Starbucks

My partner and I ordered some drinks on uber eats today. I got the iced sugar cookie oat latte and she got an iced white chocolate mocha, both with modifications. We order these drinks at a variety of Starbucks locations at least 5 times a week and we have never received such a bad drink. The coffee tasted burnt or something (it was very strong and bitter despite us both asking for blonde espresso shots) and neither of our drinks were even mixed properly. Our drinks included a lot of extra syrups and mine was supposed to be made with half and half which makes a drink that's very light in colour when done correctly. Both drinks were quite dark which leads me to believe that incorrect creamers were used. I don't know if it was someone's first day or if the workers were just being careless but we're both very disappointed. It's never a great feeling when you spend over $50 to have coffee delivered and it ends up being so bad you can't even drink it.

Smaller size downtown store with limited indoor seating in the main part of the shop (there is a smaller and tight seating area off to one end). There is a steady stream of customers. Offers the products and service that customers come to expect of this popular chain. Outdoor seating available.
