Starbucks

I stood in front of the cashier for ten minutes and then she said I had to move over to order and it. Was 2 feet don’t go

Order a chia tea latte asked if the Cinnamon Dolce could be stirred in the milk instead of being on top the lady at the till said sorry we don't do anything like that so I tried to explain what I meant. The lady can't say no no no very rudely and abrupt then the manager of 25 yrs said we don't don't that and other stores shouldn't be doing that. The both of them were very rude and had no friendly customer service at all. Just to give a heads up, maybe you should not argue with your customers as that I was taught when my parents own their restaurant and wherever I work. At the end of it, they didn't even make my drink the way that I'm used to in Chilliwack or othe location will never go back to this location.

I don't normally leave bad reviews but this time I felt moved to in hopes the manager of this store will see and will change the way she speaks to her customers. I had a co worker to go get some water for some fellow Co workers including myself since she was already going there to buy herself a coffee and after she received her coffee she asked the barista (the manager of the store) if she could have some water and the barista told her if she wanted water she would have to get back in line because she's holding up the line.so she does just that and after she gets to the front and requests water, the other barista responds in a very polite manner but before she could get them, the manager had already prepared them and as she handed them off, she once again blurted out "sorry hun but you're holding us up". I found that to be extremely unprofessional. The comment was not necessary and made one of her regular customers feel like a nuisance.

5 stars across the board.i love this location! The baristas and cashiers take their time to get to know their customers they’re such nice people especially Emily and Daphney! They always have such positive attitude and always make my day:)

Definitely a must stop

Did a mobile order and then had to wait 25 mins for it to be ready which I get it's a busy store but people who ordered in person were getting drinks within minutes. Just super disappointed with the wait and service after spending that much on 3 drinks

- My drink is never consistent…
- The Drive-Thru one alway gets it right.
- I’ll try it once in a while.

Always ordered drinks from here, disappointed every single time. I will no longer buy drinks from this location. Poor service.

By far my favourite starbucks, the staff is so friendly and welcoming, and my drink is always made perfectly, if you are wanting starbucks definetley stop in here!

For many times I ordered my drinks with light ice, but still got lots of ice, so I ordered one with no ice, and they said they can’t make that. I paid $7 and got a half cup of drink in venti size.
