The worst experience ever! Just ordered my usual drink where I order over a decade (decaf almond latte, cold drink but no ice, because I have tonsils problem, and it’s hot outside, I literally can’t have ice.) horrific experience as a loyal Starbucks customer, the barista (asian tall, skinny) told me he won’t fill my cup fully, because it’s supposed to have HALF ICE and he gave me half of a cup drink.
I wouldn’t write this negative review if he did not make a scene, and acted badly to their customer! It’s not cool at all, learn how to talk to customer, please train your stuff better!

Mgr had attitude even before we spoke to him then proceeded to be rude to all customers. Then missed our drinks order completely and we waited 20 mins for our order. Then when we pointed out our missing order he questioned we had ordered until he found the receipt! Terrible service turned us off Starbucks.

Service is quick, at a quiet location, staff are friendly. While enjoying your drink or pastry you can sit outside & enjoy the scenery. (mountains, the waters of Howe Sound, etc.)

I asked for an old menu coffee. The staff were reluctant to make it even though I told them what syrup was in it. Ended up after charging 2 things extra they got it wrong. Tastes terrible. $15 for 2 coffees, they should get it right.

I work at the ferry terminal in the early morning hours so I’m at this Starbucks 5 days a week!
They stand out from the rest of the bunch with their customer service as well as just overall good vibes.

The store gets super busy and hectic especially on long weekends/holidays when the ferries are also packed. They never show their stressed and are always helpful.

If not for the location, then only one star.
The tables are dirty, egg bites are burnt, as if they were already warmed up for the second or third time.
Staff is inattentive, forgot to prepare the ordered drink.after a reminder, the drink was made, but the cup was served with out a lid. Was there this morning.

I suppose this franchise feels that they have the location: they don't need to worry about service.

The waiting line wasn't excessive for a Starbucks. The wait for the coffee was considerably longer. When I did get my coffee, it had less sugar than I asked for, less cream than I asked for, and was the wrong blend.

For the prices that Starbucks charges, I'm not impressed.

Ordered via mobile, a drink with almond milk and no whip (lactose intolerant). The main regret is not being able to grab it myself, as they gave my friend a drink with whole milk and whip.
The sandwiches were burnt to a crisp on the bottom, so that was an added bonus.

It's a Starbucks. Coffee was ok. They could spend more care on keeping tabs and outdoor areas tidy and clean.

We were stuck in the city for 5 hours because the ferry cancellation. Quick service, cute and very hospitable. Loved the outdoor heated area.

Good place to grab a quick coffee in Horseshoe bay area. We usually stop there while going towards or coming back from Whistler.

Got one of their Christmas drinks! It was pretty good only thing I could say is that it was a little too hot for me it burned my tongue, ouch!

Most disappointing Starbucks experience.their toilet was flooded into the entry of where people would sit. There was no toilet paper and it smelled horrible. When I told the barista she simply shook her head and said “ya” with a whatever look on her face. Not only was the bathroom disgusting but my drink was not mixed properly either.for someone who orders between two drinks every time I go to a Starbucks this one was gross! Chunky iced matcha. I won’t be coming to this location again. Starbucks is always better than this.disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of this location.

I lost my wallet this morning and the employees were so kind to me! You turned my morning around. Thanks guys!

Great Starbucks to visit if you are in the area or waiting for the ferry. The cashier overheard that it was my birthday and give me a free coffee which was super nice of them. The store was clean and very spaced out for all covid concerns as well. The park across the street is a great place to enjoy your coffee as well

The employees were extremely rude to me and my family for no reason. I ordered 4 drinks and waited patiently as they tended to the customers that came after us and finally got two drinks after waiting 10 minutes. Waited another 7 minutes for the other two drinks to come. She ignored me as I stood there and finally asked “are you waiting for something” and I said yeah the other two coffees.they weren’t even that busy and it took this long to get some basic drinks. This place is racist towards people of color and should learn some customer service. This is unacceptable. There was also no soap in the bathroom.

Ordered 2 coffees with cream and grande sugar-free vanilla latte, no cream in coffees and no syrup in the latte, already made one trip back for cream very unhappy customer

Will not give money to this business when told I have to wear a face covering in exchange for the privilege of purchasing their over hyped sugary coffee. Stood outside on a call for fifteen minutes didn’t see any surfaces wiped down but saw a range of BC’s finest specimens going in and out touching everything. This business is blacklisted from my current and future personal choices. Garbage.

The older gentleman manager provided exceptional service to passengers fresh off the ferry. He was calm, courteous, friendly and ensured safe physical distancing measures. He took time to chat with people and make everyone feel welcome at Starbucks. Thank you for a lovely morning!

Great service! My favorite drink, Macha green tea frappuccino! Is the best! Perfect every time!

Don’t go here if you’re just getting on or off the ferry. They can’t handle the volume and you’ll wait 20 minutes for coffee that may or may not match your order. There’s often no toilet paper, they run out of lids and cream, and just generally it’s a mess.

1 cashier for very busy sunday. My white chocolate americano misto that no syrup at all. I asked for more syrup but its still taste like a latte.

Wouldn’t expect a Starbucks barista to look in your travel mug, to see if it’s dirty or not and after seeing how dirty mine was (with old grinds) didn’t wash it out

The only place that opens on Dec 25th (till 4pm). We placed order online to avoid the lineup, but was told that they didn’t have a few items. Staffs were all busy but still very friendly.

Mediocre service. Poor communication. Waited for more than 10 min for drinks. So very slow. Understaffed. Great location. Coffee was good.

The coffe is excellent and the staff is very fast in serving you. The place it's very small and it gets very crowded (and dirty, even if the staff is constantly cleaning).

I came in and their food supply was basically nothing, and there were a few items inside the glass showcase bin. I asked for a coffee cake and he said that was the last one in the case and I said no, you shouldn’t be serving any items out of there because there are FRUIT FLIES all over all the food items in there. He said oh ok do you want something else then? I told the other staff and they also did not care at all. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from here food wise.

Do the Starbuck charge for a cup of water? I asked for it today, the barista told me I have to ask at the register. I did asked at the register before I picked up my coffee.the barista acted like I wasting her time to make coffee. I had to wait a couple minutes and asked for twice to get an empty cups. Maybe in Canada, they serve different than in the US. By the way, I won’t come back again.

Its Starbucks. I've been frequenting them for many years at locations all over the place.

These baristas should know how important to be on time for ferry. Being slow because baristas are chatting with their friend-customers is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional to other customers who are waiting for their drink before catching ferry. Thanks to whoever worked today I literally was minutes away from missing my ferry on vehicle. And we all know how busy it gets in the summer for vehicles.

The place is busy with the locals and travellers. Especially, on a sunny spring day. The view is awesome.

I was there on a Saturday. Saw lots of ferry travellers and bikers coming in for drinks and snacks.

I enjoy the plain dark coffee. Also tried the quinoa wrap, and it was quite good. The menu is the same as in the other Starbucks.

Seating inside is quite limited for the traffic passing through the store, at least when I was there. There were a few chairs on the front patio.

Service was reasonable.

Missed the boat so I hung around the park until I needed to charge my phone. Came in here with my bags and was lucky enough to get a table with a power outlet. There was no line when I came inside so my order was prepared quickly but after a while I noticed this location became very busy.

We were just treated very badly by a young East Indian girl working the counter. Horrible horrible!

This location used to be really great a couple years ago but my fave barista, Nicole, stopped working here after one summer and quality has really suffered and I no longer like going to this location. I miss Nicole.

Not a very good location. The gentleman taking our order was very cold. He didnt give us our change, we thought maybe he reloaded it all by accident so we asked to see the receipt and he deffinetly didnt so we asked for our change and he just stared us down with his hands planted on the counter. Another cashier came over and told him to give us our change. Was very uncomfortable.

The location is great but mostly crowded. If you are here it probably means that either the weather is good or you are waiting for a ferry. In both conditions you can expect more customers than this small location can handle. They are usually understaffed and the baristas are super busy.
