McKayla who was working at 8pm on December 15th was absolutely amazing.thank you for coming up with two amazing drinks! I could tell that the guy working there thought he was running the show and didn’t seem like a fun guy to work with

Isabelle was super sweet and is very well at what she does. She deserves praise as well as a few others there (forgot names but they do good, work hard and it shows) Good food, drinks, and staff.

I’d give this place a zero if I could I come here at least twice a week and the attitude of the one woman that always wears a bandanna is disgusting every time I have her she’s rude and has an attitude. I’m honestly done with every Starbucks.

I’m not sure if this store is having staffing issues or something, but every time I go here the drive thru is always closed. Not just on one or two occasions, but multiple times a week for the last couple months! Even the inside is closed as well sometimes. They don’t even state why, just a sign that says “sorry we are closed”

DO NOT order the London fog from this location.approx 33.33% of the time they get it wrong and just give me an early grey tea. Yeah I know first world problems, but the disappointed I feel when I get to work before anyone else, sit back for my 10 minutes of peace and a great London Fog is a little disheartening for the rest of the day when I take that first sip Don't get me wrong, great staff, but someone hasn't been taught how to make it correctly. I've emailed them 3 times and 3 times they promise me they'll do better. I've given up asking. Unfortunately I plan my morning commute to get to work 10 minutes before work starts, if I go back to reorder I'll be late.

Rudest staff on the island consistently over the last 5 yrs. I know you’re always slammed but don’t take it out on your customers.

My friends and I went to 10 restaurants in one day ordering what the person in front of us did and this was by far our drive through with the best experience. They were pleasant, cheerful and the drinks were good.

Good stop right on the highway with a terrace for relaxing on the patio, clean, small but cozy interior, nice selection and friendly staff.

Baristas are the best that I see on the island between Duncan and Campbell River. This has become my go to for service. #1

To the hawiian printed blue shirt, fluffy brown haired dude, that's working today at drive thru window at Country Club, that didn't want to even bend any party of his body, to hold the machine to pay out far enough or hand a drink out the window without me having to push my feet off my floor of my car to get it.probs got offended by the barbie movie. I even said " dont hold anything out far enough so those with short arms cant reach it, while you have long enough arms", in a joking tone cuz HA as if his argoance will effect me today. Employer should "thank you next" on that employee. Happy Saturday lol

Not many drive thru experiences make your day but boy oh boy, Todays conversation with Robyn over the intercom not only had me leaving with two quad espressos but also a pain in the lower abdominal area from the laughter (don't worry it was the good kind). Google only allowed me to put 5 stars but if we could we would go 10. Good Stuff Rock On will be returning

Always have the most lovely experience at this Starbucks! It’s my go to location, and the staff are always so warm, friendly, and welcoming and uplift an atmosphere of inclusion

The staff never make me feel rushed or like I am an inconvenience, even when they are understaffed and likely being overwhelmed by a huge rush of customers.

I always feel like I’m chatting with friends when I chat with the amazing staff, and recognize and applaud the incredibly hard work they do, and with smiles on their faces (often the most draining work, being in the service industry)

I wasn't sure what I wanted today, so I asked to make it a surprise. I forgot the person's name, but they were so sweet. I told them to just go crazy with it as long as it was decaf, and they were so nice about it. If they read this review I want them to know that they're attitude made my day! Bonus, I got a drawing of a cat on my drink, and a strawberry saying "have a berry good day" on the other drink. Adorable.

This has to be the slowest service I’ve ever had. Coming here in the morning before work was a mistake. I work at 8: 30am and mind you, I don’t work far from this location for 40mins is a lot of time to stop for a quick coffee. I sat in the drive thru from 7: 50am - 8: 15am.
That’s close to half an hour in the drive thru. There were only 4 cars ahead of me. When I got to the speaker to make my order, staff were very friendly and I understand it gets busy but not a good location to go to in the morning if you have 30mins until you start work. You’d thinks that’s enough time to stop off at Starbucks, but not at this location.

JUNE IS THE literal sweetest human being and if you lose them as an employee then you’ll lose me as a customer. JUNE DESERVES a raise and a promotion they are the absolute BEST. I can’t even explain how awesome June is.

Not really sure why this location is advertised as a drive-through location 7 days a week. I’ve stopped by two Saturday mornings in a row before work and the drive-through is blocked off closed with a little sign, then a line up out the door for walk in service. Guess I’ll be stopping by another location from now on.

Too long of wait. Take your money and make you late for work. Leave 20 min wait time. Unless you pre order on app. Looks like 3 people ahead of you, ends up really being 12 people in front of you.

Coffee was good, but it's very obvious the staff is lacking leadership and direction. It was so disorganized and frantic behind the bar and at least 20 people inside either waiting for their order or lined up to be served. It seemed like the mobile orders were really messing up the flow of things. Not too sure I'd place an order here again. Best of luck.

Typical Starbucks. Busy loud. This one's pretty small. The service was timely but grumpy. I blanked when I went to order cuz I was out of my element. Not in the drive thru and they didn't carry my regular drink. Tried to lighten the issue but just scowls all around. Also they're cleanliness wasn't what I expected. They had a basket of travel cups for sale all covered in what looked like splashed coffee. They were sticky.

Staff focused on drive through service. Stood at counter listening to staff chat. Physical space was dirty. Floors were littered with trash and food. Garbage containers close to overflow. Tables for sit in patrons covered with retail stock boxes. Definitely not the “come on in and sit a while” atmosphere that built Starbucks.

I go here everyday simply because the people are so nice.
The customer service, Friendliness, is beyond.
