I have been getting tattooed by Ryan Halter off and on for over ten years. Top notch in everyway possible. Love the shop vibes and atmosphere, it makes the overall experience well worth it. I always highly recommend Steveston tattoo company when ever asked.

My girlfriend and I got our first tattoos last Sunday and the experience was amazing. Rich was awesome on explaining everything and answering all questions I had. Tattoo came out perfect for both of us and when I get my second tattoo I’ll be coming right back here! (Pictures were taken right after getting the tattoos so a little redness around them)

Had a consultation- feeling good about getting my first tattoo in a few weeks. The place has good vibes and great decor.

Edit: Since writing this review I've had both my tattoo sessions and I'm totally impressed with the results. Rich was my artist and was awesome: 1) Asked a lot of questions and really dialed in his artwork 2) Took creative freedoms to make the tattoo look even better (these guys are artists after all so we have to trust what they're going to do and let's not micromanage folks). 3) Talked me through the post tattoo a few weeks and how to heal properly with a ton of detail and he was totally right with everything he shared. 4) Was patient with me when I got a little bit squirrely. This was my first tattoo and I'm going to be going back already I can tell. Unfortunately, Google's not letting me post a photo in an edited review, but its totally impressive and I'm taking a comment of compliments.

I am extremely happy with my experience at Steveston Tattoo. Chose this place for my first tattoo and definitely coming back for my next. My tattoo has healed beautifully and I’m very proud wearing it. Thank you Rich for taking good care of me and making me feel less anxious. Highly recommended.

Chill vibes and stellar artists! I met with Richard Harding on doing a traditional American sleeve, and his guidance, experience, and artistry have been phenomenal. The setting was super chill, and I look forward to completing my sleeve in the months to come.

I was recently tattooed by Richard Harding during a guest spot he did and had a great experience! He not only does a killer tattoo, but he is also just a good dude. You should do yourself a favour and get a tattoo by him.
