Came in to grab a quick coffee and a steamed milk for my 18 month old daughter. I soon realized she needed a diaper change and asked to use the washroom with the changing table. The manager told me that “someone is in there and they won’t come out” and to please wait patiently. I proceeded to watch two homeless people (a man and a woman) walk in through the front door and immediately to the other washroom together and lock the door. It saddens me to say, I that this is definitely not a place I would go back too. I would recommend Starbucks staff to possibly use a key system for the washrooms or possibly try to help a mom struggling with her toddler rather than shrugging your shoulders and telling me to be patient.

I’m always at a Starbucks when I’m in the city or town that has one! I live in a rural community so it’s a treat for me when I go away for the weekend:)

Stopped through the drive thru and was served by the lovely Zak. He was polite and and so friendly. I've had him serve me before, and I remembered how kind he was. The drinks were great too!

The staff are lovely, drinks are made well, but the wait times are ridiculous. Drive thru times of 15-45 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to the next Starbucks if you have somewhere to be. Wait times are just as long inside and they aren’t that busy. I genuinely do not understand why it takes so long here.

I waited ages for a coffee with only one person ahead of me. The service was very bland. They didn't even add cream when I asked for it. Poor Customer Service, won't be going back there.

Used to be a good Starbucks until they put up a political flag. Just not interested in that when I want to enjoy my coffee, going to other locations without that now.

Do not pay them in cash. I’ve never received the correct amount back. Even telling them it’s incorrect they argue. I will not ever pay cash there again. It’s been us much as $5 short. The coffee is fabulous so I will return but with only a debit card.

Hour long waits in the drive-thru, militant, rude employees who act like they're doing you a favor, no management to be seen anywhere. Not recommended. The other Starbucks in Chilliwack are better, thank goodness there's more than one here.

This site has always been my favorite since the one on Eagle Landing closed. Great service, friendly baristas who make my trenta strawberry acai lemonade, with 4 scoops of strawberries & little ice perfectly. The staff are always willing to add a pupacino for our little girl along with her own grande strawberry acai lemonade with 2 scoops strawberries little ice.what can I say our pup loves her Starbucks.

The store is closed except for drive through. Despite this, there is only one small sign to let people know, and they left their large sign out front which makes it seems open and attracts people. Among this, they are straight up refusing to help people in wheel chairs if they come through drive through or to the door. When asked about this the worker ignored us completely, and I just feel that this whole situation could have been handled differently. In other places I have worked, I have had similar experiences where we had a reduced capacity to serve people, and we went above and beyond to make sure people with disabilities didn’t experience more barriers to service than they already face. I was really disgusted with watching the two elders in wheel chairs recurve no help, they didn’t come to the door to politely explain, just let them stay there, trying to open the door until we went up and explained it. We helped about 20 customers by explaining the situation while we were sitting out front. Common decency seems like it wasn’t a part of the training for this team.

Their service is horrible it was so slow and we've been waiting with my daughters for 42 mins. We won't go this store anymore.

Our order was made terribly at the Cottonwood location and it was replaced and remade at this location. I wish I would have gotten the name of the employees managing drive thru at this location tonight they were amazing! Great job you two

I ordered through the mobile app and waited 30 minutes, still didn’t get my order. Meanwhile I noticed that people entered after me got their orders before I did. One out 3 drinks was made wrong - iced espresso turned out to be hot. They didn’t refund me the total amount of 2 drinks that I didn’t get. I used to work in the hospitality for several years so I understand sometimes there will be mistakes but I expected a more supportive attitude of the staff there. Hope it will be improved in the near future.

Shouldn’t have to wait over 20 minutes to get one cold drink which is basically juice and lemonade shaken together. I stopped getting Starbucks because of this location

This location is so slow, 20 minutes inside to get a drink. I get people are shortstaffed, but how about a sense of urgency?

Completely wrong order. Ordered a simple grande Americano misto. Ended up with an espresso misto with soy milk and 2 pumps of vanilla. Not my cup of tea (or coffee). And it took a pot longer than most drive thru on top of that.
