Starbucks

This is my go to Starbucks. I will go out of my way to go here. The staff are so friendly. I had a wonderful experience with a barista that helped me out when my son was having a difficult time.

They were busy when I visited but that doesn’t mean you can have a bad attitude. Nobody was polite and it’s literally Christmas weekend.

Perfect store to come for a coffee chat or working couple hours, friendly staff and the quality we used to know from starbucks, plenty if parking and well cell reception compared with other branches where is impossible to be reachable or if you want to use your data or cellphone calls/texting

I only bought a tumbler here, so I chose no tip when I paid. But once I picked no tip the girl gave me a rude look like she thought I should have tipped.

Went thru the drivethru Sat around 2pm Nov 11 best service! Order took awhile best server chatted me up very nice girl.great service

I drive thru to get my coffee here a lot, it has been a pleasant experience so far, but not the same experience today. I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato and on the window they gave me a hot drink. I told the lady, “Oh I think I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato” she told me to just keep the hot coffee and told the barista “guys, she wanted iced”. Her smile changed, her mood change handed me the cup like I did a horrible thing to ask what I originally ordered for. She gave me the look, like I’m not sure if she was upset with me for letting them know I ordered an iced coffee or if she was upset with the barista for making the wrong drink. I love getting Starbucks in morning to set the mood for my day, Hopefully I drive thru a more pleasant person next time

They were extremely busy at the time of purchase.
They were very courtesy towards clients, with apologies and sorry.
Felt valued even though I chose to wait till they got caught up.
Even got my order faster with the wait.
Would recommend.as they are already busy.
Be kind and patience.it just a drink and they are trying also!

PSL season is on, again Very yummy selection of pumpkin spice drinks, for the 20th PSL anniversary. Try the shaken apple oat espresso, so good and refreshing

First time at this Starbucks, super friendly and helpful staff. Not very wheelchair/stroller accessible though.

I went to Starbucks, and it was really good. The place was super clean, and the staff working there were very nice. I liked it a lot, and I'll go back for sure.

Adding a tip screen for drive thru is ridiculous
Embarrassing for your staff to have to present it and awkward for customers - it’s drive thru.

The staff are friendly and I know most everyone on a first name basis, service is exceptional and I go most every morning for my coffee.like a second home

Went to the drive through this afternoon to pickup my mobile order with my friend.she decided she wanted a drink so we figured it wouldn’t be a super big deal to just ask at the window if we could get a drink.after she asked, the woman working the drive through was so incredibly rude and completely stressed out my friend.she was harassing her asking her to “hurry up” and tell her what she wanted to drink as there was ONE singular car pulling up behind us into the drive through.we will not be returning to this location again as the staff was so rude upon us asking for a drink, and completely rushing my friend for no reason at all.

What happened to this location? ! The quality is something you'd expect from a Tim Hortons. They can't get the order right. The coffee is either luke warm or weak. Even the breakfast sandwiches, would it kill the staff to make sure the sandwiches are put together before they are placed in bags. Can you please make sure my sandwich doesn't look like someone sat on it.

Not the cozyest bux I've ever been to but courteous and fast service and the coffee was a delight.

Honestly probably the best costumer service I have ever received anywhere! The lovely ladies that work there literally make my morning every time I visit, their energy and warmth is so uplifting! They’ll always give me the best recommendations to spice up my order and honestly I always get excited walking in! Thank you, I appreciate you guys!
