Dylan is so friendly and can make you feel like an instant friend. Thanks Dylan for my americano, praline latte sample and for being so cool.

The drinks are hit an miss at this location but the staff is great - my shots are more often burned at this location.

I got a defective lid it had two holes in it spilled all down my shirt. I called and told them, he said he’d replace it no problem. I said no that’s ok I’m just calling to say they should pay closer attention and if I was wearing all white going to a business meeting my day would be messed up. Lol He then got super defensive and started saying the lids are transparent and they make 100’s a day Extremely rudely! I said hey wow that’s poor customer service, I was not rude at all I just wanted to let you know in case someone is wearing all white going to a business meeting and needs a coffee! I have worked in customer service over 20 years so I’m empathetic and was non confrontational or rude I even refused the free drink! I don’t think I’ll be back to this Starbucks again and I’m a regular with my daughter but they don’t notice. The people at the one downtown are always so welcoming and friendly.

Very disappointed with the short hours ever since covid they close early (7: 00) pm. They used to be open until 10.00 pm. Also the outside chairs are not comfortable the backs are too low and you can’t sit back and relax. Maybe they do this on purpose so people won’t sit there too long. I’m going to have to start looking for alternative coffee places to go.

Love me a starbucks the service never fails, always friendly and inviting. You know your guaranteed a smile with you daily coffee.

I find this Starbucks is a mixed experience. Sometimes I've had great service and ok drinks from here, other times it's been a different story. Today I brought in my reusable cup which I had cleaned before coming in thoroughly but the barista on duty told me "I can't use that I see milk in there, you need to clean it first" before I went on to explain I had clearly just rinsed it out. There was no apology offered and I just felt condescended to as a result. I've been coming here for awhile as I work close by, I may change that however if I get the same experience again.

Today’s Cold Brew had a wicked overpowering chemical taste to it… like soap or hand lotion… I was across town so no taking it back. Completely non-consumable!

Very good service, just unpredictable with drive-thru, sometimes is very long while you can just walk in and grab what you want lol

When I can't make espressos or cappuccinos at home I know that I can rely on Starbucks for great service and great coffee.

Went through the drive-thru and they got my order right. I had a very delicious bacon, egg, and gouda sandwhich. My Americano was also very nice.

The app showed there was no lemonade and when I asked when they would be getting more when I arrived at store they fixed my drink to include lemonade.

Great service, store is clean and comfortable, good selection of merchandise and drive through too. 10/10 would come back again

Wasn't to happy with this particular Starbucks. Not because of bad product or location. Service was just too slow for me. Thats it.

Wow a bad place to go. Feb 14th 2: 30pm drive thru girl gave the worse additude + slam the drive thru window and bad mouthed me after and racist comments she was adding and making me feel like I was stupid.lol full 100% unprofessional and the worse additude all over nothing. Absolute 0 customer service. Will never go to this store again.

I am appalled by the employees at this Starbucks location. Once we got up to the window at the drive thru, we paid for our order and then sat there listening while a barista was laughing and making fun of us because we asked for no whip on a beverage that I guess normally doesn't have whip in it. Maybe you should be shutting the windows before you make horrible comments about a customer. Disgusting.

I feel this store is the worst branch of Starbucks in the world. The worst sevice and the slowest speedy in the world. I ordered three coffee, The first coffee had been cooled down because the second and third were only available after a long time. Wow really the worst. I've been to Starbucks in over 20 countries around the world, and I've been to about 100 stores. This place is truly the worst.

Best customer service and quality at any of the Starbucks in Nanaimo. I drive passed one significantly closer to me, to go to this one instead.

Clean, organized, lots of staff (almost to the point it seems overcrowded behind the counter). The drink was good though. Almost always is

Today the lady in the drive thru didnt think it was important to ensure lid was on and a mess and a burnt hand was the result. To be fair they gave me a towel, a new drink and a small token gift card. Still checking basic things really helps.

The drive through always seems to move quickly, and the staff always seems to have a positive attitude.

Tried to give this location a couple tries, but now marking this as a major pass. Visit #1, I went to the cashier and she did not know how to key in a mobile offer. I said it was no problem, and ordered via the app. I moved to the pick up area right after, but after 10 min, nothing was put down. I thought to myself, an Americano with no one else in line or ordering should not take 10 min. There was a cup in a display area, no sticker with my name was showing because they covered it with a sleeve and no receipt was visible. Only then when I was hovering around the counter did one of the 5 employees point out that was my drink. It was a cold Americano by the time I sat down. I stayed in the coffee shop and was able to get a pike roast free refill on this day.

Visit #2. I made a mobile order and it was clear the first time, the girl did not follow procedures. This time, the barista attached a receipt with my name and clipped it below my drink, making it very noticeable that it was mine and ready for pickup (). I stayed in the shop again to enjoy the wifi and drink, then went to get the free refill as I did on visit #1 2 days ago. But this barista said it would be $2.90. I said I had been in the shop and haven't left. She just shook her head as if refills had never occurred before. I said "this is for brewed coffee, right? " She shook her head again, and rolled her eyes. I asked "so you guys don't do any free refills here? " She shook her head again. Rather than explain why they don't do free refills (tho I got one just 2 days ago), she acted rather condescending and like a petulant teenager. Never had an issue at any other location.

Can't believe I haven't left these guys a review yet. One of my first stops when I moved here almost 3 years ago and the staff have always been welcoming and kind. I don't think I've had a bad experience there once.

There where alot of people on line so there was a little wait. Ordered a Venti Americano. Was good as always! The girl that served my drink was very kind, fast and had a beautiful smile! Good job team Starbucks Nanaimo:)

As always, good service, not too much time idling in the drive through, and tasty food and beverages.

I'm not sure if I came in immediately after a rush, but the store was very dirty. Several of the tables had spilt coffee and crumbs on them, as did the chairs and benches. But what really startled me was the behaviour of one of the Staff. She choose to finish her converaation with her colleague, and then turned to me and stared at me without saying anything until I placed my order. I was so uncomfortable that there were several moments of silence until I realized that she wasnt going to greet me and just waited until I ordered. I had planned to stay and read my book while enjoying my beverage, but i felt so unwelcomed that I left as soon as my drink was ready.

Some of the friendliest staff at any coffee shop I've ever been to. Thanks, and I'll see you soon for some more Nitro Cold Brew!

We ordered 10 nitrogen brewed cold brew coffees for my coworkers. 3 out of 10 were filled BELOW HALFWAY. I asked the employee at the window who took my $60 to top them up, but was denied saying "they will fill up once they settle", they did not. 1 of the 10 coffees also had a thck black hair stuck between the cup and lid. Tried calling before writing a review, but no answer.

It was hubby's birthday. He was not registered in, they gave him a free mocha. Good work and thank you

Staff was amazing and the people in there with my 2 year old son just made it feel like a place to go. I liked the feeling and how clean they are. Cheers. Keep up the good work.

Fancier drinks like the mocha and frappuccino taste great, but the coffee is way too strong and doesnt taste good.

Great place to work ever since I started working here I feel like starbucks is like another home to me and I enjoy working with the crew and I have to say that I am very happy to have this job and I am proud to have the pleasure of working with the greatest people that are like family to me. Starbucks you rock!

I go to terminal park Starbucks regularly, and every single morning I leave there with a smile on my face. They know my order every time I go through and make an effort to know me even better each time. Hands down the best customer service and vibe all around!

The staff tlhere are very friendly and the environment of the store is great. I sat here and mixed a bunch of music while drinking a coffee and it was a great day. The parking lot is brutal but that's no fault of this business.
