I just went through this drive-thru and the audacity to ask for a tip is amazing. I'm literally driving up to the window so somebody can hand me a drink that I paid $6 for it that's not even hot. I requested extra hot and I can drink this like it's water.

Ordered a couple hot chocolates, Nik the barista was super kind and accommodating:) Would definitely recommend this location it’s super clean and the staff here are amazing!

The consistency and quality of the drinks being made here is all over the place. The last few times I have gotten my usual drink (iced shaken espresso with oat milk) it has been so watery and bitter. I select the light ice option and they fill the drink up with half ice. They also barely put any oat milk in the drink, despite me paying extra for it. The last time I went here, I used 200 stars to get a venti drink and they made it a grande (the sticker on the cup said venti smh).

I have been a patron of Starbucks for more than 20 years now. It is sad to see the decline in value and customer service over the years. Following is my experience more than once especially with Starbucks at Indigo Langley and sadly i have come to the conclusion that i will not be ordering any more. The lemon loaf and banana loafs for my last 2 orders appear to be half broken/eaten. This was most unusual experience with any vendor i had. So, i called the location to check what is going on. The Manager explained to me that quality of some items has recently changed and so the loaf breaks when packaging. I can give them the benefit of doubt and assume that really is the case. But there is an issue- i have paid for a full loaf amd not half. Also, since i was not around, how can i be certain it was not wrongly tampered and safe to it. In today's world of post covid, one cannot afford to be uncertain on how the food was handled.
I am not sure if more people have experienced this issue lately as i have experienced it more than once.

When you have a chain establishment like Starbucks, customer service is what will set you apart. Every staff member who I interacted with was an absolute delight. I was helped at the register by Courtney, my drink was made by an individual in a cowboy hat whose name I didn't get, but he was really nice, and then DeAsia who was so darn pleasant and sweet, gave me my drink. I've actually been served by DeAsia before and she was so kind and personable both times! I'll definitely remember the service at this location, all too well! Thanks to the staff here!

Can fill more milk to make my money worth. This probably only comes to a tall size amount in a grande cup. It was all foamy on top looking like it’s full which makes it hard to tell. After all foam is gone, this is how much it has gone down to. Quality control.

I enjoy going to this particular Starbucks because they have outdoor seating and with the COVID restrictions it is so nice to find a Starbucks location that you are able to sit down if you wish and enjoy your beverage there are quite a few tables and chairs, that are adequately place, so one does not feel that they are bumped up against another table. The staff are friendly, welcoming, cheerful and quick to get the orders placed and ready to go.thanks for reading my post and enjoy your day or trip to the Starbucks in Langley BC by Indigo/Chapters

I came in for my web order but two guys were already being helped, so I waited for my drink in the designated web order pickup area. I noticed everyone that came in after me got their drinks and only when I was the last person, was I asked if I have an order. I let the tall blonde woman know that was the case and she walked back to her monitor, noticed there were no orders and came back, saw that my drink was sitting right there (out of my reach) and asked for my name. I told her and all she could do was say that I, the customer, need to tell her that I am there so she can do her job. No apology, no owning up to it on her part. I was flabbergasted and could only mention that I was obviously waiting but she was already helping other people and she just walked away without a word. Pretty terrible, guys. My worst Starbucks experience ever.

I like the Christmas Blend coffee.wish they had it year-round. Unfortunately they don't carry milk chocolate biscuits anymore.only dark chocolate ones.

Convenient location and super friendly staff at this Starbucks. They are also very on top of the COVID-19 protocol. If I'm in the area again, I'll be back.

The cashier was warm and welcoming and I got my drink in a matter of minutes. 11/10, will come again.

It's cramped, uncomfortably so, but as far Starbucks go, it isn't bad. You get what you expect, acceptable coffee and a strange range of music

Really nice there.
Friendly.
But.
A wee bit expensive for me, being a senior, and on a limited income.
Seems to fit well into the 30's & 40's age group.

As always my coffee was yummy! I have Diabetes so I get the Skinny Vanilla Latte with sugar free Vanilla Syrup! I don't do it very often any more though, sadly, and rarely can I enjoy the baked treats anymore! I do enjoy the egg things, the name totally escapes me right now, with bacon and cheese and I love the breakfast sandwiches which are delicious with some Starbucks' good coffee!

Good location in langely East to get too. Place is well kept good coffee and food. Staff are also very friendly and punctual with getting the order out.

Both my husband and I experienced the worst case of food poisoning of our lives this week from one of your Panini’s. I’ll spare you from the details but it was horrible. My husband went to your Langley Indigo location to let them know to inform employees and confirm that your food safe process is being upheld. He got a weak apology and didn’t get the impression that they cared in the slightest. I would never wish upon anyone what we experienced this week. I am feeling grateful that none of my young children had eaten any of your food as this could have hospitalized them. This should be taken seriously.

I've been coming in a lot during weekends to work lately. Diego is almost always on a shift on either Saturday or Sunday during the day, and he is really friendly and always has top notch service. Thanks!

Barista was very patient with me as I took around a year to decide on a yogurt parfait. Then I accidentally threw my pen in the garbage and another barista apologized to me as I was fishing it out, like she was the one who had done it. Very nice place.

I love this location because it's on my route to & from work. All I ever order is triple shot white chocolate mocha, grande. However on more than 3 occasions now I have taken my order and driven away only to find out my beverage does not have a single shot in it. This happened again this morning. Ruined my Friday: (

I visit this SB about 4 times per week.nice atmosphere, good customer service.only thing, happens at all SB's, that because the chairs are such a good quality, are to heavy and they make a huge noise when people moves, drags them, perhaps protecting the bottoms with felt material would help?

I am a regular customer at this location, when i recently visited, there were spare chairs that I could use for my bag and my extra paperwork to be put aside and the table i was using was too small for all. After a while, it got crowded and this old lady with sunglasses came to me and asked to use my chair i put my bag on. I was hesitating because I was lacking space to put my work and my bag but she just took my bag down on her own saying “this is for people, not for bag” and just took it away. As everyone near me were surprised by how the old lady behaved, Although I was very much offended, I just took an extra chair again and put it aside to put my work and my bag. Then she came again and did it again! This time it was not for her but for the new customer who just came in and was thanked by him for stealing the chair I was using. Because I was seeing other chairs with bags on as well, i asked “are you going to take their chairs too? ” And she yelled at me saying “You are young! It is just a bag so put it on the ground”? What a logical explanation she’s got for an unnecessarily rude attitude! So i called the manager and told him everything so he could make sure this does not happen to me or anyone else again because I have also been a customer who could not find place to sit or all chairs being used for whatever the purpose is when it was crowded so just took the drinks out. It is obvious that you are not suppose to yell, forcefully take away chair that is being used, touch other’s belonging when sharing the public place like starbucks but apparently he did not agree that such things should be forbidden. The disappointment of this location started here when he said “I cannot stop her from saying anything unless she is swearing or something, then I can call the police but i cannot make her do anything. ” I am assuming this situation was out of his ability as a person in charge to take care and solve wisely for the sake of all customer’s convenience. Even the people sitting around me were feeling discomfort and told me how inappropriate the old lady was and all he wanted was to wait until the situation gets worse so he could call the police? Are police that free to deal this kind of minor incidences? I was not offended much by the rude old lady’s attitude because everyone around me felt that she was crazy and hysterical but the manager does not seem to care about the safety, rights, comfort of customers and is only interested in collecting the pension the old lady gives out.
