Great area to sit outside. Lots of seating inside and outside. Had latte. Great prompt service. Great coffee. Not my QST time here. A weekend stop.

Everytime i order from this location, the drinks doesnt seem to be up to starbucks quality. Hot drinks are filled up only half way and their sweet cream cold brew ends up being to chunky - not making a smooth sweet cream consistency.

So disappointing, the baristas arent as trained as other starbucks locations

Asked got an extra hot latte - got a barely warm latte like room temperature not drinkable wate of money do not ask for new one as line up was long

Honestly, I never do reviews but this certain barista caught my attention. At first I thought she was a manger, bossing the staff around like they were her slaves, then I started to notice the lack of work she was actually doing. I saw her attempt to make my drink (iced chai tea latte) a relatively easy drink to make but it appeared she did not just mess up once, but twice! Took way too long and I won’t be coming back. I thought I would try to be a bigger person by telling her have a nice day, but it looked like she just pushed me off an in ignorant, snotty way. Her tag said Maria, and I feel AWFUL for the staff that has to put up with her.

Staff are exceptionally polite and efficient. Danielle in particular gave excellent service and made my day brighter, thank you very much!

Was a Beautiful Sunshiny day for a Perfect cuppa and good conversation with a great Mortgage broker.

Really put this review off for a while just in case it was a one off. I am a regular Starbucks customer and go to this location at least twice a week as well as richlea and the one at the mall. I never have a issue with the other two the staff are great and the drinks are perfect. HOWEVER at this location the staff are super unfriendly and the drinks are never good. I usually order iced drinks which are not super complicated to make however they never seem to get it right and if I ask for it to be remade they huff and puff.

The coffee always tastes bitter and I’m pretty sure it’s because the machines aren’t cleaned as it tastes like battery acid. I used to be a regional manager for a large coffee chain and I’m pretty sure it’s because of that reason.

On several occasions baristas have given me attitude which has now lead me to write this review. On one occasion when I requested it to be remade she rolled her eyes at me and was like “just mix it” when “mixing” was not the issue. As a customer I should not need to buy a drink from this location and then have to go to another location just to get it remade.

On a more positive note I have reached out to corporate about the machinery and coffee taste which they have noted they will now look into it.

I really hope this specific Starbucks gets it together.

I felt bad because the staff obviously made no effort to clear snow off the stairs leading to the store.

I happen to like their coffee, some don't.so be it taste is subjective. Is there better sure but for a chain that is everywhere it's great and blows Tim's out of the water. ‍️ Plus the cranberry bliss bars are back and they are amazing.

I went to this Steveston Starbucks to order couple of drinks and there was a new guy robin made my drinks. He is a super hero. I felt like I am talking to a therapist. I was in a rush and my mood was off but when he asked me how I am doing and what’s my plan for the day I started telling him and I couldn’t resist myself to talk about the thing that was bothering me. He gave me some suggestions and made me feel over the moon. Thanks Robin you are a star.

I thought they could have had more tables outside. More than enough room even with Social Distancing.

Lovely Steveston Starbucks still sets the standard for savory snacks and scenic settings. Oh, and the coffee is pretty good, too. Beware: no outdoor seating for the next little while, as they are renovating that space as if this writing.

Starbucks is a major chain coffee shop, so a certain standard is maintained. Since the same ingredients are used, the stores are pretty much the same everywhere. That said, there is also a human factor, because some staff do make them better than others. This is one of the better stores I have been to, and I always find their creations to be great amd not too watery.

Mediocre food, coffee and ambiance. Tables and floors not cleaned on a regular basis. Free WIFI and bathrooms. Staff are friendly and it is a beautiful location, but there are better options just a short walk away. Store was retrofitted a couple of years ago and it is now more crowded, noisy and not the relaxing place to enjoy your drink as it used to be. Save your money and visit the locally owned businesses down the road.

Crowded coffee house & overpriced. I usually order a
Small Americano coffee or a Small Tea-Earl Grey or Orange Pekoe.

I appreciate business that let you come in and use the facilities no questions asks.

Also I’ve never heard of a groom your own dog business doing well but I see these places everywhere.

Anyway me and rocky had a great time getting a haircut in the men’s room. Hope the staff didn’t mind the mess. Rocky ‘was’ one hairy boy!

Drinks were great, staff were friendly and clean environment. Can get busy though. A great Starbucks, nothing more to say.

Heat this Starbucks will never go.multiple time they've messed up my drink and then they also serve three people behind me. Walked out of there so mad didn't even get my money back. On my birthday too

Young people, trainee was my cashier, had to tell him my order four times.said my name several times, and my drinks were named under "Ethan". Forgot to double blend my drink, then the barista slid my drink after remaking it without any words like we did something wrong, when unfortunately too busy saying "omg your so hot" to another barista. Get a grip. Dislike writing reviews like this, but that's how my experience went.

If I can give a zero star rating for this Starbucks I would. This is the third time that they couldn't make my fiance's order. It is not that hard and if other Starbucks locations can make it right they should to. We are not ever going to this Starbucks location again.

It's a Starbucks! Need I say more. Very busy but I have not had the pleasure of experiencing this location.

Nice location by the river in Steveston. No more comfy chairs though so not as ideal for sitting and reading while enjoying a coffee. A good spot though for walkers with dogs as the patio is a great spot to sit with your pup and enjoy the vibe in this historic fishing village.

I live the coffee. TOO COLD IN THERE. WHY DOES THE THERMOSTAT NEED TO BE ON MEATLOCKER SETTING. Ridiculous. I am not going back there to freeze.

Came here when they opened. One employee messed up my order and they were super apologetic about the whole situation. Ended up redoing my order and also got a “next drink on us” card as well.

I've never had an issue with this location until today. I always, ALWAYS order the same drink and it was always made correctly here. However, today, the barista (who is apparently a manager) decided to only give me 3/4 of the drink even though I ordered a Venti, so it looked more like a grande size. I've always ordered half ice and it always came to a decent amount, but not today.

Not only that, my order was wrong too! I asked for 1 extra scoop of matcha (as per my usual order, so I know what it should look and taste like), but I got only 1 total scoop of matcha. I asked for it to be fixed, but the second time I got way too much matcha so it was a sickly dark green and tasted so bitter I couldn't swallow it. I got it made a third time but it was barely any better. I was too tired of dealing with this barista so I just took the third one and left even though it still tasted terrible, completely off from my usual drink.

Now I'm even skeptical whether she used almond milk like I asked since my order was wrong so many times. I suppose I'll find out if I feel sick in an hour.

I've never been so disappointed and distrustful of a Starbucks in my life. I will likely never return to this location. This lady does not deserve to be a manager if she can't even make a proper drink.
