I am an UBER EAT delivery person. Upon arriving at the front desk of this establishment, I waited for over a minute without anyone addressing me. They just walked back and forth in front of me, completely ignoring me until I identified the order meant for me on my own. As I was inspecting the order to ensure it was indeed mine, a female staff interrupted her colleague's conversation and approached me, cautioning that the orders must be checked by the staff, and I shouldn't view orders without their confirmation. I gave 3 stars not because she reprimanded me - I understand that checking the order directly is not the standard procedure - but because I believe there's a management issue in this store and their customer service needs improvement. I wonder if anyone else has faced a similar issue here?

I have to thank all of the Baristas at this location for making mornings more cheerful! Most notably Ethan went out of his way to make every and I mean EVERY customer happy and interacted with each one. He also remembers regular customers and their orders and likes to make conversation which does make a morning better. It's great to see the whole team enthusiastic and meshing well to get everything done especially during a rush. Miss coming here as I don't work nearby anymore!

Went there with my bestie the other day. We weren’t sure what to order. The barista was friendly and helpful. We took her recommendations and ordered Strawberry Oat Matcha Latte and Iced Mocha. There are seatings right outside of the café. We sat outside and it was nice to enjoy the drinks without our masks on. All in all the service was good and we definitely will go back.

20 mins to make my coffee (app said 4-11mins), which had turned cold by then. This happened a few times now.

Love the place! Eggnog lattes are out of this world! They were gone last year coz of COVID they said but I better see them this year or I’m gonna riot! Lol jus kiddin but I hope they are back this year!

They seem to be nice and friendly, insides were a bit chilly than out. They are systematic and clean.

Starbucks Coffee aroma and taste is same wherever your go. In Vancouver Starbucks I ordered cappuccino and almond croissant but it was not available so I took chocolate croissant which is good too.

Very very rude employee working there, kind of looks like asian girl, I saw how she dealt with the delivery guy.

My go to when I visit metrotown. I usually get a Iced Americano with some honey packets. A lot of the times, many other branches will not stir my espresso with honey making my drink taste really bad with floating honey chunks (disappointing). However, at this branch, the barista Caleb, I believe, actually stirred my drink and made it taste just the way I want it. The baristas are always super nice and suggestive, making my day every time I visit. I appreciate all of you guys' effort. Thank you guys for making my visits worth it!

The number of locations has seriously reduced since the pandemic. Not much that is new in the past 3 years. Majority of locations make a great coffee. I drink mine black and no sweetener, so, taste of the coffee is paramount.

Drinks were good. Asked to have a banana bread but leave it in the package. I was told they would have to open it. But could put it into another bag for me.
Not only does this only allow for possible contamination, it adds more waste into our system.

Found the coziest spot in the corner with the outlet almost there! It could def have more! Good music, good wifi, great staff!

I love Starbucks dark roast. I buy bags for home and K-cups. Nothing else comes close. I only get dark roast coffee when visiting SB. Twice I’ve been to this location, as it’s near my school, and twice I’m just sickened by the weakness of the dark roast. Will never buy coffee at this location again. Trust me, we real coffee drinkers know when you save a buck on quantities of beans.

Great starbuck branch if you want to hang out at the Marina at Davie St, Staff are ok and service is fast.

Today we went to the starbucks at 4847 kingsway avenue Burnaby BC Canada. My 8-year-old son desperately had to use the washroom, but we were told by the lady working that the washrooms are closed due to covid 19. My son was crying and begging to use the washroom he was so desperate. He was crying please let me use the washroom or let me die. However she still refused and simply asked us to leave and go to the shopping mall to use the washroom. She claimed to be following the regulations and have our washroom closed due to covid 19. We had to leave.

How can this be. How can it be a regulation that you have a crying child that desperately needs to use the washroom and you tell them to leave. If this is the case you should simply close the store. How can they be open to serve someone coffee, tea, etc.but not be able to let a child that is crying use the washroom. This is very cruel to treat a child this way.

The gal who made my drink literally added plain tap water to dilute the coffee. Absolutely disgusting.

They have been changing staff often. Every time when I come, I can see different workers. Recently I like their service, they are very friendly and try to work quickly.
I also like this location because they have lots of seats and very comfortable to stay with my daughter, and there is enough space to put stroller, which is very important for moms!

Pretty good today. The barista is friendly. Just be aware of the washroom. Sometimes no toilet paper

I went here almost everyday before work and the folks on staff really made my day! That and the caffeine. Lots of space, outlets where you need them and quick, personally customized service.

Great place for the summer with outdoor seating. Drinks made fast, and staff are excellent, Nova being the best!

Just came in to pick up a mobile order but the super friendly barista who was wearing a hijab made my day!

I go for coffee way too much, and way too often to Starbucks. Having said that, I feel like I make the perfect reviewer for any location. This is one of the best around. Friendly staff, decent amount of seating, could use a little more still. They don't play the music like you are in a bar either, like other locations. It's nice to be able to get some reading done and have a nice phone conversation without the annoyance. My only complaint is it could use brighter lighting in certain spots, as when the sun goes down, only a few spots remain suitable. Overall though 10/10.

Got a $10 gift card from work and it said the balance was used up. I called Starbucks customer service and they said that whoever purchased the card put $10 in it but the cashier just forgot to add it onto the card. My manager doesnt have the receipt so its $10 down the drain. Lesson learned. Make sure you guys keep the receipt and always check the moneys on there!
