David was incredibly friendly and helpful. You can tell this is someone who loves his job and his attitude proves that. It’s a very clean and efficient storage facility nice never used storage places before, but I will definitely use this one again.

It closes very early and there is no access once staff is gone. They become very pushy near closing time as well which is not the best experience to deal with.

Is well run and very clean, and not too out of the way located, I would recommend this place to everyone. Reasonable rates also.

Clean, great value for money, great customer service. Oliver helped me out and provided awesome service. Highly recommend. You can get smaller storage lockers for $40CAD a month which is hard to find anywhere else.

Great staff, great facilities, central location, competitive prices! The only thing they’re missing is a masseuse, live music and a salad bar. Still one of the best self-storage spots I’ve used!

I have used Storguard multiple times and have always had great experiences. Fair pricing, helpful staff and easy access. Most recently closed out my unit and it was quick and easy. Shout out to Oliver who was a big help. Highly recommend and would go with them again in the future no question.

Two things that stand out for me with this place - 1) convenient, clean, easy to navigate location/facilities, and 2) first rate customer service experience. Competitive rates and a whole lot more. David made the entire experience that much easier. Would recommend to anyone.

I've had a locker at this facility since Jan 1st 2019. I had suffered some personal hardships and needed to store my Bigheart Bannock catering business stuff.
Sadly, since renting here I have had many experiences dealing with microagressions on behalf of their staff because I am Indigenous (except for the asian man, he was always polite and kind). I have been constantly belittled when having to pay late charges during these uncertain Covid19 restrictions that have impacted My business negatively.
Most recently my Family became very ill over a 3 week period, and instead of showing some compassion and patience for payment they have evicted me. They had even called to bully me out of isolation to come and pay thier bill. I couldn't bring myself to do it - so I l was evicted and in the notes they said "we don't need to give an explanation for eviction but you are an administrative nuisance. "
Which is fine, I have invested way too much money to keep enduring disrespectful discrimination from the goofs that obviously only have professional standards for anyone that isn't First Nations.

Friendly, helpful staff. Some of the units are oddly-sized. They are closed stats and ONLY OPEN TIL 6: 30PM.

We've used this storage facility for over 10 years very successfully. Great service and team. Most recently, Oliver was especially helpful during our final day at Storage on Terminal. Thank you!

Don't go to this place They ask you if your vaccinated and if your not They refuse service. Like there is millions of people showing up to hangout in a storage building.

I was put off right away by the manager todds attitude towards minorities. He made a couple of jokes while showing me the facility that i could only pretend to find funny because they were very offside.
I decided to over look that and rented the storage, an over priced 5 x8 space for 144 a month and they tried to charge me for 2 months immediately. When i asked him about the large sum of first bill he scoffed at me and asked if maybe i shoud rent another storage spot a little further east instead. Ive since packed up and left after im sure they entered my unit illegally without my content. Mike and Dylan were an absolute godsend. We needed several lockers and they were really sympathetic and understanding in what was an extremely stressful time for us physically emotionally and mentally. I would recommend there facility to anyone and the prices are really lower than many other facilities in the Lower Mainland.

Super happy with the service and my experience here, great location, feels clean and safe, with lots of different storage unit size options. I've had my stuff stored here for over a year, originally shopped around and got a bunch of quotes, this place was the best deal by far for the area, as well as the most helpful and friendly staff. Recently had to downsize because of Covid, huge thanks to the new manager Jerome for helping me out and making my move as painless and enjoyable as possible, would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Place is always clean. Access is good and security is good too. Very flexible with start and stop dates. Great convenient location if you live in the city

Had a great experience here with my friend! He had to move out on extremely short notice and Todd helped us right out and got us a unit same day. (Pretty reasonable prices too!)

Don't know why didn't rent here last time. I'm extremely happy with the value for the price at this facility. Todd at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The facility is clean, well designed and well maintained. Bonus! Shine Car Wash (the best car wash) is conveniently in the same lot, as well as coin-op vacuum stalls. It's also conveniently located close to Home Depot.

This is amazing storage that i have never seen before. The staff named Todd is very approachable and reasonable. He showed me everything and gave me the best Price. I have noticed that the "owner" who replies the the reviews sounds arrogant, rude and downright aggressive. Strangely enough, these are the same poor qualities the unfortunate 'Managers" from the office exhibit daily. I'm talking about the Storguard "-self server" storage Facility located in the old brick *** 750 TERMINAL AVE** terminal location.
If rmanager went to the effort to over charge my credit card for 4 months after i told him i was going to to be out of the county, i can sure make sure i write my review under the correct business. When i complained i was made to feel like i was lucky they allowed me to store my belonging there while i was away. Couldn't understand the one fellow the day moved out after having to schedule it far in advance as to avoid more heavy charges to my card. I assumed he had a few cocktails with lunch because it was Friday after all.i had to hold back my amusement as he seemed to yell in my direction but soon lost focus staggering away.all in all a strange and painful experience.

Have nothing but good things to say about this place. The old building is super cool too, old pictures of when it was a meat packing plant are all over the place. Super friendly chill staff. They did not make me feel self conscious when I had to be shown how to use the freight elevator, haha. Would recommend

This "Storage Company" at 750 Terminal AVE is out to steal your stored goods and bring them to auction as quick as they can without notifying the customer.

I am an elder in my community and an Aboriginal Artist.

I was 7 days past due when they auctioned off my families last remaining cultural artifacts and all my and my band members tools for carving. Sold were with my 3 prosthetic's custom made for my severed foot which I lost when i was 59 in a vehicle hit and run.
Beware!
I will be bringing legal help to seek the return of the priceless stolen items.

This place is good for storing the stuff or goods you have. Best deals and best location with easiness in moving and packaging. In vancouver it is the best place to store.

I chose Storguard as it was very convenient and in the middle of the city. We went with Storguard as it was better priced, had better size availability and much better service then Public Storage. Todd and David were very pleasant and helpful. Of special note, David is very funny, passionate and understanding- every visit is great

I've just acquired my first ever storage locker, and after quite a bit of calling around and visiting sites I decided to go with Storguard Vancouver. I have been so happy with the decision! This facility is perfect for my needs, very clean, tremendous staff and a very convenient location. I would highly recommend this facility (or likely any of the other Storguard facilities) for anyone looking for top quality, safe and secure storage in Vancouver.

I secured my storage space here today and it couldn't have been easier.

I was provided with useful information, offered great deals and greeted by friendly staff.

Added bonus: the speedy car wash is located in the same parking lot. Two birds (chores) with one stone.

Went looking for a storage facility for some small furnishings and miscellaneous items for a period or 2-3 months and came across Storguard, almost by accident while getting my car wash. What a break.
I went in there and the customer service provided by Todd was top-drawer!
He showed me a couple of spaces that would work and I couldn't get over how clean and bright this facility is.
The unexpected capper was when Todd told me that they were offering the first 2 months at 1/2 price! It took about 5 seconds for me to say "deal".
The fact that they are open 7 days a week was a bonus, as are the large carts they provide to assist with moving your stuff into your locker space. A first-rate operation that I would highly recommend to others.

Storguard is a best place to store the stuff when you required. Staff of Storguard is very co-operative and helpful. They have storage facility with different sizes, prizes with cleaned floors. Security is good and easiness in shifting stuff to the storage. If you want to store the stuff then Storguard is the best place in Vancouver. Thank you very for great deal to us.

Todd was so professional and friendly, it was hard to call any other companies after that. I'm happy I didn't as everything went so smoothly and effectively that I will keep using this company for life.

I very highly recommend the Terminal Ave. Storguard in Vancouver BC - after typing enquiries to 5 storage places, this is the ONLY one that sent a reply (and quickly!). Their reply (sent by Todd) answered all my questions clearly and fully - and when I went there in person, Todd showed me a variety of options in my price range, and after I chose one, he continued to be very helpful in providing all the additional info I needed. And, additionally wonderful, they sell - right there in their office - all the different kinds of storage boxes, wrapping plastic, etc.etc.that one might ever need - so it is literally "user-friendly" one-stop shopping (Thanks, Todd!)

I used this place in the past and there is one employee “Dave” who is Asian and I feel is straight up racist towards people who are not.
That or he was just a total and complete jerk.

I was out of town and was late on my rent. When I got back to town and after paying in full, within DAYS I saw my locker opened, photographed and put UP FOR AUCTION!

I know that this is against the law. I paid the rent for the month and got my stuff out. They did not pro rate (like Public Storage does)

Not only is it over priced, they are only open unti 6 pm! Oh and your stuff will be sold out from under you if you are a few days late.

Never again!

I had phoned around to other public storage businesses in Vancouver for comparison and was delighted to get a real person who actually answered the phone here. I truly appreciated the clear communication I received. All my questions were answered in a patient and polite way.
