Yesterday during an incident of me choosing to rescue a baby crow, i was outside with the bird in a box for 3.5 hours. The store closed, and the ladies brought out some water and a snack because i was there for so long waiting for wildlife rescue.

Everyone here is so lovely.

I usually order ahead and just go inside to grab my order but the store always has a lively vibe and the baristas are always pretty nice!

What is happening to SB? This store's location is great and the interior is clean, but I have two negative experiences during my last visit.

One, the baristas wiped her nose with her bare hands and then continue to take my order. She also did not greet with a smile, and she had her mask down. I know it's not mandatory, but most F&B establishments still practice safety first.

The matcha latte grande I ordered tasted bland and not enough matcha. I brought it back and the barista (another one) told me I could ask for more matcha next time. I'm thinking why won't you simply make it taste right the first time?

The one redone is still tasteless except for the milk. There are a few other ones that do the matcha latte right. Go to Blenz or Waves if you want a decent matcha for the money.

I’ve lived in yaletown since I could remember. I’ve lived there since the very first elementary school opened and my mother has lived in yaletown my entire life along with me living there for most of mine. So you can imagine the amount of times I’ve visited this Starbucks. I came in today to exchange a $5 bill because the skytrain wouldn’t accept it. It was in mint condition, aside from the fact that it was a bit wavy. They refused to open the till for me to exchange the $5 and said they didn’t have enough coins in their till. SHIRLEY was the lady that made this decision and decided to not help me out. SHIRLEY was dismissive and had a sour attitude. I won’t be coming back there. I get a $7+ drink every time I go to any Starbucks because I have allergies and I like my bougie Starbuck drinks. I would go almost everyday before work. That’s an estimated $12,775 a year. Cafe Artigiano across the street will now be receiving that since they didn’t sweat it when I asked them to help me out.

Honestly.it's Starbucks. You don't need me to tell you about their drinks. What I will tell you is the staff at this location are super! They always appear to be making the effort. When it's busy, they hustle. You're doing great partners, thanks for the service!

The short Asian girl with pixie hair is very rude. I ordered an iced mocha with whipped cream on top. She had the audacity to ask if I needed a straw while she knew it was a dome lid. How am I supposed to drink from a dome lid without a straw? Then I said yes I needed a straw but she turned away to help another man. When I asked her for the straw, she seemed annoyed and threw the straw on the table instead of nicely handing it to me. Otherwise, every one else is always nice and polite.

Carlo is the only one staff (my pleasure experience) has a high customer service skill. He’s seem like remember most of the regular customer name in the mobile order. Other than that I think having him in this location helps starbuck gain more customers.

The staff at this location are some of the kindest folks I’ve met at a Starbucks location, Maria in particular is a sweetheart. The service is also fast and efficient!

My favourite branch of Starbucks in downtown Vancouver. The staff are friendly and always get my order right. Usually quiet and service is quick.

This is my first time ordering from there and they didn’t add whipping cream to the order, I asked for extra. I didn’t ask because I was already late to work. Annoying

This is one of the best Starbucks I've been to across Canada. It's beautifully decorated, huge, and the staff are extremely competent. There's always about 4 people working so you get your drink very quickly compared to other Starbucks. Definitely recommend this place

Stopped by to use their bathroom and was refused on the basis that they are closing in under a minute. Pretty garbage to be honest. I'm a loyal Starbucks customer and this is thf first time ive been refused

Ian as a cashier, is super friendly and helpful. And the coffe makers there are very friendly as well. Thanks guys for making my coffees. They smile since I enter the door. Great service, great staffs. Very recommended!

Ordered an Iced Peach Green tea without sugar, but it tastes way too sweet than the ones I had (almost every day), it's even sweeter than the ones with extra peach juice. And they just refuse to admit that they added sugar and refuse to change it: (I got cough after drinking only one third of it and had to throw it away.

A nice yet nondescript Starbucks. It's newly renovated so looks nice and clean and bright even with the dark decor.

But it's still a Starbucks with overly roasted burnt-tasting coffee and horribly overpackaged goods. Take for example this egg bite I ordered, which came with plastic fork in a plastic bag, a thick cardboard tray and a bag with a sticker on it rendering it off little recyclable value. Could have been a plate with a real fork, offering a packaging-free experience for our next generation.

I enjoy the Starbucks coffee shop all the time. There are three staff from Brazil and I have the opportunity to practice my Portuguese with them. I enjoy their specialty coffees and smoothies.

Worst service ever. Always mix up orders and also take ages to serve you. Sadly haven't had a good experience, maybe other customers have had a better luck. Always get my order way after people that just walked in. Would give less stars if I could.

Ordered the halloween frap just to try something new. I found it honestly disgusting however, when i asked if it was possible to get another drink I was treated extremely rudely. Not coming back here. This is not the starbucks policy i know. Limited seating too! Only positive is its good location.

Only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because I got to use the washroom. Here’s my story: walked in and I wasn’t greeted. I had looked at a barista staring at her till. While there was another barista who clearly looked at me and also did not acknowledge. I then said Hello, How are you? To start a conversation and let her know that I am alive and wanting some service. (Not being rude I said it nicely). Then I had bought a few drinks and she had served me. I scanned my Starbucks card & she proceeded to tell me I had an extra amount left to pay because it wasn’t enough. Tapped my card, and it charged the entire bill amount. I asked her why it did that. She couldn’t communicate to me properly and just said yes & no several times. She couldn’t nderstand my question as she didn’t speak fluent English.getting fed up I just said nvm thank you & left. I’m sorry to say but service in Vancouver has gone from ridiculous to VERY ridiculous. It is common practice in ANY Starbucks to know how the points system works. You tap your card, if it has any remainder or you paid your bill. (you as a barista, English speaking or not, understand the system). Sorry Yaletown, you just got a 1 star. I receive better service at a Starbucks in the suburbs where people actually care about their job and have decency to give good service.

My favorite Starbucks to have a latte and people watch. Nice place close to the skytrain so I get most of my morning coffees here. The patio is great on a sunny day.
