How do you screw up a dark roast coffee? Give the customer less than warm coffee. It would have been nice to be given the choice to wait for fresh coffee or change my order. Instead I was driving away allowing my coffee to ‘cool down’ before I took a drink and found out it was cold, thanks bro. $3+ for a tall cool dark roast.

Place and washroom clean. Special thanks to Parsa who was really kind and patient with my 2yr boy.

Worst stabucks. Owner of this store needs to look into why they never answer their phone they don't get Uber orders right even if your ordering 1 drink. Very rude unpleasant unprofessional staff.

Beware of these thieves! My wife and I visited here a few days ago and we were charged for our transaction 3 times. Even though my wife insisted that the machine said the transaction is approved, they said it didn’t go through. Then they said that only one transaction shows up in their system and we should wait till the bank finishes processing in 3 days. 3 days later, the bank shows 3 transactions after processing was completed. So basically, they stole our money.

I come to this store every day and always appreciate how warm and friendly everyone is. I brought my son in on Monday and after Julia served him my son said “everyone is so nice here! ”. It’s true. It’s a goodie. Thank you.

Staff are pleasant and efficient but this location busy so bit of a wait and frequently out of stock on food items so plan accordingly and order ahead of time.

The employee who is almost always making the drinks, is one of the rudest employee's of any Starbucks i have ever gone too. I very seldom even go to this one only if I have to meet someone there just because of him. He messed up my drink once and I had to come back. He acted like it was my fault and didn't apologize just threw my drink at me. Every time I go in there he is the most miserable server ever. People I work with agree and will not go there and go to the Safeway one instead because of his attitude. I would get rid of him and bring back lots of business you have lost because of him. He needs to get another job. Maybe one that does not deal with the public!

I drive 20 min access town to get a coffee and use the restroom. Shut down. This absolutely unacceptable.

Its an okay place overall. Free parking could be found around the corner. Currently there is limited seating and no washrooms available. Its right near one of the busiest intersections. So, might not be the quietest place to do some quick work or study.

The staff is very courteous and helpful! Of course, the happiness transcends into their hand crafts. Cheers

This Starbucks is like all other Starbucks. There is mobile ordering available here and the baristas are super nice! Currently there is COVID-19 procedures taking place so there is limited seating, however there is a lot of outdoor seating areas.

During Covid I can understand them ask for customers to wear masks but my husband has a medical condition and it's hard for him to wear a mask. The barista didnt do his drink properly and "forgot" to stir his drink.her demeanor changed when he explained to her about not wearing a mask.

Same as other Starbucks, however it is located in a noisy area you may hear many noises of highway around you.

Took me 20 minutes to get my order and the food was cold by the time I got it. People came in after me, received their order, and consumed their order by the time I got mine.

Very warm and welcoming store. They are very friendly and will help you get the order you want. The seating was very limited but that's due to it always being busy I suppose. My drink came out just the way I liked it, very fast too. Staff was awesome! Especially the Filipino barista!

East 57 and Kerr Manager n team is best but Missing MEGAN the best girl but we found her at Kingsway & boundary Kingsway. Which is our mornings drop by place before work.

The drinks are fine the folks are nice but geeeee, S-Bucks! Why is the music so obnoxiously loud!? I was practically shouting my own toughts just so I could hear myself.

If you wanna chat with friends or study, maybe go somewhere else...

Staff were nice and fast service. I went to use the washroom, it could use a little bit of cleaning but overall, everything is great.
