Really poor customer service. I went in looking for shoes for my wedding with my sister and was not greeted when we entered. There were 3 people working, no one else in the store and picked up multiple pairs of shoes to show my sister what I was thinking of trying on. It wasn't until my sister said let's go somewhere else since they were too busy talking that they had the audacity to say goodbye.

The worst quality of shoes out there! I have purchase 4 different pairs and every pair i bought fell apart within 2 month of purchasing or less, as well as the stitches so crooked its a joke. For this pricing do yourself a favor and get a different brand it will last longer and probably will cost less. I will never recommend or purchase any Steve Madden shoes ever again

Bought two pairs of shoes, they only lasted a couple of weeks and they weren’t necessarily cheap. Never buying here again.

Went into store on 50% off. Asked which item was 50% off. Zero items 50% off.
