Somebody took my drink! Ayo? Can anybody read the label? There are other Charlies in the world but alright. Had to be me ig:/ But they said it was good. So I know they made it right. They remade my drink mmmm so delicious mmm ice matcha yerrr 10/10 love these people love crunchy ice live laugh love. Also. They have babychinos. Go get one. Yknow. For your baby n stuff.

The Clayton Crossing Starbucks is one of the busiest with some of the best and friendliest staff and faces I've seen in customer services for a long time. The energy is unmatchable, and tho wait times are often greatly varying, I always leave with a smile and a feeling of genuine connection. Though its often loud, and bustling, its one of the Starbucks I feel most comfortable spending my time at. Kinda hit and miss at times, but what store isn't. Theyre a bit behind on some things and lacking inventory, but its the holiday season. Starbucks is mediocre at best as a chain, but far more refined and classy with its heart based at customer experience than any Tim Hortons I'll never go back to. The prices are a bit sheeeeesh but so is any other 'specialty' cafe. Take your pick. This is also the only Starbucks I dont get spoke to like a toddler at. Be smart. Shop S-bucks.

I have been there often. The service is friendly and hard-working. However—The coffee is mediocre at best, over roasted and bitter. The food selection expensive and limited. Seating is squashed and uncozy with often dirty tables. That's Starbucks in a nutshell. We need more artisan coffee shops with real quality.

Charlie is a wonderful barista! Everytime they are on shift I have a pleasurable experience and get my coffee fast and just the way I like it. He is very fast and efficient and gives amazing service. I always reccomend coming to this exact Starbucks.

Super slow. Constantly get drinks wrong. Today was told I came for my mobile order to quickly and quite rudely by the girl at the window. We often go out of our way to avoid this SB cause of their wait times and drink quality but now we definitely won't be going back.

Worst starbucks, I’ve worked at a starbucks before and I know the standard. Being asked “is that all” after every drink? No go. And I know how much of a headache it is when people ask to use stars after the transaction but when im saying it 3 times before i pay that id like to use my stars and she says oh sorry it doesn’t work once your card has been scanned um yes it does? You guys need to work on customer connections and relearn customer service. To the lady who said this starbucks is the best and that they make sure it always tastes right and fix any problems for you in the review section, ma’am thats the standard for starbucks and most hospitality businesses

Waited more than 5 minutes for my order only to find out they had already done it - but the name was wrong! I don’t get it - why ask my name if you can’t spell it right (I even spelled it for her) … so now my food is cold & was told here’s the order & wouldn’t remake …
Sometimes drive through - even though it’s smokin’ busy - is the better way to go
If only there was a better option (ugh Tim Hortons)

Worst experience ever.if you are only serving drive through then please don't make your walkin customers wait.i ordered for Americano coffee with 3 milk n sugar, on 15th oct 2022 it was morning 6.30 and i had to catch a bus on my way to work.thought of getting it in 5mnts. But.i waited until 6.49 and i didn't get my coffee, it was almost time for my Bus i asked them is my order ready a guy said yes its almost ready and was trying to give a coffee but then the Lady took that nd gave that to a drive thru customer.i just stepped out and had to Rum to the bus stop without getting my coffee delivered and paying (losing) $4.15 at star bucks. Worst! Ruined my Day.

Very friendly staff~ Even though their English was unnatural, they waited for me and supported me with my language. The feeling of being treated humanely beyond simple service.

Ordering $6-7 drinks and they can’t even make it right … I’m allergic to dairy and they put milk in their causing me to visit the doctor
