If I could give a 0 star I would who ever they have making coffees in there on Fridays nov 24 2023 should not be working there I ordered a frap through door dash put in the notesCREAM BASE NO COFFEE OR CAFFEINE They screw it up whatever so I re order call them to see if they can make it right didn’t get the girls name but she was very very rude then I get my 2nd order and they screwed it up again to. So frustrating I order every other day and there usually fine but Fridays who ever they have there should be fired as a barista or what ever she is

Brandon and Jon in training at the drive thru was absolutely AMAZING! He made us laugh and so happy. He definitely deserves the best and a raise for sure!

He is so funny and fun to talk with! I hope they continue to work there and everyone needs to go see them this morning!

What else is there to say when it takes 15 minutes to one grande Americano! One person making drinks. It will be awhile before I can tolerate that again. Poor utilization of resources.

The drive through experience is awful! Been 5 times now and the wait is insanely long and constantly out of products once you do get through. Definitely dropping the ball

Very professional staff, and friendly too. They were kind to make my drink in a mug rather then a paper cup as per request.

Would love to tell you how this place actually could be but I had to leave after waiting and not receiving my drink pretty lame

Don't try this branch for drive-thru AT ALL!
It was almost 25 min for us in the queue and still couldn't reach the station!
If u r in a hurry, find another branch Or don't try "Drive Thru"

The food in Starbucks is really great. Not to mention their drinks which was personalize for you. This branch has a great atmosphere coz there are more seats available than the other Starbucks in Louie Drive.

Also there is a drive thru which is very nice. Though the only problem are their crews. Not everyone is friendly and the manager even has an attitude. She doesn’t seems to know customer relation. Their machine is not working for credit/debit cards and all she could say is “I haven’t called it yet so we don’t have card transactions”.

No apology for the inconvenience and rude tone of voice. Thankfully the crew was very nice and even help us make another drink since my friend didn’t enjoy his first choice of drink. I hope they would be as friendly and as good as the people in Louie Drive branch.

When I go to this Starbucks, I normally go through the drive thru, but my last visit (a couple days ago), I decided to go inside to order, and it was an absolutely terrible experience! When I walked in, the store was full with numerous people standing around waiting for their orders, which should have been the tell that they were very busy. I go up to order and the cashier asks me to hold on a moment, which is fine, no problem, but I ended up waiting a few minutes while the cashier proceeded to turn around to refill coffee, etc. The amount of time I waited at the till should have been my second tell. I proceed to finally order 2 cold drinks, and then my girlfriend orders hers and numerous people order after us as well. We go off to the side to wait, and wait and wait some more…by this time, 25 minutes have gone by and people who ordered after me have received their orders and left. We go up to the employees to ask how much longer and they only then say that there is a backlog of cold drinks, so it will be some time. That was never mentioned at the time of ordering. If I had known that I wouldn’t have ordered! I was fed up with waiting and ended up getting a refund instead and left without my drinks. I 100% will not be going inside to order there again!

Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch (drive thru) and it was awful, sorry! Returned it (went in the restaurant) and was put through the gears by an employee. I said I would like it replaced please. Unfortch my second one was equally disappointing! Coconut milk was pooled at the top, watery, very little whip and minimal crunch. Very disappointed!
Ordered my drink around 4: 20 and left with my second drink around 4: 45…
Wont be going back…

They’re always lovely when I’ve come here. My drinks have always tasted great, food is always good, and the service is friendly and fast

The wait for drive thru is insane. Terrible that it takes this long for coffee… won’t be coming to this location again.

The Dobbin Starbucks has to be the happiest, kindest most organized Starbucks in the Okanagan. They are the reason I drink way more coffee than I probably should but they are a lovely bunch of humans and a great start to the morning!

Least friendly and left our breakfast out without letting us know it was ready. We were the only people in the restaurant. Baristas have no sense of pride in customer service and impersonal "Can I take your order? " Vibe. Products out weren't offered any close alternative. Loud patio beside HWY 97. I don't recommend repeat business at this location. Starbucks could put a proper patio over the lake for a true upscale Cafe experience but just contributes to air pollution with drive through taking priority over the air patron's breathe.

Tons of staff idling around and somehow has taken over 20 minutes to get a tall decaf Americano the last 4 times I've been here. Not worth my time. Staff are rude when you ask them why it's taking so long. They serve the drive through customers first and don't prioritize walk-ins.

Colourful haired girl at the drive through just stared at us, didn’t say a word, no hi no nothing. Just eyeballed us lol. Super uncomfortable situation and strange behaviour.

I come through once a week or once every couple weeks. The staff are always so friendly & always find a way to make me smile. Today I brought my pup with me & the staff showed pictures of their pups while we waited for drinks & gave us a pup cup first so my dog wouldn’t get impatient. Thanks for always giving me a nice start to the day:)
