Starlite Nails

I have been coming to Starlite Nails for years now and they are fantastic every time. Tyler and Susan run a great salon that is so friendly and welcoming, and very clean. I recommend coming here even if it is out of your way!

I’ve only ever had GREAT experiences at Starlite Nails! The staff are really great and make you feel relaxed. I love getting my pedicures here!

I have only been here a couple of times, the staff are friendly. On April 2, I went with a friend for a mani/pedi for $104.00.
My pedicure was really nice and the gel polish was perfect with no problems.
My manicure with gel polish on the other hand did not last at all. By the following weekend it was all peeling up around the nail bed.
They said that I could come in and have it fixed, my assumption was it would be redone without a fee. Because it had been a week and I asked to have the same colour as my toes instead of the new one I used last week, I was charged $15.75.
Not an outrageous price but I felt I should not have been charged, I had planned on leaving a nice tip for it but didn't after having to pay.
I did not know why the nails lifted, was it the application (two different people worked on me) or the new colour polish they used. Who knows but I thought by using the colour we knew worked it would not have been a problem.
It leaves me disappointed in the customer service department. So for me I will not be returning to them for this reason. Sadly I would have been a long time customer had it gone a different way.
Wishing them the best, but please be aware of the fine print.

I've been to Starlite several times and enjoyed it so I recently recommended my widowed 80-year-old Dad go and have a pedicure three as he can no longer reach his feet comfortably. He finally went yesterday, for the first pedicure of his life, and called me last night to RAVE about the wonderful way he was treated and the excellent job they did on his poor old feet. Thanks so much, Starlite for giving him such a positive experience in what is a very new environment for him!

Outstanding service. Every time I go, they remember me by name (even if its been months). They are very personable, always ask if I am comfortable, even after I pick the nail colour they will try it on and see if you like it or you want to change it. The water temp for pedicure is perfect, warm and not too hot. They are gentle on the nails and always ask during the process if you are comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Super friendly staff, always accommodating and they do a fantastic job. I’ve never had any issues with my gel manicures and I appreciate that they take the time to make sure things are perfect.

I didn't get the name of the technician who helped me today, and I wish I did! I made an appointment for my grandma to get a pedicure as her feet have been neglected for some time, and I hadn't seen her for awhile.

My grandma requires extra care and an oxygen tank which can be a little cumbersome to scuttle around.

Well we had absolutely no troubles at all. The very sweet lady who was doing my grandma's nails took the time to help me get her in the chair, hang her coat, give her water, and put the pillow behind her back. She did absolutely everything to make sure my grandma was very comfortable and treated her feet with such care. She also made space for me to sit beside her even though I did not have an appointment of my own, which made everything easier for me to be able to keep an eye on her.

It's little things like this that really make a huge difference. I had gone here before for myself a few times and have always loved it and knew I was in good hands, but this just further solidifed how much I love coming here. I cannot recommend this place enough for not just the quality of their work, but the hospitality ️

I absolutely couldn't recommend Starlite nails enough! For the last 6 years I've been visiting here, they are always warm, friendly, and welcoming. The owner is a wonderful person who remembers you and what services you usually get. They manage to fit me in for last minute services regularly - never once had a bad experience and always leave happy!

Ii had a pedicure a week prior at a different place but unfortunately they did not remove dead skin and ingrown
Rose was super amazing and made sure that I am happy. She took her time and did not rush me.

I always love coming to get a pedicure here. They are very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately this time they were a bit rushed since my appointment was one of the last of the day and they were a bit delayed. I didn't get as good of a job as they normally do with the scrubs and callus removal but they still turned out great (even added fake nails on my large toes due to cracked nails from running). Highly recommend.

I really liked getting a pedicure here. They squeezed me in even though they were busy on a Friday afternoon. Really friendly greeting when I got there, and they provide bottles of water when you get a pedicure which is nice. The nail tech got off so much dead skin and the massage included hot rocks which felt nice and I got the paraffin wax add on which was a nice touch. She did a great job painting my nails too!

The moment I arrived to the nail salon, the male owner received me so kindly and throughout the whole appointment he was so nice and welcoming. From time to time he kept asking if everything was okay and it was also very nice of him. The final product of my acrylic nails looked good and clean. Overall, the salon is so clean and comfortable, and the staff are so nice and professional. Would definitely recommend giving this salon a try. They do not disappoint.

Fantastic service! All the staff are very friendly and kind. This salon has great time management, we were able to schedule a same day appointment, there was no wait time once we arrived and you didn't feel rushed through your service.
I took my Nana for a pedicure shortly after a hip replacement and the staff were very accommodating and gentle with her.
I'm from out of town, but this will be my future go to during my next visit!
Ps. The massage chairs are to die for!

Ty and Susan are amazing.as are all the people that work there! They go out of their way to get you in when it's convenient for you and really go the extra mile to try and make sure you are happy with their services.

First time visit, I will never go back $50 for a manicure that looks like a child did it. Waste of money waste of time. Take your buisness elsewhere!

I honestly had the BEST experience ever! The staff was extremely welcoming. They really took the time to clean you cuticles and explaining the process on why they do it and how it is good for your final product. The lady was the nicest, I had a nice conversation with her, very sweet. The end product was simply fabulous. They even give you a small massage at the end which I had not expected. I highly recommend this place! I am definitely coming back.

They do an amazing job and I got my eyebrows threaded here as well. I was nervous since I hadn't gotten them threaded here before but the lady did them exceptionally well.

This is by far the best nail place in maple ridge all of the workers are so fantastic and always make my nails look so pretty I highly suggest to come to starlite nails

This place is so nice, from the moment I made the reso to when I arrived. Met with such kindness and politeness, my pedicure was promt and well done without feeling like I was being rushed at all. They really take care into detail and it's so clean inside! Love it.

Great price with good service. I've only had a few pedicures here but this will be my new place. They do a good foot massage before starting to paint and it doesn't feel overly rushed like some other spas I have been to.

Please don’t waste your money here. I went to get a full set, was told they don’t offer gel sets but will do the polish, ok fine, lady next to me is getting gel set.then the lady who did my nails put the tips on crooked, and made my nails soo thick, I had to go back to Susan who reshaped them but still they aren’t what I expected or wanted.my nails are still crooked and off looking.and already for feeing like they won’t last 3 weeks, the tips she put on aren’t even the same size as my nail bed. Yes super friendly but very poor craftsmanship. I’d rather drive to north Vancouver then go 5 mins from my house.

I have never been to this salon, until yesterday. I have to say the pricing was excellent, amazing customer service, the salon was comfortable and clean and most of all my daughter and I both agree that our nails are beautiful! I highly recommend this salon and we will definitely be going back!

Upon calling to make an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised by the employee’s kindness. Once I came to my appointment, I was swiftly taken in and offered some water (no other salon I’ve been to has offered anything, so this was refreshing). All the staff were very friendly and kind. Susan did a fantastic job with my nails - I left satisfied with the service and the price. Starlight Nails is my new favourite nail salon. The salon was also presentable and clean. My family has been getting their nails done here for over 10 years now and they absolutely love them. The owners along with all of the other workers go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and happy during your visit. I would suggest them to anyone without a doubt!
