Starbucks

They need improvements on drink orders making them right even specifically asked a certain way and not being ripped off of products. Being a high priced coffee store which I ain't complaining. They should be doing everything the customer wants and not taking it as a demanding way or if they having bad day don't take it out on us customers.

Ordered a mobile latte to pick up at 10: 47am today, at 11 it still wasn't ready and the barista said it's be another ten minutes. I've never had to wait TWENTY MINUTES for a basic drink. Incredibly slow staff and service at this location and likely also understaffed is my guess.time to get it together. There's slow and then there's embarrassingly poor service. Would not recommend ever going here and I don't say that about many places.

Awful coffee and awful service. Ordered a caramel latte today and they served it watered down and tasteless. They offered to remake it (thank you!) but they told me (actually yelled at me across the room) to throw my full cup in the garbage or pour it in the bathroom MYSELF because they won't help with that. Came to this location this morning and I had to wait in drive through quite a while. When I got to the window the guy was super friendly, immediately said sorry about the wait too. I was having a hard time figuring out the app, he was super happy to help. Excellent customer service My daughters drink was perfect too!

It's disappointing! They're working their a$$es off, but service is slow. The only way to get quick service is to use the app and schedule your drink pick up.

I would like to say a special thank you to melody and Josh at the uni village Starbucks I asked for a surprise coffee drink and they did not disappoint it was amazing and all the worker were so nice they have an amazing set of staff there

The drive-thru is by far the slowest experience I've ever had. It's normally slow but today we waited 20 minutes! Totally unreasonable. I will make a point of avoiding it going forward.

We waited quite a long time to get served, the server of the moment was MIA. Had the chocolate cream cold brew and a slice of lemon loaf

Worst place ever to go to if your not white. I witnessed it way to many times that they make the other orders first & make us wait another 5 mins to tell us that gave us it.meanwhile they didn't even make it.

This time it was a wait. It seemed they were all over the place just making one drink when the the person ordered 3.2 people behind me received their drinks before me and all I had was a tea.

Worst experience ever in this Starbucks. Zero cleanliness, stinky smell of washroom which can be felt when enter instead of coffee beans, tables not clean, flies sitting on the food, the store is not all organized, took forever to get one croissant and pineapple passion fruit drink through mobile order.

Sophie, Anna, Hanna, Lane, Katie, Elizabeth, Tia, Lucas, Stephanie, Celeste, Josh, Devon, Maddie, Arada, Estelle, Ian, Kris, Wong and Tobias are my absolute favorite baristas. That whole store at University Village is amazing and they never ever fail to make my day better. Not just with making sure my order is always ready and hot but they also make sure I feel special and they truly care about what they are doing. Greatest Starbucks ever!

Friendly staff, drinks and food exactly as they should be. Place was clean and well maintained.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to, would not recommend going here customer service is awful I was charged $7.89 for a grande coffee because the person who handed me the debit machine already picked the tip of $5 and if that wasn't bad enough I was not compensated but told to call a 1800 line and ask them for a refund extremely disappointed Terminal ave Location is much better.

I came yesterday evening and today also at 11: 30. In fact, the tables are dirty, and they are dirty from yesterday, and they were not cleaned. This is a bad thing. I liked that art is your view. Thanks

The whole chain is offensive to anyone who isn't desperate to be all cool and trendy. Grotesquely over priced coffee sold by supercilious staff to customers forced to queue up to order then summoned back to the counter to select from a crowd of disposable cups then pick up the very average product.

Stay away and patronize a locally owned and operated neighborhood coffee shop.
