Starbucks

Placed mobile order, 15 minutes later my order is still not ready. Supervisor didn’t even say sorry.

Honestly most overstaffed Sbux I've ever seen, slowest service I've seen with few customers.

I go here daily for the Pike place coffee. I usually ask for a grande, but they always give me a venti. I collect their points and get a lot of free stuff. The staff seem friendly enough and learn your name after a while. Overall a good experience!

They used to be really good two years ago, but their quality went down a lot last year.

I'm happy that they are back on track now. Since the summer, I have been going there at least once a week. They are able to make the drinks accurately as I ordered and they taste delicious.

I'm really happy that their good standard is back.

The ladies behind the counter offer the best customer service! Always a positive experience in this Starbucks branch and noteworthy that it's the only coffee shop in the Oakridge station area at the moment!

Sweet staff, but mobile ordering is supposed to take advantage of not using the line but I almost find using the line is faster.

This location is really nice! It’s a little small though and theres not much seating, and sometimes it can get pretty loud. But I’ve never had a problem getting a drink and the employees are super patient. They’re busiest in the afternoon, construction workers from the area usually come in to get a snack.

I always have the brown sugar oat shaken espresso from different location but today I had it frm this location and I was surprised I had a venti size and it was 80 % ice. It was unbelievable. I was very much disappointed with the barista who made my coffee. Total waste of money.

Just need to make some bike parking near.
But overall is a good place to study.

Mobile order service is very poor. Mobile orders are not accessible so a Starbucks employee needs to hand you your order. But none of the employees will greet you while standing by the mobile orders, they also seem to purposely avoid eye contact. You have to gain their attention by calling one of them but then they give a look like you are annoying them. I come here at least 2 times a week and it is the same every time.

I come here occasionally. It's a smaller store but generally a little slower. The service is decent, although they recently took away the cream and milk and you have to specifically request it in any drink. The store is sometimes a bit dirty, unfortunately.

Decided to leave a review today because one of the drinks we ordered today was basically 70% ice.

A small branch of Starbucks. I was here on afternoon hour and the place was busy. They have indoor and outdoor seating areas. There is a parking spots in the street: 1 hour parking and 2 hours parking. I didn't like the atmosphere in this branch, compared to other branches. The place was physically dense and loud.

I purchased tumbler from this location and i found that it's not a leakage proof. I tried to return tumbler next day but i lost the receipt in my friend car. I had such a worst experience ever where initially i tried to return it in near by Starbucks, but staff concluded to return it to the location where i purchased. Next, when i tried to return in this location but staff denied me for refund though i have a transaction proof in my statement and it is a product of Starbucks that should be enough. It's Starbucks issue that they don't have proof of transaction in there POS and i believe there should be an alternative way to process refund that staff didn't know!

However, now am started using it!

Thank you Starbucks for wasting my time for 3 days.

This is a smaller Starbucks and there are usually a lot of people here, especially today where the skytrain is closed and everyone has to unload at Oakridge.

Lots of travellers landed here on a rainy Friday. The staff works sufficiently but the restaurant is run down and dirty. Lots of people lounging and eating their lunches here.you can clearly see their takeout boxes is not Starbucks food - ramen, or combo sushi, etc. No one has a Starbucks drink or 3 tables pull together of 8 crowded in and only 2 people are actual customers.

One less start for cleaniless, one less star for allowing non customer to hog the limited seats and no one says anything.

This is one of the best Starbucks among all I have been to. I get Starbucks daily in different branch depends where I pass by.

Today I ordered 2 chocolate Frappuccino and I ordered extra whipped cream because my kids like the cream so much. They offered me a bigger cup to put the extra cream so I won’t get my Frappuccino less. I’m so surprised and appreciated their thoughtful service.

I wish there was a digital screen to show if your drink is ready instead of employees yelling it out.

Busy location! The tables are a little dirty sometimes when the employees are busy constantly making drinks but that's not the worker's fault.

The baristas put my crazy mobile order concoction into a trenta cup without my asking and for that I salute them

I am not a customer for them anymore. Maybe Starbucks doesn't care about me) But, I don't care about Starbucks too.

Visiting from out of town. Shocked by the apathetic staff - if you don’t like working there, quit. What a miserable experience.
