Amazing service! These talented and committed group of women are truly artists. They made magic with a beautiful dress that was too big. You can't even tell where they did the fittings. They work seamlessly, fast and threy also have great customer service skills. Would definitely recommend!

Suggestion is to come here and get good service.

Although I didn't experience the standard in customer service, I elected to proceed with an alteration of an expensive item. They have done an adequate job of it and hence nothing to complain about.

I would have liked to have gotten a better initial greeting, and I was a little surprised at a tip prompt while paying in advance. Pricing is on the higher end too.

I would suggest shopping around as there are many shops around performing the same services and there is room for improvement here.

I wish I could give zero stars. Stitch World ruined a brand new dress I brought in. I was fitted in the store but they cut it poorly and it's now way too tight as a result. I'm so disappointed, especially considering what I paid. Their prices are way too high. I overheard one woman arguing with a customer about how difficult it was for them to hem pants and that's why their prices are so high ($50 to hem a pair of jeans!). Go to Metropolis Alterations in the mall instead.

Update: I picked up two sets of pants I needed hemmed and they did a great job again! Will definitely be back!
