The Starbucks in Brookswood, Langley is aways so busy. The girls are polite, and fast preparing any drink your heart desires. And Service with a smile.

Kind staff, but super busy. I have a complaint, but it is not directed at this establishment, just Langley in general. I often ask friends to meet me at coffee shops outside of Langley because Langley coffee shops generally have very few seats. This Startbucks has a few inside. If you show up between 9am and 10: 30am, you may only have to fight some retirees for a spot to sit, but any later and good luck. The school crowd will be occupying all seats until they go home for their suppers. You can sit outside, but there are issues. This is the great "Wet" Coast. Most of the time, you will not want to sit outside to be soaked. If it is good whether, then the smokers and the wasps will dislodge you from your seated position promptly. Lastly, there are some golden aged folks that take the smoke free and apparently wasp free seats around the corner.and they sit there all day and everyday. Long story short, go in the really early morning or during supper time and you might get a seat.

Great spot for an order and go! Two parking spots out front for mobile app users. I’ve been a customer here for 6 years and have always had great experiences. They make a tasty Mocha and they’re food is always hot!

Very positive experience at 6am on a Sunday morning.
Pre-ordered for pick-up. Upon my arrival, baristas were positive and engaging, and had my order ready to go. I made a last-minute add-on request, and the barista had no trouble with fulfilling it quickly, even appearing very friendly and cheerful with it. Thank you!

Typical Starbucks experience. Noisy. Mediocre product. And difficult to get a table due to the campers using the place a a study hall. Only here because the nice place across the street is closed Sundays.

This location is great! I came here with some friends from school to do some work, and every time we've come they offer us free samples!

Baristas are so welcoming with a lovely smile and greeting as you walk in. They are by far the best location I have been in and it’s always a pleasure stopping in

Staff are always friendly! Parking isn't always the easiest to find especially during their peak time as the parking lot isn't too big.

The cup had a glue on it or maybe not a clean cup. Nobody told me that my sandwich was ready and just put it there. This isn't what I expect from Starbucks.

It's Starbucks. It's consistent. Most of the time if I place an order I know that I can count on getting the same drink no matter where I go.
Staff is well-trained and friendly. Love my free birthday drink!

Staff are friendly, usually not too busy so you don't have to wait too long, and has a nitro machine when you feel the need

My coffee lid popped off after I left and it spilled all over me and the inside of my car and the coffee was completely done. And I went back and asked for paper towels and they gave me paper towels and a new coffee. They were so kind love you Starbucks ️️️

Only been here once but got a tea that I had never tried before the London fog late, anyways this is more of a praise to the woman working at the till, she was SO kind and had said she would make me something else if I didnt like the tea because I had asked her opinion of it because I had never tried it before. Super kind woman and definitely deserves a raise for just being awesome at her job in customer service, especially during this pandemic. I should have gotten her name so I could put it in here, hopefully maybe her or someone else sees this and knows her. All I can say was she had a medium blonde hair and had braids. Thank you girl for being so kind

I felt comfortable here. They have removed all the tables. I placed a mobile order and was in & out quickly. They had COVID safety and cleaning protocols in place.

I found this Starbucks to be excellent! Great greetings and fast friendly service! They were also sending Christmas cards to people in nursing homes. I don’t live in this area but make an effort to stop here when I am. Thanks for being a breathe of fresh air!

This location is busy but pumps out drinks quickly, they are very tasty, and the staff are all super friendly. No complaints whenever I come to this location!

I did a mobile order, and waited. The app told me 0-1 minute. They was one other person waiting on her drink and it was empty. Then other people called in an ordered. I waited over15 minutes! The barista started my hot drink, but made 6 other fraps and cold drinks, then had to reheat mine again. Didn't read the order and had to add to it. Ridiculous! Go to a different location, stay away from this one! Not a happy longtime customer!

Nice location just off 200st friendly staff not that busy. Good place to relax with a friend, maybe I’m a little bias I just love Starbucks coffee!

Not a daycare. Please, Starbucks is not a daycare. Patrons do not want to hear your noisy children, nor see them crawling or running all over.

Cheerful staff and great drinks. The lemon cake pops are delicious. The brookswood store is quite noisy and hard to hear if you are visiting with People.

The baristas at this location have always been very friendly, welcoming, and made all my drink orders correctly. Thank-you!

A cozy Starbucks with comfortable seating. There are some baristas that seem to move very slow, mobile order updates can be bad as they seem to run out of breakfast sandwiches yet the app allows one to order anyways <this could be a Starbucks corporate issue rather than local reporting) However in general it's a great place for a coffee and relaxing with friendly staff)

Staff is always wonderful.
However, they'll need to rethink their parking situation because it's getting to be a very popular place and there's not enough parking for all at once, a bit dangerous too, right outside of 200 busy street.

Nice location. Was clean and tidy when we arrived. The lineup seemed to move a little slow but only because cashier was being extra kind and thorough.

Great staff, as this location is in Brookwood, it's not over run and crazy busy, therefore the staff still are personable and take their time to make a good drink.

Julia and Aiden (Brookswood, Langley B. C) provided thee best customer service I’ve ever encountered at Starbucks. I was unusually indecisive this particular visit and they were both so helpful and patient. I intially felt like such a donkey but they extended so much grace and understanding. Thank you so much! I come here at least once a week when I need to focus and get some work done, and I've never had any problems. Everything is kept neat and tidy, the atmosphere is comfortable, I never have to wait long for an order even on busy days, and the service is excellent. Everyone who works here is so nice, and they make an effort to get to know their regular customers - most of the staff knew me by name after only a few visits. I really enjoy my time here.

Great coffee shop in Brookswood. There's usually a place to sit, either inside or outside. Friendly service and chill atmosphere.

This starbucks has some of the nicest people. I ordered a matcha and I didn't like it so I ask for it to be replaced. I thought they would get mad but they were ok with it
