Starbucks

Always get my coffee from here but for some reason few times it happened that I order pineapple referesher and half of the cup was ice like seriously are we paying $6.25 for half ice only and if I order a hot coffee half of the coffee is foam like honestly starbucks coffee is great but it shouldn’t be like if we are paying and you are giving us only 50% of that and rest is tons of ice and foam.
And always online order are long waitings like we have booked reservations.

UPDATE Jul 21,2023: stopped by today and noticed that they moved the mobile pick up table to the front of the store, which decreased the congestion inside. Wait time for mobile order was still a bit long.

Always very busy with long line ups to order and to pick up. I normally do mobile order but I had a coupon that required me to order in store. The guy who took my order has a terrible attitude. No greeting at all, when I told him that I had a BOGO coupon, he just looked at me blankly then asked me what I wanted. I told him my order, and he just stood there and looked at me again. I repeated my order and then watched him slowly punch it into the computer. I waited for him to give me instructions on how to use my coupon and without saying a word, he just gestured with hand towards the barcode scanner. I scanned my coupon, and without knowing whether it scanned correctly or not, I looked at him for some acknowledgment. Again, he just started at me blankly. I look at the cash register and I see my total, which looked about right so I scanned my phone to pay. He then points towards one of the designated waiting spots on the side of the store and says "wait there" and that was it, no thank you whatsoever. I know they're busy and I'm not expecting the staff to be super friendly and chipper to every single customer, but a hello, thank-you, and at least some nodding to acknowledge me while placing an order is pretty standard customer service.

The staff is really really slow in this starbucks. The worst staff i ever encountered. Just one guy knows the work and he’s busy teaching the other 4 new members the work. A big line is formed outside and after I have already paid for my brownies, they say they don’t have one. Disgusting

Came here and stood in front of the counter when there was nobody behind me to stand in line by the baristas chatting amongst themselves. Had to stand behind four other people because I stood 2 steps ahead of where the person taking orders was, despite being there before them (because the staff asked me to, instead of serving me first) - as a fan of Starbucks training and culture, I can see the staff at this location need way more cultural training and empathy.

Disappointed!

Waited in line for like 30 mins and got told they were out of the ingredients to make a frapaccino I wanted to order. It was only noon… this place looks incredibly disorganized.

One of the worst locations I’ve ever been to! Very inefficient staff! There’s always a line and if you place mobile orders ahead of time, you’ll still wait 20 minutes for basic coffee.

Terrible service, literally waited 35 minutes for two drinks. 4 employees yet it takes forever to get a drink.

Mobile pick up order took more than 10 minutes over expected pick up time. Also the seats are not too many while hoarders stay too long seated occupying without purchase. Overall, too crowded for own good.

I ordered a TRENTI-sized refresher at this location and over half of it was ice… the barista didn’t seem to want to remove the ice from the drink into another cup as he had said “I tried to put as little as I could in there”. Side eye. I knew that if he had done so, he would have to make more to add to it. But, he didn’t want to do that.

He then proceeded to ask questions about my hair to distract me from the fact that my drink was like 60% ice and I got ripped off lol.

Left the Starbucks disappointed and unsatisfied. I was going to bring it up in-store, but thought it’d be more appropriate to leave a review instead. More than likely will not visit this location again because of that.

But lesson learned: always ask for no or light ice.

I’ve had mostly positive experiences at this location, considering the high traffic. But yesterday was a very frustrating experience. I ordered my drinks at the till with one of the staff member who left shortly after taking my order and then I waited for 20 minutes and watched as everyone after me got their drinks before me. I went up to the staff and asked for my drinks and without taking a look they said “oh, I’m sure it’s coming up, the other people probably got theirs first because they had cold drinks. ” I shared I ordered cold and hot drinks and she said “oh that’s probably why then, it’s coming up. ” I again asked could you please check for my name and when she looked for my drinks, sure enough none of the cups had my name on it. She then asked if I had mobile ordered and I said no. The other staff then went to the till to check if I actually ordered at their till and if it actually went through, which it did. The other staff then asked me for my order all while rolling her eyes. I had to wait another 10 minutes before I finally got my drinks. In the end, no proper apology.

So incredibly slow, waited for 30 minutes for a drink. You should get faster staff because that’s ridiculous!

Very very very slow …. Don’t take order if you can’t able to complete …. Just taking order s and don’t have staff to complete orders

Very Friendly Staff and My specialty coffees are always done right. Highly recommend if you in the neighborhood and need a coffee. Oh and blonde espresso it tastes better!

If I could give 0 starts I would this Starbucks is the worst I come in around 2: 30 with my 2 year old daughter who had allergic reaction. I told the cashier girl and I told her 3 times to put soy milk instead of cow milk to the 2 drinks guess what. She put cow milk to the drink of my child. As soon she took a sip my child was throwing up. Have the biggest lips and I have to take care to the er. Unfortunately all they did offer a refund and apologized. So annoying because they keep talking to each other when I repeat my order 3 times. Because of her my child was in er for 5 hours.

Love that this location has a drive thru, but it's usually packed and very slow. But this location has been pretty consistent. The new renovations are also nice.

I got tall Royal English breakfast tea latte and I was surprised the milk inside was mixed with coffee. It happened twice with me I guess they just don’t want to throw the wrong orders so they instead they dump coffees into the other drinks. Horrible and no one was there to listen to your complaint.
