Très bon hôtel, les chambres sont bien aménagées, peut être juste la climatisation qui est bruyante.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec pas mal de choix.

Very good service, breakfast was excellent.

Room was average at best and wasn't great value regardless. Room was a pet friendly room, so wasn't necessarily expecting the absolute best, but even with a lowered expectation it was very average, cost was high for what was received. Room was also very noisy.

Again, service and staff where excellent and the breakfast buffet is tremendous

Perfect for an overnight stay on our way to Golden. Clean, spacious room, but a bit loud - we could hear the train (get used to it in Revelstoke) and our neighbours. The breakfast was a nice surprise, lots of things to choose from.

We stayed for a night on our way through BC. The service was exceptional, breakfast was great value and all staff were really helpful. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and it was awesome to have laundry on site too! In addition, there was even a free shuttle downtown between 5 and 10pm! Wonderful stay, will stay again soon, thanks!

An amazing spot to spend the night on the way from Vancouver to the Rockies and Banff. Highly recommend. Reception staff and breakfast staff were super lovely. The night time shuttle into town was convenient. Can't wait to stay again!

Great for Budget Minded, (Best Western Plus is nearby for a papered experience so members of Best Western - have 2 Options. Stokes is a renovated motel.but a 5 Star Motel! Included a full Breakfast. Also includes an outdoor hot tub (til 10 pm) A Free Shuttle Downtown- and a Discounted evening Dinner - Great recommendation Guys! A 5 Star Steakhouse via free shuffle to The Regency Hotel. Here, all the Staff were exceptional, I RAVE on another review about this first class outfit. Thanks for the tip.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous avions une chambre familiale qui était très spacieuse, avec petit dej compris. L’hotel propose la location de velos à 5$/jour, très pratique pour visiter la ville en été! Le personnel a été charmant, et nous a contacté rapidement après notre départ car ils avaient trouvé notre Ipad qui avait ete oublié.

Very clean motel. Nice view of the mountains and the river was right beside. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of selection! Very good staff!

We stayed two nights at the hotel. In the ad it said that the room had a whirlpool tub and the only thing it had was a shower. The bed had a winter quilt and we are in the middle of summer. The air conditioning made a tremendous noise that did not let sleep. The first day they did not clean our room, claiming that if we did not explicitly say that they did it, they did not have to clean it (we did not put the sign that they would not disturb us, we simply did not put anything). She was very rude and aggressive towards us until the last day. I have found the hotel very unprofessional.

Clean, affordable - great staff. Only issue I had was the fridge making crazy noises in the night.

My stay was poor for the following. The room was so small two people don’t have any space to move comfortably. Wires and cable feed hanging off the wall in haphazard manner, tv remote that wouldn’t work, bed to small for (2) normal sized folk, no area to open a suitcase other than the bed and then the bathroom… this is the best part, the toilet and miniature sink counter are so low they appear to have been installed for children or midgets. Without doubt the worst room I’ve ever had in a motel…just terrible. I won’t be returning and I’m happy to write this review… Charlie Halkett

Very small hotel just off the highway. Beds were comfortable and it was a quiet night with a nice complimentary breakfast buffet. Wish the AC was a little colder (I also had to put the front grille back on). Was it worth it? Yes absolutely.

Everything about our stay was spectacular. We opted for the ‘multiple beds’ option which was perfect for a family - kids got their own privacy and tv. The beds were incredibly comfortable, room was clean, and breakfast had good variety. And the pet welcome package was the cherry on top. We would make this hotel a priority if passing through again.

Beautiful location by the river and mountains but a bit inconvenient to get into town without driving. Loud road, but don't really hear it with the ac fan on. Nice little sitting area outside each room. Breakfast was self-serve buffet indoor, but with hand sanitizer and the doors open with the fan on. Tasty mini quiches, waffles, sausage, potatoes, grapefruit, bananas, toast, cereal, and an assortment of sweets. Friendly breakfast hosts.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast is so good. Anything egg is a must best egg muffins I have ever had. They need no ketchup, although the hot sauce made them next level. Breakfast room is buffet style very clean and staff is really attentive to keep everything running smoothly on busy mornings

Great place to stay. We were here for just one night. Friendly staff, large clear room. Only downside would be no elevator but the stairs were manageable.

We booked stoke hotel on our way to Banff and stayed one nights with three rooms, all king size beds with one room pet friendly. Unfortunately we wish we made a different choice. With three rooms cost, we will be better off staying in Basecamp Resort which is newer and quieter with 3-bedroom accommodation and pet friendly and available during the time we stayed.

First pros for the hotel:

1. Newly renovated.
2. Housekeeping did a good job, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable
3. The highlight of the hotel is the breakfast it offered, nothing fancy but taste good. Everyone is happy with the meals.

Now talking about cons.

We specifically mentioned to the front desk that we prefers quieter room, the front desk staff told me that because we requested king size bed, that were our only choices, they were all facing highway. Lucky enough, was assigned two rooms closest to the railway bridge and highway, one room with pet is on back building.

After a long drive from Vancouver, I have a sleepless night that I could give you some idea that the only time the highway No. 1 traffic is down a bit is between 2 am to 4 am. While, even during those couple hours, the railway noise was so loud that it woke up all of us no matter where we stayed at 3 am. Trains just pass by constantly but this particular one was so loud.

I was bored enough that I even downloaded sound meter curious to measure how loud it is. Whenever any car passes by (which is every a few seconds), the noise level is between 50 db to 60 db (like a normal conversation around you all the time), truck could be a bit more. When the rail train passes by, the noise coming from the bridge can reach 80 db to 90 db which is harmful for human ears and could cause long term damages if exposed to this environment all the time.

Other funny thing is the two rooms that is not pet friendly is way bigger than the one which is pet friendly. The pet friendly room literally could only fit a bed and 30% smaller than the one which is not pet friendly, and you pay $25 extra for the room. Not sure what is the logic on that.

Apparently most hotels in Revelstoke is close to either highway and railway, with stoke hotel is probably the closest. I did try to locate an ear plug and visited almost everywhere including save on food and all gas stations, but it looks like you could only find it in pharmacy which closes early. Tried to use airpod with noise cancelling function, it could not cover the noise. So be prepared if you are sensitive to the noise or choose alternative accommodation.

I really don't want to leave a negative review because I can see the management is trying so hard on other areas but I feel obligated to warn people who are like me, after all, we need a good sleep to continue our journey wherever we are going.

Tip for the management: It is a great property that you guys are doing so well on other areas, an investment into a sound isolation in the wall and double-glazed windows and heavy curtains will go long way for your hotel, so your location (something you can't change) could be a plus.

Two stays at either end of a weekend, the second with our new puppy in a dog friendly room. The initial room wasn't quite right for us, but Lanie at the front desk switched us with no problem and the room was absolutely perfect. Thank you Lanie!

Lovely breakfast buffet, big TVs, clean rooms, and a fun cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!

A well-appointed hotel with comfortable and modern rooms, including air-conditioning, kitchen sink, microwave oven and TV. Free onsite parking with other amenities such as outdoor hot tub with a mountain backdrop. Good room price and friendly staff.

We had a king bed, which we throughly enjoyed, so did our two guests. Everything was clean and good. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub

The front desk staff are amazing as are the rest of the hotel staff. Everyone is so accommodating and definitely go above and beyond to make your stay satisfying. We enjoyed our room with the great view and was nicely surprised to see enough towels in our room to last a couple of days and not just 1 towel each. Fridge was nice and cold and the room was quite comfortable. I do have to mention the breakfast staff were equally amazing. Was nice to be able to sit and eat in the breakfast room as there are nice booths and tables. Even though it was a bagged breakfast, still it was something different each morning that included a hot sandwich or scrambled eggs, but also the bad included a fruit cup, and a snack bar. Along with that there were also other items at the counter that you could help yourself too such as yogurt, cookies, muffins, cold cereal, oatmeal and of course coffee, tea and fruit juices. Would definitely stay again.

Nice clean rooms, very comfortable and a good price. I wasnt a fan of the grab and go breakfast concept but the egg and bacon bagel provided was actually quite good. My only suggestion would be to offer that same bagel with just the egg and no bacon for vegetarian choice. But my daughter seemed content with a muffin and fruit cup so there were lots of other choices. A very nice stay overall.

Comfy beds, a really good breakfast, clean and updated, and great staff. Surprised at the value offered.
