Became sick after having coffee at several Starbucks locations accross lower mainland. Stopped having coffees at Starbucks.

I always ask for a bit of cream in my coffee and I get about an inch of cream.like a triple-quad shot. Absolutely gross.

I ordered oat caramel macchiatto from a guy, told him I'm lactose intolerant and gave me milk. They also seem very unhappy to be giving glares and I don't care attitude.

The employees are always in a bad mood, the store never follows the opening hours and the benefits of the starbucks rewards are off in the store.

I want to pay for coffee at a coffee shop. I dont want to pay for adds thay will interupt my relaxation. When i see you running overpriced adds i avoid buying your things.

Untidy ambience, staff doesn’t serve the drinks as per Starbucks standard! Hot tea was not hot! Sad to see this location.

Quiet Starbucks location inside a Safeway Grocery store. My Pike Place coffee tasted like Pike Place coffee and the barista was welcoming and friendly.

It seems there was a drive through until 2017 or so, but now at 2022 there is no f driving through and you have to park somewhere but the map hasn’t updated it. Don’t get tricked.

They won’t accept online order. I asked change milk to whole milk. And i got the regular milk which was 2%…very light taste. Gotta go marine drive location.

This is the only Starbucks in the area and it does not accept order in advance using the app. Thanks to the bad reviews here I've just saved 15 bucks and didn't waste my time going there.

I thought it was just my experience but based on other reviews the service is currently terrible. So terrible that if you walk in with a good mood it will literally be destroyed. You would think a mere minute of just simply ordering a coffee and picking it up can’t do no harm - but you’re wrong. Even in a few words the current staff will give you full on attitude and pour all their negative angry vibe into your cup. I have vowed not to go there anymore but it’s so close to me and the only Starbucks - but after today (trying to give it another chance with the same horrible staff) I am 100% sure it is NOT worth it. The drinks taste horrible as well. What a waste of a good location, time and money.

I prefer Starbucks to the 2 local cafes and the manager here is great but it's gone downhill with the staff turnover. I waited in line well over 20 minutes today watching multiple people leave in that time without buying anything. They didn't have anything but Pike brewed so I ordered an Espresso and was handed one without the lid on properly, spilling and burning my hand immediately. The person who made it took lunch break right after, leaving the other employee to sort me out and serve the rest of the very long line. I understand everyone needs their breaks but they should be trained to work better alone and as a team to maintain good and functional service.

I’m extremely disappointed in this location! I come here all the time and lately with the new staff it’s become an awful experience! The wait time is always 20 mins or more and the guy at the counter is so rude! I asked about the blonde Americano and when I was confused by the answer he gave me he said “do you want the drink or not? ” Like what kind of customer service is that!? I’m so annoyed at having issues every time I come to this location.

Good location, and very friendly staff. It would be more convenient if online pre-orders were possible.

Smaller store inside Marpole Safeway. It has larger than average size seating area with a steady stream of customers. Offers the products and service that customers come to expect of this popular chain, including. Outdoor seating on large patio. Parking is underground and street. #letsguide #covid
