This location is amazing! The staff are super friendly and quick, they welcome everyone with a smile.
The location is spotless, staff are always cleaning and making sure everyone is happy. Kudos to the manager and the team!

Came to do some things in the closing hour of the store and I was absolutely floored by the service.

Zia in particular is amazing, she gave me a heads up she was going to bring in the outside tables at one point and that it was going to be loud. She then proceeded to quietly bring everything inside, letting me focus completely on my tasks.

There’s lots of tables as well, if you need to get things done I’d recommend coming to this location.

Worst location for Starbucks I've ever been to. Would suggest going to a location that is more professional.

When I visited the store, the baristas seemed really stressed out which is understandable given how busy it can get. However, it seemed that their stress levels were exacerbated by management coaching baristas on talking to customers more, within earshot of customers. I worked customer service before, and I empathized with the baristas because I understand how stressful the environment can be, which is augmented when management reprimands you within close proximity to customers.

I also feel that order taking is a bit long when I order from this store, because the baristas may sometimes hold a conversation longer than I'm used to, even if I'm in a rush and just want to grab coffee. Given what I've witnessed though, about how management pressures them to engage with customers to an exorbitant extent, forcing them to go beyond small-talk, this isn't surprising.

They made my complicated drink exactly how I wanted it to perfection and it was a really pleasant experience. Nice location with clean cafe and lots of seating.:)

Asked for a cup of tea with one tea bag. Basically got a cup of milk with a teabag in it. It wasn't even steeped. Poured down the sink and wasted $4. They also charged me for two bags and gave me another one in the packet.

I always love my coffee, even tho I am NOT happy they have ditched the egg nog latte for the 2nd winter in a row. Staff is friendly and welcoming lol usually unless they are super busy then they just keep the line moving with a quick smile

I was quite impressed with this Starbucks location, line up was long but I was out of there in just about 5-7 minutes. The baristas were very nice and made the drinks well. I guess the good thing about this location is that it doesn't have drive through and it's not under staff. The place itself was clean and tidy.

Went here and the person taking my order was excellent as well the person who made my order, was quick and tasty.

The staff spend more time socializing with customers while there’s a long queue of customers waiting. I understand the level of engagement that happens but sometimes employees need to read the room.

Slow service. Strawberry Acai drink tastes like plain water. Worst Starbucks drink I’ve ever had.

Great location. Lots of space, very clean, friendly and professional. I walk, but there is no drive through or parking.

Had a lovely chat with the barista about the apocalypse that we are currently experiencing. The drink was also spectacular. 10/10

No one makes my drinks like this Starbucks does! They are consistently really good and always greet me with a smile and very very fast service. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple of minutes

This location has some of the friendliest staff of any Starbucks I've been to! Hands down my favourite location in Vancouver!

This location has a bit of a wait since it’s always so busy but they get your things out as fast as possible all while letting you know about the progress of your order.

Store staff are warm and friendly - a welcome surprise on an otherwise ho-hum pandemic day! Drink was delicious, too!

The staff here are infectiously positive and friendly. For perspective, if I was rating other Starbucks compared to this one I would give only 1-2 stars. If you need a morning boost that isn’t just caffeine related, go here.

Last week my husband and I went to this Starbucks location and we were impressed with the staff. They were very polite, friendly and attentive. Everyone greeted us and said good bye. Great job guys! Thank you for keeping the smiles and positivity thru this difficult times!

We hung out here for a few hours. It was a nice place to be @ the grandview highway location. Washrooms could be cleaner thou. But having worked at starbucks previously i know the washrooms get treated like a trash can by customers. Nice team, very friendly!

Arrived at the neighborhood recently and i wanted to visit Starbucks.i went there last Sunday for a coffee and met 2 guys named Dylan and Maria (i believe). They were really attentive and even thanked me for the line.
6stars for the staff

Stopped in for to get some work done on my laptop for about an hour. There was a big rush and it seemed like they were a bit short staffed, however the staff that were working especially Dylan was fantastic. He acknowledged me even though he was busy and got to me as soon as he could. The other lady working was also great and thanked me for waiting. 5 stars for the staff!

The baristas in the store are very nice! Quick too. Would recommend this Starbucks. Sam, one of the barista is also nice and she was very personable.

This store seems to not care about recycling - shame on you Starbucks - this is 2020! The recycling bin is tucked away to the very back corner in the store where no one would typically go - given all the foot traffic is they the front of the store and where the milk/confinement counter is. Like to see this moved up to where the rest of the garbage cans are.

Good location as it has others stores near by a d plenty of parking.
Staff was very pleasant and friendly.
The store is clean and well organized.
There's plenty of sitting room inside as well as a patio.

It's a great place to get ice water at and use the bathroom.
Don't ever financially support a company that has as much internal politics/ drama as this. Chances are the manager treats their staff inconsistently based on internal politics.

This place is a chill spot, its so peaceful here, lots of space to sit always, great music, i love studying here, i go here whenever i am free, the staff is super friendly, Good location, very next to my workplace, a very usual spot

The customer service was great, there were iced drinks in front of mine, so it took an extra few minutes, but the drinks were worth it. The drinks are always made right and taste yummy from this location.

Everything was fine. I was reading. I started to write. When I started getting distracted by this one song that was playing. At first I just thought it was a really long song, but then realized it was on some sort of loop, it played for an hour and a half, despite my asking it to be skipped.

Best starbucks ive been to for sure! Theres a young man named taka (i think) whos incredible at what he does, never stops working and is super polite. Kudos man!

Asked for a pop-up in my mug because I had my mct oil in there. The clerk dumped it out, then filled it up to the brim. I asked how am I supposed to put the lid on now? So she dumped half of it out and gave it back with the outside all soaked in coffee. I asked for a napkin to clean it off. I said it would be nice if she could be more careful next time. She said "thank you". Thank you? Is that some sort of apology? A very Tim hortons-ish experience.
