They don’t open on time. Food is always good and fresh though!

They have no schedule it seems. It’s 1 pm on a Thursday and they aren’t open.

Sucks I drive 20 mins out my way for this for them to be closed

Beef Burrito can only be described as Cat food & Cabbage.

Smash burger was tiny, disgusting and a grease filled bun.

Perogie poutine was ok.

45$ for pure trash food that makes Taco Bell look like a fine dining meal. Will not return.

It was my daughter and I first time to come to strEATS, we ordered the Mexican bowl. My daughter didn't like it, the lady who worked there, made a fresh fries for free. I said I would pay for it but she refused to take my money, she was so sweet! Thumbs up strEATS! I so recommended this place!

Thanks for a delicious meal, although it was vegetarian it tasted like I ate healthy and heavy chicken stuff. Very impressive. Keep it up.

I am sorry, it was just not that great. I was excited to try it because I had never seen a place like this before but it just felt like a lump in my stomach. Gravy was too salty. But the positive is that the staff was amazing and very friendly.

Had the new hotdogs didn't think they were worth the money and my husband was only warm. Next time its tacos

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered a fish taco and the fish was rotten! My whole house smelt like sewer. I took a bite and started gagging the smell was so over powering not to mention the fish was sloppy and slippery! When I called to tell the manager to stop serving that fish because it’s rotten! She argued with me and said it’s fine, because they opened it 2 days ago, and that I didn’t know what I was talking about! Learn some customer service and stop serving stinky bad fish!

First time eating at a strEATS. Didn’t really care for the layout/presentation of the restaurant’s storefront (too cluttered), but my meal itself - The Peri Peri chicken rice bowl - was quite tasty, which is the important part. Price was a little on the high side, but such is life these days. Friendly service. 3.5 stars overall.

Lady was handling my food with bare hands. Not washing her hands. First time last time. Not even tried the food yet. Got the no root beer i paid for. Load dog was disgusting and the bowl had no taste. 30 for food i tossed in the garbage.

Did not label the boxes of our tacos. We had to guess which was which, which would have been a HUGE problem if we had an allergy. Overpriced for what you get it truly isn’t worth it.

Way too overpriced for what you get. We got 5 tacos and a poutine. They did not label any of the boxes that the tacos came in so we were stuck playing a guessing game. $6.50 for a taco is insane. We heard the food was good so had to try it but it was truly not great. Food was good don't get me wrong but not worth $6.50 a taco especially when the staff can't even write which tacos are in which box. Poutine tasted good but portion size and quality is not worth $11.00. Hope this helps for anyone in the future.

Food is outstanding. Burritos and tacos are wonderful. I highly recommend everyone to visit there and their staff is friendly and helpful

I would give it a better review if my poutine wasnt so dry and gross!
However the fries and fish and chips on there own were soo good! I do highly recommend the fish and chips. Just unfortunate the poutine was actually so gross, soggy but dry and almost chalky in texture if that even makes sense. If you go at least try the fish and fries on there own.

** edit decided to try again, paid 45$ for 2 meals no tartar sauce, no straws. Wont be coming back that's for sure. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but the amount of food you get is mediocre for what you paid. Better off spending 45$ on some local pizzas

Only one person working, she was taking the orders and preparing food for everyone, she didn’t give proper care to either food or the customers, they should hire more people

This was one of the worst place i have ever gone for food and owners response. Owners r very rude and acts like boss over the customer!

Had the regular chicken burrito. The first half was missing flavor. The last half seemed to get it all. The service was good when I was there and they got the meal through very quickly.

Staff is very very rude. Very busy during lunch time but there was only one staff & i asked for tap water & she didnt give me as she said i will need to buy bottle water. Wow, never been to place which doesn't give customers glass of water. The girl was not even washing her hands & was touching everything without wearing gloves. Very very rude place. Very arrogant staff & owner is also very arrogant as i have seen owner many times woking here as well. Extremely disappointed.

Food was good, however they made me pay twice even after showing my bank statement that the payment had already gone through. The manager or owner was rude about it and gave dirty looks when I was eating after I paid twice.

Giving a star for the "veggies" in a buffalo chicken burrito that had no chicken in it, smh.

Unfortunately one of the worst eating experiences we've had in a very long time.

Ordered 2 tacos, upgraded to 2 different full size poutines, and ordered the kids 2 chicken finger meal.

2 chicken finger meal was in fact 4 chicken nuggets. But upon opening, they smelled like fish, so both mom and dad tried it and we honestly couldn't tell it if was fish or chicken. In the end we believe it was chicken but it was the softest, cheapest, flavourless chicken nugget we've ever eaten. I mean, McDonald's nuggets would be considered gourmet compared to these.

2 tacos. 1 fish, 1 chicken. Both were OK, but were about 98% lettuce, Pico, and sauce. Could barely taste any protein at all. Not terrible, but were passable at the very least.

2 poutines, 1 mini perogi the other Buffalo chicken. First off, there was so little cheese curds that I forgot I was even eating poutine. The Buffalo chicken used the dame tasteless, soft, sawdust tasting nuggets as the kids meal, but chopped up. Couldn't tell where the chicken nuggets were compared to the fries. All of it was just smothered in hot sauce and dressing that it was just a sloppy, mushy pile of potatoes. Ohhh, I just realized I guess there was supposed to be gravy in it too.didn't see or taste much of it

Perogi poutine was also cheeseless, more gravy.but obviously a very satly packaged gravy, lots of onions, bacon, etc.but nothing overly special.

Overall, It was edible, and that's about it. We paid for the food, so we ate it. Will not be going here again.

If you love tacos as much as I do, youll want to try this place, its fantastic! Great staff too.

Made a mistake and ordered from the wrong location through skip the dishes. Called the restaurant and they refused to cancel the order and help me out. Skip the dishes also refused to help me cancel the order. Food is good but overall customer service is poor.

I will never ever go anywhere for takeout except here. Best food ever! Fresh.huge portions.excellent taste. Definitely my go to place! Thank you! 10 stars if I could

We went there almost a week ago. Do not waste your time at this location. It was so hot in there, we waited outside to get fresh air (we were in the middle of a heat wave). The windows, tables, and kitchen looked and felt dirty. We got the baja tacos, which were pretty greasy. We felt gross the rest of the evening.

The food is amazing, my favorites are the poutine, the employees make you feel welcome and if you are a regular they try to remember your name which makes the atmosphere feel even more friendly, whenever I go out for lunch this is always one of my top picks, even though the distance from work is 10 minutes away it is still always worth coming to strEATS.

Great food! It's a frequent for family take-out nights! Our only complaint is they can be a little inconsistent with their order accuracy (like when you want corn tortillas and not flour). Taco Tuesdays are great again!

Food is good but service was less then spectacular. They offer curbside pick up so we ordered but when we got there we were told no. They would not provide curbside service. We would not have ordered.

Just tried this place for the first time on Mothers Day. Different experience from the takeout that I'm used to. Menu has some interesting options when it comes to tacos and burritos, as well as different types of poutine bowls.

Small town feel with big time taste. Not only do these guys have amazing food but amazing service. I came in tonight after closing and they reopened the till just so I could order. They have amazing food that isnt supper heavy but so full of taste. Support local families and come check this place out. They will treat you like family. Everything is hand prepped and made daily. No premade garbage that so many places use today. Their food is worth every cent.

Food was overpriced and bland. I had the chicken taco, it was pretty much all cabbage. There was a few tiny pieces of chicken, barely any cheese and their pico de gallo was. Well, I don't know what it was. A few pieces of tomato and. That's it! Sad. Their poutine was overly salty and the fries tasted like stale leftover with the saddest little curds I've ever seen. Save your money and go eat somewhere else. If you're thinking of eating here you might as well flush a $20 down the toilet and save yourself the drive.

Came here for my godson’s celebratory dinner after seeing him kick butt at a dance competition. We came in with 15 people, and were seated within 15 minutes. The service was quick, as was the time to getting us our food. No mistakes were made, which is always a bonus when serving large parties. I would highly recommend and will probably use these guys for catering my god daughter’s birthday. Thanks all!

Its probably more deserving of 4 stars but for Aldergrove it's a 5 star. Decent prices and above decent food. Fresh atmosphere and cheerful staff. Hopefully they can overcome the curse of the bad corner on 264th. Really hard to enter the parking lot unless you are North bound on 264th or East bound on Fraser Highway.

So oooo good! I got the chicken and waffles poutiene and OH my GOD definitely a favourite food now. A bit pricy but taste is worth it! Recommend!

Perfect place to go for dinner when you just don't feel like cooking. Fresh, fast service and reasonably priced. I had the fish tacos and really enjoyed them. Will be back to try the shrimp mango tacos for our next visit.

Service was friendly, food wasn't have bad. The amount of meat in all servings I found was not great for the price your pay. Poutine fries are soggy and no flavor. This place needs too step it up if your planning on sticking around.

They don't pay there workers. I have been waiting since before the 19th. I was forced to quit due to reasons.the store owners fault. I won't disclose as I don't want to stir anymore of the pot. I quit before the 19th of December.it's now Jan 4th and still haven't been paid out or received my pay stub from before nor have I recieved my roe. I have been communicating with the owner who doesn't seem to understand labour standards rules. I will be taking action with labour standards to get this resolved.she plays the victim role instead of a educated boss who knows the real legal ways.

Just had our first visit to Streats at the Aldergrove location. Staff was very friendly. Business very clean. Ingredients very fresh and tasty. We will be back. ️

Great food. Great atmosphere. Great staff. Great portion sizes. Great prices. Definitely will go back! Split a burrito meal between two people and we were both stuffed!

Not bad! Had the poutine (mick), service staff great! Fries were soggy (1 more min in fryer or double fry them) but flavors were good. The menu pics show a bowl but came in a box even though I was staying in. After halfway through eating the tv shows you how to fold it out to make a plate/bowl. That made it easier and able to spread the sauce around. I'll know next time but I'll be trying a taco/burrito, 65% on the poutine.

The food was well prepared and tasted great. Customer service is excellent. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone! Best place to eat!

I walked into this fine establishment with the intent try something new. Walking in I was truly impressed with the extremely nice staff especially emma she was so kind and thoughtful the food was also extremely delightful. If you’re in town and looking for a bite to eat don’t look any further than STREATs you will not be disappointed

If you're looking to have a giant cabbage taco and don't want any cheese in your poutine this is the place for you. Put it this way drove directly to KFC afterward.

The service was amazing. Everyone was super nice and the food was very good. It’s nice to have a place like this in aldergrove!
