I worked on different projects with Stick & stone over the years. Carla and her team are always very professional and put their clients needs on their top priority. If you work with them, you will always end up with stunning results.

I had a consult with Carla at our house and outlined my style as well as the items we were looking for. Once the agreement was signed, the company immediately asked for money to "go shopping. " They spent hours selecting items and NONE of them matched what I asked for or matched my design theme. I did explain how nothing was quite right but to be open minded I did select two items to see how they turned out. When the items arrived, they looked nothing like the pictures that were submitted and Carla still passed them over to me. I did ask for a refund and was given a refund for the two items, but I was so upset that they charged over $700 for hours worked when I explained why nothing they selected was appropriate quite early in the process. I also emailed Carla to explain how upset I was and received no response. I know decorating takes time, but the reasonable thing to do would have been to spend a little time, send along a few suggestions then realize we are WAY OFF then either make some changes or terminate the agreement. It was a negative and expensive experience - and I have no decor that they suggested.

Working with Carla and her team on the interior of our luxury home has been a great experience. They make themselves available at all times which is very important on a custom build. Super easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.
