I recently visited Starbucks newton store, the staff was so humble… as per I remember employee named vinay was so humble, he recommended me the drink I was looking for. Surely order that drink again while revisiting

Every time I order from this location off doordash they are CONSTANTLY skipping out on customizations! I pay extra to have certain things added to my drink which they are intentionally not adding, there's no way they "accidentally" mess up the order these many times! & every time I go into the location I'm waiting atleast 20 minutes for my drink which they make you put the lid on yourself! Absolute most ridiculous Starbucks location ever!

I ordered a hot drink which was very bad In taste and too cold.worst experience at this store

Michelle is a superstar. She is absolutely incredible at her job and is just so kind. You can tell that she just lights up the building. Her hard work does not go unnoticed. Thank you for doing such an awesome job!

Spent over 25 min waiting for my basic Americano with syrup. IMO, this is not an acceptable waiting time for a coffee place. Something has to be changed in the workflow.

Severely understaffed. If you walk in to get a beverage you may be here for 25-30 minutes, while countless other customers walk around aimlessly in and out.

Staff is friendly and the lines move quickly. The staff were very distracted - we ordered 2 drinks and 2 food treats. They forgot 1 drink entirely and the other had syrup dripping down the outside of the cup. Still friendly and the line moved quickly but orders were slow to be filled.

I have to lower my rating. No fault of the baristas who are amazing and friendly, but very understaffed making the service extremely slow. This has been an ongoing issue for a long time so I'm finding another coffee shop to go to, even if it may be another Starbucks.

The drinks are crafted with a "don't care if it's made right" attitude. You rarely get consistency with your regular drink order.

Aside from a few shining star employees, the general experience here is unpleasant.

Wait times are extremely problematic at peak times so it is recommended highly to go in eh evening times. The atmosphere is relaxed and the baristas are often excellent and provide top notch customer experience.

The guy wish I got his name was amazing as busy as he was still was super friendly and efficent and asked how my day was! Fastest drink maker ever! Keep up the good work!

So I ordered drink with less ice but they made it with full of ice and staff was rude while serving the drinks.
Its my 3rd time ordering drink here and I’ve encountered same problem every time.

If I could give a zero star I would.let me start by saying this was the worst experience I had at a Starbucks branch.
My first time and definitely my last.
0 or even negative to the customer service.
The girl who was taking my order looked like she hated her job and wanted to be anywhere but there and this is 9am, didn’t even say hi! Placed the order and waited for my drink and breakfast sandwich.
The employees were chatting with each other, laughing while at least 5 people were waiting in the line up.
I got my drink and because I didn’t see my sandwich going in their oven I asked the girl who was standing on the “pick up your order” side. She was working with an ipad when I approached her and said hey sorry… she didn’t even look at me and while she’s typing something on the ipad said “what’s up? ”
I said I just wanted to see if my sandwich is getting ready, she giggled multiple times and said I’ll look.stood there still typing on the ipad, I asked if that was funny or my question sounded funny to her. She said no it’s just like I have so much to do and we are so under staff and people are asking for too many things and then you came and asked me to check on your sandwich so I was like aaah one more thing added!
She then continued typing and then went and put my sandwich in the oven!
God knows if I didn’t ask how much longer they would’ve taken to give me my order.

I was shocked by this girl’s behaviour. Is this my problem that you guys are understaff? Hire people who like working there and like to work under pressure.
Firstly you hire the wrong people then possibly they don’t get the training they should and have no idea whatsoever what customer service is!
This branch is a shame to Starbucks and they need to look into the management and staff! An absolutely horrible experience.

Very delisious drinks and coffee shake.
Updating it to 5+ stars because it’s the only Starbucks where the staff that told me that I can redeem drink for any size when using points. Size doesn’t matter.

Super slow you'll be waiting for a good 15 mins in line just to place an order. I've seen so many people just walk out cause they weren't waiting. I also just left cause who wants to wait 20mins

They really need to hire more people. I ordered a oat milk latte on ice, l, waited 15 minutes, then they said someone took, i was standing there the whole time no one took it. 15 minutes later, they hand me a drink with pumpkin spice. SMH. The younger Asian girl finally took charge & made me the right one. Waste of 20 minutes.

Hello SB your pumpkin spice latte taste-wise, there's a pleasant milky blend of sweet flavour when you first take a sip, driving home the positive parts of pumpkin spice lattes. But then you get these strong, almost astringent notes of fall spice lingering in the aftertaste. They sparkle on the back of the tongue in a disconcerting way.

Its a busy location so expect some wait if you are ordering in-store. Staff is always exceptional and the place is neat and clean.

My order got screwed up, but they quickly fixed it and let me keep the extra coffee. Had some nibbles and they were good, really love their plain potato chips. Comfy chairs!

Visited the place last weekend and ordered the latest oat something. It was not cheap but after 1/2 hrs waiting for my order not being filled I realized that "friends" of so called baristas get their orders as they come in.

Company restructured during the Covid times. If you are an investor and banking your retirement "cash in with this company" I'd say think twice.

I will never go back there again and, perhaps, some wold think about this corporate mistreatment.

Did a mobile order drink was so far off then the order when I asked the barista y it wasn't made as per the ticket I was told and I quote " we don't read the ticket" uh-huh but u call my name off the ticket sorry I don't know u never met u complete stranger danger but u don't read the drink tickets that has my name on it but call me by name when order is supposedly finished. If u want anything but what u ordered & payed for absolutely go here!

Everytime I am ordering to this specific store, the drink recipe is always messed up, this happens to me more than twice and its just frustrating. The other SB didnt have the same issue. Drinks in here is a mess. I hope management will fix this. This store doesnt know how to severe their product right. This store is giving SB a bad reputation especially if you're tryng a new drink recipe for the first time. If I can give negative star I will.

This my favorite store.but today, I am very disappointed with the service provided. I ordered 2 grande caramel frap blended beverage.there was caramel topping nor a drizzle as presented on the menu.looked plain white.whatever

Took them over 30 minutes to make one drink! One! When I went to ask her about it, the barista is like “Oh I must’ve missed it. ” Horrible service FR! Not the first time they’ve delayed my order but 30 minutes is way too much!

Over 22 minutes for a drink. Are you kidding me?

Even in a restaurant you can get your order taken and got to the table within 20-25mins.

Placed order at 1: 01 mobile order, got my one drink at 1: 24. As if they don’t care about their mobile pickups.

The staff were very polite and helpful. Ordered hot chocolate which was not that great. Somehow didn't feel chocolatey enough and was so milky. Service was quick

A little slow and cheap I asked for two butters with each pice of loaf I purchased 3 and a knife each and 3 drinks and also asked for napkins she gives me one like I’m eating and drinking everything myself and everything is coming out of her pocket cheap liberal

They were out of most of there food before 4pm on a Saturday. Maybe understaffed. Wasn't busy when we went as well.

Great Starbucks, insanely fast I couldn’t believe how fast my Fancy coffee was done so quickly.

Went at 10am. Place was busy. Service was good. Got our orders with on 10 mins. Didnt see snyone wiping tables as people left.

Most Staffs are friendly. Service is appropriate. Only very occasionally, off work staff might jump into the line up to get their own coffee.:)

Alexia just made our day today! We ordered 2 PSL and PS muffin and she gave us a complimentary PS loaf! She had such a positive vibe and was definitely enjoying preparing the drinks for everyone! Thank you Alexia

One year ago. I ordered a large coffee, but could not finish it. I told them to spill it so that I did not mess up the garbage with coffee. And she said, "NO. " Then I looked at the two security guards who were drinking coffee and watching me, and me ran out. I did not look back to see them. I just ran away and never came back. The end. They have never given me an interview even though I applied 10 times. So you know what starbucks? Go make me overpriced orange juice.

Had a great experience at this store yesterday, drink was delicious. Nav was super nice and super friendly. My order was done to the details.

Beverages were delicious, as always. With COVID protocol in place, it was still a nice experience

Every time I go to this location they mess up my order, first I have to wait forever because they are incredibly slow, when I finally get my order it’s not even correct, and they give me so much attitude and take forever or ignore me and don’t fix it. This has happened numerous times and I will never return to this location again. I have had to throw my drinks away after taking one sip because they mess up so badly, waste of time and money.

Good study place for undergrad students like me. But its the only Starbucks store I know that has a "once per day refill" policy according to one of the current baristas here.

Super kind staff who put in effort to remember you and how you like your drinks. It can get pretty busy but ordering ahead on the app usually makes it so you avoid the wait. It's pretty expensive but I think it's worth it for the convenience and taste

Love the coffee and the stars recieved. Gets free merchandise. Has some nice breakfast sandwiches

Waited nearly 30min for an iced coffe, store was practically empty. Nobody in line to order with 3 people infant me, all of whom ordered fairly simple drinks. The employees acting like animals running and laughing and hugging. This stores issue is that it's being run by children. Extremely immature employees.

This has to be the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever visited. I’ve mobile ordered a couple times this week and each time they’ve completed my order incorrectly (cold coffee, watered down Americano). Also, heads up if you’re planning a curb side pick up - I went today and each person parked in the designated curb side pickup spots had parked and gone inside to place their order…so there was no space to park in the designated areas and wait for your order.

This is the best place to get your coffee best baristas and very kind souls to make your beverage. There will always be very rude and obnoxious customers in this location. Best place to enjoy cold brews and pastries

I love this Bucks. The staff are phenomenal and work hard. They've improved the outdoor space immensely and are taking very good precautions with Covid. My biggest issue is that since there are only three tables now and there is one man that has been coming for some time, buying a coffee and staying for literally hours on and off his computer. This is not good when others want to sit. The staff are unable to do anything so someone needs to step up and put a time limit or? On the tables. PLEASE. This is our only outlet for the day and would enjoy sitting for a short time with my coffee.

I come here all the time to get a grande americano with 2 packets of honey black poured into a venti and filled with cream no extra water.

I explained this before my coffee was made and they still added extra water after I specifically told them not to.

I asked it to be remade properly and they told me they would have to charge extra and made me a latte.

I watched who I think was the manager yell at a barista about taking way too long to wash their hands, which was for maybe a minute long.

This is gross and I can't stop thinking about how none of the workers wash their hands properly before serving any food and drinks.

Which makes it impossible for me to come back to this location.

Best service ever! Employees are organised helpful polite and combine speed and accuracy while making drinks! Love to start my day with them

Natasha and Sammy made me such a good coffee, I wanted a regular pour over but they suggested a clover and man I can taste the difference.great team, sat here for a while, very happy and energetic even with difficult customers.good job guy, and thank you Natasha for making my studying session better by bringing it to my desk so that I did not have to get up ️

They were very helpful in getting me set up with QR/Scanner app and Starbucks Rewards.and then I enjoyed a complimentary Caramel Macchiato. Thx Starbucks!

Comfortable meeting place. With its usual warmth and charm this busy spot proved to be a great spot to sit with my beverage and talk to my friends. I will go again.

Starbucks isn't what it used to be, is it?

I come to this location because they have a larger seating area, good parking, and I like bumping into neighbours to say hello to, occasionally. I also appriciate that I don't have to vacate soon as my coffee is done but can sit and work on my laptop for a bit.

However. I miss the old Starbucks too much to give this any more stars. Their now overpriced expresso drinks are machine measured and pressed. The staff rotates and it's hard, if not impossible to create that personal relationship with the person who brews your coffee in the morning, and the acoustics are LOUD and not well absorbed.

Please train your staff to have good attitude towards customers when being asked a question regarding the drink we ordered. Never had worse service here before.

Incredible staff! They ran out to my car to ensure I had the right milk in my drink even though they were in the middle of a rush! So nice!

Great place to hang out with a friend and chat over a beverage or just grab a drink and go. Accessible parking in front and door opener switch makes this a great wheelchair accessible venue.

My girlfriend and I went to have tea and burgers there on the afternoon of December 25th. After we ordered and received the stuff, one of the staff came to us and said we will be closing in ten mins. After two mins another staff came to us and said you have to leave! We said OK and she said no leave right now! My gf was sick and asked them to let us use the washroom but the server said no! LEAVE! We truly begged her to let us go to the washroom. After 2 mins another staff came to us and said you still have a couple of mins and don’t worry finish your meal. I had dumped my tea way before that because at the beginning they told us you have no time and you have to leave.such a mess! That was the last time of me going there.very rude and impolite staff. They were torturing us. Very sorry for Starbucks that is losing me as a gold member who spends at least 10 bucks per day in their branches.

It is good, though the seating is fairly tight to get in and out of. Service is excellent fast and friendly

Was very busy but staff were rocking it. I made a point to tell barista that tho they were busy I found them to be very quick.not enough people Express gratitude. After all we go there to get a handcrafted coffee so waiting a but should never be an issue

Premium quality product with great customer service. I simply needed help with my starbucks app which the barista Sam helped me with immediately, also my order was an iced americano and the barista Cheese handed me a hot americano, then immediately made me an iced one when I corrected the mistake.

The bathroom is always gross. It's a busy location so it might help to clean it more than once a day.

I go there 7 days a week but today they put two new guys in the front n they even don't know how to use the machine

You can no longer count on Starbucks to ever carry the same thing for more then one day. I went in to get a yogurt with fruit and all they had was some awful Vegan yogurt. Gross, I will start going to Tim Horton's, you can count on that Canadian company!

Staff is friendly. Store is clean. An investment in a sound damping ceiling application would make the volume better. Every time I'm in this location the sound bouncing around makes me realize why I prefer to choose other locations in this area. I can be so loud I get a head ache.

Fast and friendly service. Ample parking. Spacious interior. Wish it had drive-thru service like some of their other locations.

Good environment but kinda noisy. The lines move quickly and the staff have been friendly. Lots of seating but the parking lot is a bit of a hit or miss.

The barista did not get the order and the coffee was not good. I usually visit this place and ask for the same drink but this time she said they don’t carry this. It was weird
