I'm leaving now without my sandwich, is not possible 4 staff in the line and anyone is attending in the cashier, I waiting 8 min for my sandwich I never received because the seabus is leaving, next time I'm going to Mac Donald's, in 2 min they have your lunch

There’s not much urgency for making drinks in a timely manner. Efficiency and multitasking are also not thriving at this location. Frustrating if you are trying to grab bus/seabus.

Worst experience, I was about to leave the store that I suddenly noticed my cellphone is not with me I returned to search for it in the store all the baristas star shouting in an aggressive and rude tone that “we are closed” after paying for my order (three Frappuccinos and a lemonade including TIP) just a few minutes before.
I’d definitely not come back to this store again and not recommend this branch

You can enjoy Starbucks coffee when you come out of Longsdale Quey. This store is a bit old and you can feel a special taste. However, the service of the clerk is very good and the texture of the coffee is also on point!

I understand there was a staff member in training on till and that the time was very busy, but I'm kindly asking you to have these situations better organized because I waited 20 whole minutes to get a partially wrong order, with my name spelled wrong, and instead of proper serving temperature my drink was just warm. But again, the workers are very kind and I do see they were all under very high demand.

I have been going here for years now and this Starbucks location has gone downhill steadily. Customer service has dwindled and does not seem to be a priority anymore. Even if I am willing to look past that the drinks are ridiculous. Nespresso tastes better than their cappuccinos. The coffee always tastes like its been sitting for ages and I do not want to even comment on their Iced coffees.

I ordered 2 kids size hot chocolates, 1 of them extra hot and I got charhe $ 1.80 more for the extra hot feature. So let me get this straight, I am gettimg charge a Small Size hot cholate for a Short size one only for making it a bit more warmer? Really? That's what the barista basically explained to me when I asked him. Thank you but No Thank you.

I sometimes dropped by here on my way to school. The store seems busy but the staffs are great. The drinks they make are delicious as well. I’m very happy with this Starbucks.

I love my starbucks always but the one at waterfront station will always be my 5 star location the people there are always so kind and take the time to learn who you are.

Switched to STARBUCKS from the first day they open in my place.
Love thier coffee especially Cafe mocha.

I ordered a drink I found on tiktok (lol) and all I have is a photo of the drink order! The baristas were super nice and made the drink perfectly!
We actually came here directly from another Starbucks location (cap mall) where their barista made the drink wrong and argued with us about why it didn't look right.
Whoever you had on closing shift tonight were great and really friendly! We really appreciated the service! And the drinks

It is so nice to have them back after a months of being closed for COVID-19. The staff are so friendly and working hard to serve but keep everything safe. I had a nice talk with Sarah about how they are social distancing the staff one per station, wearing masks and not allowing many workers in the store all at the same time to keep them safe. She even mentioned that soon customers will be allowed back into the store. Thank you for my latte first one in a long time. -k

Bought a seabus ticket and seabus was 15 minutes away when we went into the Starbucks, thinking we had tons of time. Only one other person in line and ordered with 10 minutes to go until the seabus. After paying the drinks took so long that we had to just up and leave the Starbucks all together. We'd been waiting for our drink for 8 minutes. Not impressed.

I am pleased With their Happy and friendly Baristas. Definitely recommended, very convenient as well since this store is closest to sea bus and buses around north Vancouver

Every time I go to this store, service is very slow. Normally I don’t complain about it as it does happen from time to time. But not this store. I know Starbucks must always have all their brews ready at anytime. But for some reason, this store will not served ready brewed true north blend after the morning rush. Always a pour over which takes 7-10 mins to make. And I don’t like the pour over as the flavor is completely different from the brewed. And my time is important as I need to be at work quickly. I will not recommend this store if you are a True north Blend coffee fan.

It's very convenient. It's literally right next to the Seabus, so it's easy to grab a coffee and go. A word of warning, though. It gets very busy during the afternoon rush hour.

Unkind and unhelpful, and exceptionally stingy. I have felt poorly treated every time I go there; despite my disability, when I needed to use the washroom urgently they refused to let me do so until I bought something, which I’d intended to do, but I was in pain and needed to prioritize my health. I honestly asked them if I needed to redeem stars for the privilege of going pee before I could order something. They seem to treat everyone as unworthy of proper customer service. Every time I’m there, I feel like an unwelcome inconvenience.

If i am craving for a creamy delicious frappe i m going to starbucks. Thats my point of visit. I dnt try coffee much coz its dark and taste a bit bitter for me. But all in all the name says it all! Frappe is a must try

Ordered a iced caramel brulee latte that was suppose to have whipping cream, mine didn't. Took me 13 mins to get my mobile ordered drink.estimate was 3-6 mins (I dint make any contact with the employees. I couldn't have rushed them).

Additionally, they dont have straws. Both milk and espresso are < PH_7, and therefore "acids", which damage your teeth. Using a straw prevents cavities

Our favourite cafe! Starbucks at waterfront is the favorite hang out place for me and my friend. It's a routine to have hot chocolate and bacon egg bites after our school. The service is excellent, ambience is good and the food tastes great. The service is generally great but I have to mention about Quinn. He makes all the beverages exceptionally well and presents it even better. Highly recommend it to anyone.
