HUSTLE. I live a 2 minute walk from this location but it’s right off the highway so it’s gets really busy when folks travel through on long weekends and in the summer. Even when it gets really busy, they get my order right and make it look easy, and Cathy remembers my name every time. The drive thru isn’t always open (it’s a small space with loading areas for the stores in the strip competing for the space so it sometimes get blocked off with loading trucks) but this is compensated for by having a SUPER FAST mobile order turn around time. Just download the app and do a mobile order if you’re crunched for time. 5 stars all around.

Our order was ready when we arrived for an in store pickup. Very clean looking. Our drinks were perfect. Perfect drop in for students at NVIT

This is a busy location. Staff is extremely friendly and our drinks were made perfect.

Parking is small but feel free to park in the gas station parking spots next door.

Mixing the old and the last cold coffee remaining with a new one? And when i asked to change it she didn’t even bother to care.

Really bad service. Barista makes the drinks out of order. We waited for 30 mins for our iced americano. They barista is rude and does not call out the names or the drinks for people to pick up.

We stopped there on the way to Revelstoke. After waiting about half an hour for the coffee we left without it as there were still 5 customers ahead of us. About 5 cooling coffee cups were waiting to be picked up for about 15 min (online orders?). Looks like the order of priotities got messed up there.

Extremely rude people working here. They close the drive thru with no sign of any kind and leave you sitting there and if you pull up to the window they completely ignore you like you're not even there. The closing hours change all the time. You can show up middle of the day and it's strangley just closed half the time.

The service has been the focal point of trending issues we've experienced every time we've made a stop here. The last time was arriving to find it's very quiet but my food order wasn't even started, so after I had asked about it they scrambled to get it done because they totally missed it. Along with the other experiences we just find that the performance isn't really up to par on completing orders in a timely fashion compared to the normal performance of other Starbucks. Apparently even when you order 10 minutes in advance.

Love our little location! New management is lovely, and I wish more people would be more understanding about being under-staffed. KEEP THOSE SMILES

Extremely understaffed and under trained. It took 15 minutes to order a single drip coffee and they wouldn't let me put in my own cream. They didn't add enough and the coffee was disgusting. Waste of my time.

I have waited half an hour for one hot drink and customer service was so bad. I just left without getting my coffee. They were rude. Never ever o had a this bad customer service. Not recommending any one.

The second worst Starbucks I have ever been to.
I simply asked for an extra hot extra foamy latte and had to send it back three separate times and they still did not get it right.
If there is another Starbucks in the area find it and go there and leave us one alone

Waited 30 minutes for our drinks…. Their ticket machine broke or something and everyone in the store had to wait. It was awful. Not sure why it took them 30mintues to realize the tickets weren’t printing …. All the employees were literally standing there doing nothing. Bathrooms were also really gross.

As a local, I often see the time changes. I don't mind. But after having a long day, going for a drive for a nice coffee after a long day would be nice. Sadly, I saw the time's change again from 6pm to 3: 30pm?

Do I dare make the drive to Kamloops for a coffee?

This place is a joke. Yesterday they randomly closed at 4: 45 as we just got there on our way too Kamloops with a sign saying “We’ve adjusted our operations”. Today on the way back they were closed already at 3: 30. Maybe update your app times if your planning on doing this. Stop wasting peoples time and changing your hours.

I enjoyed my experience at this location. The young man that took our drive thru order was a delight, he sounded like he was enjoying his day. The young lady at the window was lovely as well.

The place is a joke. Sometimes they close at 3, sometimes 4 sometimes 7. Seems they work whenever they feel like it. Starbucks should look closely at this location and pull the plug.

Drive through only. Couldn’t go though because we were towing a trailer. What a disappointment. Starbucks in every other city has such good service.

I checked to make sure that they are open for a stop on my way back to Vancouver, luckily they were open until 8 and it was only 7!

When we got there and tried to order, we noticed signs that said that they had no ice, so no drinks that contain ice could be made. No problem, we thought we would just get something hot instead. We waited behind a vehicle for a few minutes, and they eventually moved up. No problem, they're probably having a tough day and they're short staffed, let's give them the benefit of the doubt!

As we move up, no one is answering at the speaker, so we move up after 2-3 minutes of trying. On the window someone left a note that read that they are now only open 8-5. Well, the genius who put the note up didn't realize that they should probably put it on the speaker to order, and not the window that you pay at.

A queue of cars ended up forming behind us, and guess what? The car after us thought that we must have ordered successfully and it ended up waiting to make an order too.

Congratulations Starbucks Merritt, you've successfully made a disappointment machine. Spreading sadness amongst one of the hottest summers in history.

The coffee is superb and the service is even better. They really take their time to get to know you.

Made a detour to go here as I was falling asleep at the wheel and waited till 6 for them to open as that's what the hours state to find out they randomly adjusted their hours to 7: 30 without updating it online.

I watched my London Fog with soy be made. She filled my cup up with the steamed milk and then topped up a cup beside mine. When she slid our drinks over, his drink did not say soy. I asked her, this is with soy right? She said yes. Mine tasted normal so it seems maybe she just added the leftover soy to fill his up more. Dangerous thing to do because many people are allergic to soy.

No real line. An actual washroom! Drinks were made better than most other locations. Definitely recommend

Service with a smile. This is my usual stop from when driving in from the Fraser Valley. The washrooms are always always clean. I usually pick up an Americano or tea last week I tried the Honey Almond Flat White. It was amazing I didn't even need lunch after that.

Girls at the cash register were awesome. Location perfect for people wanting a stop off highway for coffee that isn't gas station coffee.

Worst service I have ever had at a Starbucks. I'm a flight attendant and travel the world and get the same drink at every Starbucks until today. I ordered a Grande Soy Latte on ice blended aka double blended. The cashier asked if I wanted foam and I said no thank you. However when I got my drink it was on ice and not Blended. I told the barrista I asked for it blended as it also states it on the label. She said no and that's how it comes and then asked if I was looking for a Tim Hortons Ice Cap. I said no I don't drink there bit at Starbucks where I order this drink every time. She was extremely rude and suggested I go to Tim Hortons instead of blending my drink
Therefore asking me to go somewhere else than your establishment

It's a Starbucks - what more do you need to know? Nice and clean, fairly new - not cramped inside which is nice. Has a couple of outdoor tables and a drivethrough.

The guys n gals in there are always friendly, and make my drinks wonderfully! Its tidy, cheery, almost always busy, and a great place to met up for a quick and yummy treat!

Very slow service here unfortunately. Four staff, and barely anyone in place yet me and another gentleman waited 10 min to be served and we were the only ones in the lineup. Not one "be with you in a moment" or anything. Disappointed with the customer service.

We usually can rely on a good dark roast at Starbucks and we like stopping in Merritt for a break, but this at location the coffee is not fresh, hasn't been last 3 or4 times, I thought there was supposed to be rules about that or maybe they aren't cleaning the machine properly.

I really like this Starbucks. People are so nice and helpful. The food is fresh and it is always nicely displayed. My only complaint is the lady who brings her therapy dog in to the store and feeds it under the table. I understand the therapy part of this but why are customers subjected to watching a dog eat it's lunch. As far as I am concerned dogs have no place in any eatery or store period. But growing with the times okay have your dog but for heavens sake feed it at home. Not a healthy situation in my opinion.

Friendly professional service. Serving Starbucks Clover coffee which I wish was more widely available (especially in England where none is).

Thank God for Starbucks. Staff is nice and the place is clean. Its up to par with other branches outside this small town.

This continues to be the Wiest Starbucks in the world. The staff are often rude. This morning I ordered a trenta tea. The woman rang up a grande. When I said "that was for a trenta" she snapped at me that she got it and then changed it. Waiting for some extra ice in my drink and not one of the 4 people behind the counter would even look at me, including the one just standing there song nothing. 9 times out of 10 I encounter such rudeness here.

Staff is friendly and you know what you're getting.it's Starbucks. Tables aren't always clean but they're pretty busy since it's a common stop in the summer.

It's a Starbucks. Relatively high price for good coffee. I wouldn't say that the quality reflects the price though, there's better places. Personally I like places such as Motivo and reservoir coffee more

Very busy place. Nice staff. Store badly needed some cleaning. Bathrooms were appalling. All staff working hard, just need extra for keeping the place clean

One of the very rare quiet hotels, super clean, easy parking, close to Starbucks. Enjoyed the stay.

Friendly staff and clean location. Sadly the coffee was full of grinds which I discovered about 20 minutes east of town. I ended up dumping it out and going to Tim Hortons in Kamloops. This is the second time in two months as well. I use to stop here on my drives between Calgary/Vancouver either direction. I will start going to McDonald's or Tim Hortons as neither ever seem to have grinds in the coffee. In fact, I find Starbucks has really gotten sloppy in BC, AB & ON with coffee grinds. The prices go up and quality down.

Terrible service. I ordered 3 London fogs and i got watered down early grey tea. And then the lady argued with me when I told her you add vanilla to it. This was the 3rd time I've gotten a wrong order from this location.

Great service! Great barista! I've probably had over 20 custom fraps from over a dozen Starbucks and this one sticks out in out as the best one. Perfectly crafted!
