Starbucks

I don’t believe I bought a cappuccino. I paid for a caramel brûlée latte. How can there be so much foam and after it all sinked, it went all the way down from a grande amount to a tall size amount. Have better quality control. Don’t rip people’s money off.

They served multiple people AFTER I ordered, I was waiting over 15 minutes for 1 drink when they were making more complex drinks for the other customers. I’m genuinely embarrassed about this location. You can’t be that bad at your job that the guy standing for over 10 minutes is still waiting to be served vs the 3 teens that JUST walked in. Where’s management?

This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I've been a couple times, so it's not just a one-off day. Their organization system for their staff is horrible. It appears one barista does the mobile orders & one does the in-cafe orders - rather than doing drinks in order which they were received, as I've seen at other locations. I timed it & it took 15 minutes for my food & 20 minutes to get my drink. They REALLY need to re-think their system & possibly hire more staff because it's like this every time I come.

Thank you for a lap of burning hot black coffee because cup/lid do not fit properly. On top of that, the oat milk was missing! Worst location in Langley. Please do better quality control on your cups! My entire thigh region is now burnt and painful. Terrible.

I tried their pumpkin spice frappuccino and it was glorious! It was so delicious, spices and pumpkin flavors were on point! Staff is very nice and kind. I got my drink in just a few minutes even though I came like at 10: 00am. Overall, great service and coffee:)

I often stop by when I go to the mall, but today I was disappointed…
It was so light.
There’s about 3/4 of coffee in it…
I paid for Grande and got a tall size.

I love the place, the service is amazing and the drinks are always on point. I genuinely enjoy sitting at that specific Starbucks and drink my coffee while watching a show or just sitting with my kids. The customer service is amazing and the barista‘s are always super nice.

It takes 20+ minutes to get a drink because of ONE barista. The short girl with the long brown ponytail makes one drink for every five somebody else makes. The store gets so packed with people just waiting they start spilling into the hall.
People don’t want to sit down at the table because there’s people standing among them waiting for drinks.
She should Never work the drinks. Put her on cash. Make her clean. But I shouldn’t be late to work, having already gotten and eaten my breakfast sandwich before they even Start making my drink.
I have her the benefit of the doubt but I’ve been coming here almost everyday for my latte before work in the mall, she hasn’t improved in months.
Don’t go on Sundays when she works if you don’t have an extra 20-30 minutes. Even when ordering ahead on the app!

1. Too slow.
2. Zero customer service.
3. Ordered Caramel Ribbon Crunch & Mango dragon fruit (grande) without ice. After waiting almost 15-20 mins. Since Mango dragon fruit was without ice it was almost 30%empty cup. I double check with 1 team member she said yes as it is without ice the quantity is less.

Used this as my office for a month. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Very efficient. Best Starbucks ever!

The problem with this location, they are very slow, not enough Employees. I only ordered medium black coffee and I had to wait 15 minutes and sometimes more.
Drinks they make are good as all Starbucks, but they need to solve the problem problem of being slow with the drinks.

I was not happy with the service, and I left because it felt unwelcoming. I didn't have the app on my phone that was frowned upon. It was my birthday, and your supposed to have an app? I had no clue about that.

Coffee is a bit pricey but if you want to relax and hang out, you can't go wrong with Starbucks. I recommend the Grande Caramel Macchiato.

Really busy afternoon, always waiting about 15-20 min just for my drink. Even though it’s not a mobile order payed with my phone just to redeem stars, also they forgot my order a few times. Getting very frustrated with the service, I work in the mall and I choose not to go to Tim Hortons which closer to where I work in the mall because of better drinks at Starbucks but services not that great. I’m going think twice if I pay with the app if I’ve wait 20 min for a drink. While other who came after me getting drinks faster just cause I use the app to pay for the drink. It wasn’t an mobile order because I also wait about 10 min in the line up to order. This is ridiculous and unprofessional when you have about three or four staffs on duity.

Asked for a short coffee in a tall cup with toffee nut syrup and cream in my coffee also a chocolate cookie when I got my coffee there was no cream in it so I asked where do I get cream from? She rolled her eyes and said “YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR CREAM” and then gives it to me plus had to also ask for my cookie I paid for it was such a inconvenience to her maybe she should find a other job! Clearly customer service isn’t her forte. As a ex barista I was embarrassed for her.

It's at the entrance of the mall, so it's easy to find, and the seats are a bit small, but it's a comfortable place.

Came in to get my markout and get it ground and the partners were kind of mean to me and seemed very put off by my request. I didn’t even get drinks! I hope my store doesn’t make other partners and customers feel that unwelcome: (
