I had a quilt longarmed at Stitch and Bobbin and she did an amazing job in a quick turn around! It turned out so lovely!

This is indeed a cute little store with a great selection of fabrics and accessories. I purchased a top of the line Bernina sewing machine a year ago and wanted to have it serviced. I called and made arrangements to take it in on July 26. That was a $79 ferry ride. I asked if someone else could pick it up the next week and the lady said that would be fine and would give the owner plenty of time to service it.

I called back the next week to arrange for the pick up and the next lady didn’t know where my machine was. She said she would ask the owner and call me back. She never called back.

I waited another week and called again and this lady said the machine was sitting there but she didn’t know if it had been serviced because the owner was at a quilt show. She said she would call me back and didn’t.

I left three messages that were never returned so I made arrangements for my niece to go over and pick it up, another $65 ferry. The owner was there and was short and rude to her. Did not apologize and the machine had not been serviced.

I received my fabric today and it is perfect! A very generous cut thank you so much Terry!

It was a waste of my time to drive to the location only to find our it was shut down.
