Been going to this location for years, always a great experience. Food and drinks are good, staff are friendly and quick with completing orders.

Patio is a lovely place to read or people-watch.

My happy place. Not only does Port Place Starbucks contain the liquid gold that was the MVP to my Accounting and Economic semester, but I repeatedly choose this specific location for my java needs because the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide exceptional service. There are several stand out staff who go above and beyond and contribute to an inclusive and welcoming environment. I’d like to include a special shout out to Abbey, who not only knows the order of multiple regulars (including myself), but also manages to remember non-beverage related details about patrons which changes an everyday Starbucks visit to alike catching up with a friend (and without holding up the line #skills). This level of service is not only gold standard, but a rare delight in our current society where customers barely look up from their phones to acknowledge the kind service worker helping them. Next time you need a jolt, I highly recommend you visit Port Place and look up - you’re among friends:)

It's a standard starbucks in terms of food and atmosphere, but the employees here are all so nice. There's a really chill and friendly vibe, and a nice choice of indoor and outdoor seating. Food and drinks are still pretty good, and the only downside for me is that it's often quite busy (as to be expected haha)

Very disappointed that Starbucks closes so early. Before Covid they used to stay open until 10: 00. Now this one closes at 8: 00 pm and the worst thing is they put all the outside chairs and umbrellas away at 7: 00. So not only are there no chairs outside all the chairs are stacked inside which makes it crowded and ruins the atmosphere to sit inside. There is still 1 hour of customer service time. I complained and they don’t seem to care.

I love hanging out at Starbucks or meeting people here. The staff is always friendly and it is a busy location. They were not questioning my in training dog and were very kind. As far as food and beverage, you know what you are getting, so you either like it or not. They have a lot of new seasonal drinks for the summer

Decent food for premade grub. The egg bites are quite good and somewhat reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The prices, well it's Starbucks.if you want a deal Tim's or your nearest fuel station will happily accommodate you lol

I sent my order to the wrong location and they were so sweet they still made it for me! Thank you guys so much

Awesome staff early this morning at Starbucks! Very helpful with drink recommendations and genuinely kind. Great experience for an "out of towner" visiting:).

Very busy location but staffs are still very patient, offered to combine my gift cards seeing I am have a couple and don’t know the balances.
