I just want to thank Dylan (I hope I'm spelling your name right) for being so kind and helping me with selling my watch! Thank you for giving me options and in the end a great deal - I am incredibly grateful. Everyone I encountered there today was so friendly - I will definitely be back in the future.:)

I went in to buy a bass guitar and when I walked in the man and the women behind the counter were talking super loud about how stupid their customers are and when I inquired about a good bass amp the lady became super confrontational and told me in a rude voice "[I] should do research before I just go out and buy a bass" instead of helping me buy a bass. Very bad service and I'm not one to write a review about bad service but whoowee the rudeness emanating off this women. I know I won't be coming back for audio equipment

Over priced audio equipment that’s super broken and they sell everything at market value even if it is not in good shape used to go here when I was a kid now it’s not great

The pawn loans department are extremely helpful in managing late pick ups when I’ve my pawned items become overdue. They are friendly, understanding and will work with their customers for the best outcome. Thank you for the great service!

I went in yesterday and bought a bugle as a gift for a friend, from their music department. When I got home, I was told that was not a bugle, but an old decoration that had been broken and soldered and that it had broken again where one soldered area was. Today I went back in to return it and the fellow who was there refused to give me my money back or give me a store credit. He said it wasn't broken and it was sold as a decoration, not an instrument. I paid $50.00 for an instrument, not a decoration. He said that the manager wasn't in when I asked and I was so upset at the way the employees treated me, I just left. I am a senior and $50.00 is a lot of money to be ripped off for. I will never go there again and I would advise others to be absolutely positive what you are buying, because these guys are obviously not honest in the least.

I've had nothing but good to say about this shop until today. I bought an amp here, and it was right at the end of the week before close. I was told to bring back the amp next day or day after if I had any issues. Got the thing home and it kept shutting itself down because it was over heating. I brought back the amp to the shop and was told "we can't do a cash refund cause that's store policy. " I don't know how you can call refusing a refund for a DEFECTIVE product customer service. Not a working product, a defective one. That I was promised I could bring back. Guys, I seriously have always went to you for your service in the past compared to other places in town. Today was a grave decline in that service.

***UPDATE***
Finally talked to the manager, he was great to deal with. Ironically when I came back for a refund the same employee who didn't give me a refund was there to give me my cash LOL. There still wasn't too much of an apology issued on his part. Overall I'm happy with how things were resolved, perhaps said employee just needs to learn a lesson in what good service means.

Don't bother selling your video games here they take the original price and reduce it by 75% and you only get 25% of the actual price, then they charge buyers the game you sold for nearly the original price, they screw you over for just a couple of bucks

We went in with a dirty old looking silver chain and sally brought it back to looking new she took the time to polish and clean it till it was new looking great job awesome place

Love this store. My wife and I only ever buy DVDs here, as they're such a good deal, and we unfailingly find plenty to take home. Our visit yesterday saw us find 19 titles we didn't own, and seeing how many we had piling up as we browsed Sally went behind the scenes to find yet more for us, meaning we picked up another two. Great service, Sally! We will, of course, be back!

Inflated prices! A used store should have used prices. Some items are marked up so high I would be better buying new and get a big box store warranty. I shopped here years ago and saw better pricing and purchased quite a few things.

I wasn't FEELING ignored, I was ignored.the conversation you were having was purely personal and when I did approach the two of you I was greeted with an eye roll and a sigh. Very disappointing as I have been coming here for years, the new staff have a lot to learn about customer service and professionalism.

I met Sally today and she is awesome. She was very friendly and professional. Her knowledge of the customers taste for jewelry is spot on.

I have been a loyal customer for years, and enjoyed this store. However they have shown they do not stand by their products or their costumers. As such I will not be shopping here anymore.

Love this place. Have purchased many items throughout the years. Service has always been excellent and staff has always been friendly and helpful. Store is much cleaner and more organized than a typical "pawn" shop. Great place to go if you don't mind buying used and saving accordingly.

Selling broken items at near new prices. Offerred me $5 off for a used $55 tv with broken footpads that is $99 brand new. Rip off pricing

I have come here multiple times and the experience was always great. The store itself is organized and clean which is a huge plus for stores like this. The staff was always extremely friendly, helping with suggestions or just finding what I needed. Will definitely come back.

The story is tidy (for a pawn shop) and has some gems. We sometimes have a hard time finding specific items when we need them, but the staff is consistently friendly and this is the best pawn shop in town.

Just called them three times to try and get a quote on my smartphone and I can only get as far as the front desk saying the buyers department is busy and to call back in ten so I called back and they said oh just one moment I'll find the buyer put me on hold for 10 minutes at which point got frustrated and hung up and call back again and once again was told the buyer is with other customers and to call back in 15 minutes I think they need more qualified pawnbrokers there so people can get their questions answered more efficiently. Following up I called back finally got through to the buyer's desk only to find out they don't take smartphones
