Very friendly staff even when it's crazy busy.
I stopped in for a double pump Chi latte on my way for my daily walk.
It is always busy in this Starbucks and the surroundings are very calm. Always greeted with a hello and never ever do they do a bad job on my latte.
Great place. Really nice place to sit and watch the people walking by.

I know Starbucks is generally a scam but I got a dragonfruit grande drink from here and it took me less than a minute to finish it because they packed it with so much ice. I felt really scammed and unsatisfied especially considering the high price. Just give us less ice or make the cups bigger to account for the insane amount of ice and tiny bit of drink you serve. Why is such a huge corporation so cheap.

One of my favorite Starbucks in Vancouver. Excellent customer service always. The FOOD SELECTION in ALL the Starbucks have become quite POOR. NO HEALTHY options.

Overall good coffee. I get my coffee from this location regularly. Sunday Oct 23,5: 40PM they were getting robbed and they seemed clueless, some of the employees didn’t even notice and just continued working. Couldn’t get the vitamin water I wanted?

Typical Starbucks. You know exactly what you're getting. Lol. The AC is pretty cold here though.maybe they don't want you staying too long. Lol

While pouring in the cream the barista did it directly in front of me and asked me to tell her how much I needed. I wish they did that at other locations as well.

Ordered a drink at this location today. I heard the barista that dealt with my drink comment "YOLO" to the other baristas since my order was quite long. I don't want to make a big deal out of that since it wasn't the main issue, but it was unnecessary.

Anyway, I found a strand of her hair in my drink and had to toss it out. I noticed as soon as I crossed the street and couldn't go back to ask for a new one since I was in a rush to get to an appointment. Quite disappointed because it was a Venti.) :

By Far the best star bucks i’ve ever been to! Went in for a multiple drink order and the staff were beyond amazing! I want to personally thank Deb for helping me out!

Lovely are always how the staff are it doesn't matter what time of the day it is or what day of the week it is. As long as there's a Starbucks? For sure I know that I will Never Have Any Complaints:)

If you are out of stock of your featured item, the manager of the store should cross/hide the big sign behind the cashier so people don’t have to wait for 10 minutes in the line just to get to know you actually don’t have it.

My drink was just not full. I mobile ordered a pumpkin spice latte with whipped cream and walked back home, which is a 10 minute walk. Something felt odd so I decided to open it up and saw that it was 2 inches emptier than it should've been. Even accepting that the whipped cream could've melted, the remaining space is just not acceptable for how expensive lattes are nowadays. It's disappointing.

We got in at 8 and the server told us that they’re closing at 8: 25 which is fine and we totally understood. After we sat down, she came back like 4 times and repeated that we should leave in xx minutes, like it was a countdown. We didn’t appreciate her attitude and won’t visit again!

Starbuck is getting worst and worst. I've been a loyal customer for years, daily, and the coffee quality has gotten worst while price for staple items like latte coffee have increased.
The overall brand is also mixing up politics, such as not displaying a canada flag on Canada day and instead displaying a rainbow flag, on their front window. The staff is also inexperienced and unethical, even rude sometime with customer.

Overall, this is a brand whose, just like other chain restaurant is slowly crumbling away for its lack of ethics, innovation and quality.

I came in here and couldn’t order right away as they needed a “few minutes” to clear out the waiting area that only had 2 people in it. I’m a regular here and I’ve noticed a pattern of an employee named Azy jumping at the opportunity to rudely and condescendingly run around the counter to tell people to wait outside even with customers waiting on the social distancing stickers on the floor. I understand and appreciate covid regulations, but only when there is logic behind it. I guess I’m just not used to seeing an employees eyes light up at the opportunity to run to the door to rush a customer out. They held a long line up of people before taking orders to keep the waiting area empty. I saw customers that were told to wait outside literally leave and I probably would do the same due to the rude way they were talked to. This is a picture of the absolutely packed waiting area that they so desperately needed to hold off on taking orders for.

Seemed clean and the employees were very kind. I just found it odd that their bathrooms were closed. I know its covid but I’m pretty sure you have to have bathrooms open if you sell food and drink. I went to another location that same day and their bathrooms were open. Super odd.

Loads of room to accommodate COVID. Spacious, when this once was one of the coziest locations at a prominent, high traffic intersection. Courteous, friendly staff.

This was the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. We waited about 15 minutes and there was only 2 people ahead of us, and they would not open the second till or acknowledge that we had been waiting for 15 minutes. Coffee was like the other Starbucks but maybe next time it could be faster. I worked at Starbucks when I was a kid and man they cracked the whip and I moved as fast as I could.

I almost never go to Starbucks as I stopped drinking coffee about 5 years ago (try it, you'll feel great), plus there are way to many of them and that bugs me. But I found two gift cards worth $12 in my desk. I got the spinach breakfast wrap and still have over $6 to blow there. I have always liked this location. The interior is quite spacious even though the entrance is a narrow little open-ceiling walk-way with about 3 stairs. It has a "wood" motif which gives a warm feeling - like a ski lodge without the log cabin closeness (geez listen to me). The staff were very nice and chipper even during this April 2021 COVID "lockdown".

The app showed bogo and they did not honor it saying some technical glitch. Per the store It apparently redirects to the US app even though you downloaded it from Canada app store.

This place is cozy excellent staff people can be kinder to the disabled though referring to you the public! God bless

I like the vibes of this location. Its very old school vibes.very attentive staff and helpful. I like the music inside.

When downtown it used to be one of the best with baristas knowing how to properly make coffee. Ordered a Caramel Macchiatto here the other week and the barista put the cup directly onto the bar and poured the shots in directly from machine into the 3/4 filled cup of steamed milk.

I prefer to visit the Reserve Starbucks Bar down the street now as they tend to care a little more about how drinks should be made. Sadly Starbucks has gone downhill over the past couple years from taking pride in their quality - to now just being a fast food style chain. Worked at Starbucks 8 years, leaving just last year due the same issues. Most staff say - it's just coffee ‍️.

Nice place to take time for reading or do something.the worse part is that always the washroom is so duty

Custumer service here is awesome. Crew here is really kind, helpful and efficient. Environment is cozy and with plenty seats available, even during busy hours. I usually try the Irish Cream Americano, I think it's a nice choice if you feel like having a coffee drink that goes beyond plain coffee and yet does not have much milk as in a latte or a machiatto.

Small Starbucks but cozy. There appears to be a huge washroom line every time I’m here and it is dirty.

It's a Starbucks. Sometimes they burn the Lactose-free milk, but the personalities of the baristas usually make up for it

They forgot about my order. I was in a rush and I had to ask them twice for the order before receiving it.

Starbucks Robson x Thurlow. It's the essence of Vancouver in one location. Crossroads of the world and yet.homey. Allowed to show it's wear - it has.patina. Casual and cosmopolitan. As I said 'the essence of Vancouver. I call it my neighborhood Starbucks despite it being over a dozen miles from my pillow.

I love this location. It's on Robson close to many fashionable stores. I was a regular here for about a year and a half since I worked down the street. The manager of the location is extremely kind to customers & the staff. Once I came in shivering from the cold and he offered me a cup of hot water to hold in my hands to help me warm up. It was incredibly sweet. The staff are always cool and placing an order always goes smoothly. I come here still to meet friends or come in to work on my writing. Great place!

I asked the barista to remake my frappuccino because mine had visible ice chunks in it. She didn't remake it, she dumped mine (that I've drank out of) back into the blender and added milk. I ended up with an iced latte.

This is a serious health concern. How many old drinks have the baristas thrown back into the blender?

Decent service, quick and friendly. Consistently tasty food. Great dining experience everytime.

It just feels way way to small.long wait for you coffee and the washroom wait time is even more long.better sit on the stairs out side the side door and roll a joint well you wait

I love starbucks but I went half an hour before and one person working at the court his name is Ken, he was so rude and he still talking reckless and cynical I am sorry but not sorry worst customer service I have ever seen in Starbucks.

Asian Dude half asleep at the till waiting to long to get served, last 3 times I have being in there same thing.

What is good or bad? The staff are friendly, but no good air. Bad smoking smells. No fan. Or, in the whole city, some people are smoking with their working. Not advanced city. Like countryside, my cloth is still smelling due to tobacco.
