This is a super slick scam. They take a ton of orders, and then make them so slowly that it’s not ready by the time you have to go back to your car to load. I waited 25 min and when I asked the barista, she said sticker hadn’t even come up yet to make my drink. She told me to just cancel my order in the app…spoiler alert…there’s no place to cancel the order in the app. She truly did not give a rip that all these people had to leave without their drinks.

I got my food and it was great and even better all the ferries came and everyone had to go with out there drink it was hilarious.

I ordered and I wait 14 minutes I didn’t get my coffee and I asked the customer service he said I don’t know and I asked them gave my money back bad customer service

Because many people are waiting for the ferry to Victoria? , there are many people queuing up to buy coffee, and the coffee is not available.

4pm in the summer heat, lineup 10 deep and understaffed. Service was a little slow but the 3 that were there were absolute machines. They were killing it getting drinks ready. Easily could have kept a couple more employees working. Need to hire more or the gems you have will burn out!

Paid for order. 40 minutes before boat. They said 10 minutes maybe they'd get to it. But boats loading.paid for order.left without order.

I understand that it can be a busy location but a heads up re the wait time when they know how backed up they are would be nice. Waited over 25 min and finally asked for a refund. Was a bit ridiculous

The busiest Starbucks location I've seen in a while. If you're going to order, I would suggest using the app if possible. Waiting in the lineup is not ideal. If possible, bring coffee from home to skip the line.

Support local. Go to Salt Spring Coffee on the other end of the Quay, it's better) You're in BC, not Seattle.

I thought the staff here were all very good in dealing with the morning rush. They alerted the people in line about the possibility of not getting their drinks before they needed to board the ferry. They all kept their cool even when faced with an order of 14 drinks. Can’t say I’m impressed with people who order that many drinks with so little time before the ferry departure.

Horrible service! We placed an order on the app today since we were getting an early ferry and when we showed up they weren't open even though the app said they opened at 5am. We called and talked to the people that we could see in the store setting up at the time, but they were very rude and told us to go away since there was nothing they can do for us. I understand that if youre not open then there is nothing you can do but there is no reason to be angry at customers who have paid for an order that they now wont recieve. Change your open time on the app and then you won't have this problem again. But as a customer I would say, don't waste your time here.

We were there buying our coffee the girl name Michelle who was serving us was rude and got upset when we were deciding our order. And later on when our order was ready she kept our coffee on the counter in a very aggressive manner. We were a two families travelling and were taking a family photo when she shouted that we can’t take a photo as she said that we can’t include them in it. Moreover we showed her the photo where none of the employee was visible but still she asked us to delete the photo in bla very rude and aggressive manner which no one would accept. This’ll even though there’s no sign saying no photos allowed and it’s the first Starbucks where we got service like this as in our experience only Starbucks gives the best service but this is the worst experience ever. We got so frustrated the way that she called the other customers name… very Unprofessional, loud, aggressive and rude behaviour.
