Starbucks

Extremely slow and unfortunately unfriendly as well.waited for my coffee in a personal cup and when they finally got to me, she told me to rinse my cup out in the bathroom and come back.we had waited long enough at that point and just left despite paying for the drink.maybe need more staff for the busy coffee period (Friday 7am). I'd suggest a different location!

Everyone else working here has a wonderful attitude I love this place but this Madi was working on Wednesday she is really mad with really bossy attitude which is bazaar if you are serving the customers you can’t act as their boss i asked her even why she is mad, she answered am I mad!?

Amazing new store with great staff. Super friendly. They offer nitro.cold brew and clover coffee and service with speed. Relocated from the one down street at Mackenzie street.

During much of the pandemic it was very difficult finding a seat at this Starbucks. But things have really improved now as of late March 2022. They’ve got tables & chairs, bar counter type seating, a row along the windows facing the street, and outdoor as well. Staff are friendly, and you can tell there are lots of regulars here that are greeted by first name. Good coffee, nice experience.

Good coffee, good service, but still jo tables, and absolutely no nearby seating - needs to be addressed.

They don't allow to sit on more then half of the spots which is totally ridiculous, the coffee is way overpriced.

Staff are very friendly. Busy store but you can see everyone working hard. The man at the register, Mark, was very nice and gave my daughter a cookie and bought my drink when I told him that I got a parking ticket cause my daughters appointment ran long. The girl who made my drink was friendly as well and complimented my daughters outfit. Great Experience

The staff are vigilant about overcrowding and ensuring store capacity remains safe. Lots of room to wait and sit outside and parking isn't too bad in the area.

Very friendly courteous staff. Ok covid protocols. I realize it was busy, but darn it, I don't think I've ever waited that long for a coffee in my life (>12 minutes). Hey management, it's ok to help out your FOH when you understaff.

Out of hazelnut, really on a Sunday. Also they don't listen well as they can't even get us the correct size of coffee.

I love this location, it’s always packed and very busy with online orders. The decor inside is stunning Melanie the manager and Jenny are my favourite employees that work here.

This location follows the COVID protocols well. There were two hand sanitizer dispensers near the entrance and exit. Also, the ordering and waiting lines were separated to keep people socially distanced. The staffs are so friendly every time I visit. I really appreciate them keeping up a good attitude during this difficult time. I would love to come here more often.

I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS
The drinks here are SUPERB and the staff is always so friendly and kind! Better than any other starbucks I’ve been to. This starbucks is always my go-to. Baristas were very sweet and its always very easy to get drinks that fit my dietary restrictions/allergies as this starbucks is really clean and baristas take care with making sure there is no cross contamination. Always recommend this starbucks for all of your beverage needs!

I'm finding Starbucks a hit and a miss these covid days.
If the person working in the other side of the counter is not designed for customer service, then get out.

Since this location opened it has become my favourite Starbucks. I am here every weekday. The morning manager Mel is super friendly. The space is beautiful. To top it off, there is an enormous mermaid mural along two walls. Great coffee. Great space.

It had been a while since I had gone to this one in Kitsilano. I remember it being on Broadway and Mackenzie but when I got there I was surprised to see a red JJ bean sign. I walked a couple blocks down to finally visit it. Great staff who recommended another drink when my preferred one was sold out. I still prefer the drink I'm used to but grateful for the good service they provided

The best Starbucks I have ever stepped foot in. Most seats have charging ports (under the table). This is amazing. The perfect spot to study, read newspaper, get work done, or meet up. The atmosphere is conducive to being productive. The lighting is great from the large windows on two sides (corner store). The open space and high ceiling makes it very relaxing. The large 6-person tables makes good use of the space. (Up to 6 groups of people can study vs.the traditional 2-person table which makes sharing a table too intimate).

- Great atmosphere to get work done (good lighting, windows, high ceiling, clean tables, comfortable chairs)

A more ample area for your enjoyment of Starbucks beverages, this one on West Broadway is laid out with sitting areas around a fairly large U-shaped counter, this means that the space feels less cramped compared to other locations. The interior design definitely more studied, and it succeeds in making this place more comfortable. Otherwise, all the usual regular and seasonal flavours of their drinks are available, plus their cold brews. Ask for glass instead of paper cups if consuming on-site, their staff will kindly oblige.

Lovely staff and pretty spacious with plugs everywhere. It's nicer than most Starbucks'. The seats are a bit uncomfortable, I can only presume because they don't want people to stay long.

Staff is amazing, maddy was super friendly and even recommended i try the clover coffee and egg bites (which i did love!)

This is the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Every counter is filthy, every table is filthy, the bathrooms are disgusting. I won’t be returning here, as I question that it’s food-safe.
