Starbucks

I order a venti cup coffee but they just give me like this and told me: if you want full, you have to order extra ice.that just a venti cup not venti coffee!

I always loved this Starbucks until this morning. The “new manager” John is such a pathetic, unprofessional and mean person. I would give a 5 star ️ if he wouldn’t be the new person in charge.

Always playing nice music base on their playlist. Love the manager for his positive attitude along with the workers for making the festive drinks from their recipe. Otherwise on Friday or the weekend, I’ll find everyone is always working hard when studying and catching up with people, since this is a great place because it’s not too crowded in a large area. Even the seats are evenly spaced with blinds to pull down, in case of the sun reflecting your own laptop screen, such a genius design!

October 22,2023. While I don't mind your employees laughing and joking while working, there are often waiting periods when making coffee. (Even though you have already poured espresso into my iced flat white, are you waiting for the cow to produce milk or for the water to freeze?) However, I find it interesting that after my coffee is ready, you are standing there, holding my coffee, looking at the cup, turning your head to talk and laugh with your colleagues, and repeating this three times. And I'm standing right in front of you, and there are no other customers waiting. I waited for 10 minutes, from about 4: 50 PM to 5: 00 PM, just for a cup of iced coffee. What a great working atmosphere!

Starbucks coffee is good as always.
The handsome baristas are very polite and friendly.
But they don’t put names on the orders and they mix up the orders, that’s what I didn’t like about this location.
However the location is really nice, spacious, clean and good to spend some time there.
They have street parking in the front which is limited but there’s a big parking nearby probably like 2 min walking distance.

As always Starbucks coffee is amazing while service is slightly on the worse side due to the sheer volume of orders. The employees were friendly and the environment was very welcoming.

Solid location. I live in the neighborhood so come here often enough to know the coffee is consistent

Often has 20m+ lines and no remote orders are available. And that’s on top that is quite more expensive.

Super friendly staff and good drinks.:) It does get busy at times but it's what you'd expect for a Starbucks.

Please train your employees properly so customers don't have to wait for a long time.

The barista making my drink doesn’t know the difference between lactose free and oat milk, this is the second time now

I like the atmosphere of this place, also the food and drinks are good.

Btw, I read one of the recent reviews that mentioned you can't get drinks in reusable cups, i wanted to point out thats not true! You can get drinks in every personal cup including reusable ones. And also they are nice enough to wash the cup you just bought from there and fill in your order for you.
I frequent this place and reading the reviews i can say that people who are satisfied rarely give reviews and more reviews are complains.

Service is great. But it's unacceptable that an SFU campus coffee shop won't serve coffee in *reusable* mugs for dine-ins!
