We decided to try this coffee shop for the first time during the Ladner Market weekend but found that the staff seemed overwhelmed with the volume and sadly the customer service was lacking from the friendly service we're used to. We didn't hear them say to any of the customers: "have as nice day" or "thank you for the wait" type of statements. We felt like we were an inconvenience. The couple waiting next to us agreed with this. It was not a friendly atmosphere at all. I don't think we'll be back.

Have the pleasure of working in Delta and stumbling across this charming little place. Outstanding coffee, hands down best traditional cappuccino I've ever tasted. Food is incredible (particularly the chicken club). Great staff, consistently awesome service and products. Highly recommend!

Visited here while waiting for an appointment. The almond crusted croissant was absolutely delicious. My only suggestion would to have more hot breakfast type food and sandwich options. But I did hear that this is the most popular cafe in town.

I didn’t care for my London Fog (not enough flavour or sweetener), the chocolate chip cookie is tasteless and the service was poor. My company ordered a green tea. A green tea (plain). Received a Jasmine green tea (Jasmine has a very floral and perfumey scent fyi). Asked the guy who made it if it was plain green tea. He said it was Jasmine, but that was the name brand. She went to girl at cash and said she wanted a green tea, not a Jasmine green tea and the girl, who was impolite, said “that’s what they serve at sushi bars” and didn’t offer another option. Will not return due to the poor service. Please tell your staff to understand their products.

Good selection of muffins and pastry. Made to order coffee or lattes.lots of seating, and even more outside when the weather warms up.

One of only a few cafes outside of the city with actually good coffee.

Nice location, good music (and I don't mean the usual cafe jazz) and excellent coffee. What more can you ask for?

Went here for the first time visiting the Delta area and we’re very pleased with both the coffee and pastries. Fantastic!

UPDATED, August 2022
Still the best latte in Ladner, probably the best in South Delta (or Delta altogether), and now a much more positive experience than previously, too. During the pandemic, they seem to have gotten a different-and better-attitude toward customer service. For the past number of months, I've been able to count on being attended to right away, or at least acknowledged (don't you hate it when people make you stand there like you're invisible until they feel like getting to you?), and they've made coffee drinks like that's what they're there to do. What a relief not to have to choose between quality of product and quality of service.
My Stir recommendation is the Spanish latte (usually off-menu), which I order extra-sweet, extra-wet, and decaf. And my tip is that if you buy a cinnamon bun, you actually get FOUR cinnamon buns. I think this is a mistake on the servers' part, but it has happened every time so far, so maybe not.

I always come here for coffee when meeting with friends in town. It's always a great atmosphere and coffee!

EVERY SINGLE TIME, the service is amazing. Stir us such a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere with a variety of excellent drinks and delicious snacks. I would love a few more gluten free options, but it’s hard to improve on perfection here!

A little slow on service, I asked for an Americano Misto but they gave me Americano. I didn't want to wait for another 15-20 mins for my coffee so I just took the americano, considering they charged me for a misto.: (

Always amazing service and timely speed when ordering even when busy. Great selection of teas and even better pricing

I'm obsessed with Cafes and this one is on par with a lot of the nicer ones I've been to in Vancouver
