StrEATS South Surrey Kitchen

Recently, we went to this cozy joint and savored a variety of dishes. The staff was friendly and helped us customize our dishes to make them vegetarian. The place seemed a bit eerily quiet during our visit though as we were the only customers they had during the entire time we were there.

The Peri Peri Bowl with Tofu and The Peri Peri Burrito stood out, offering a satisfying blend of ingredients. However, the Veg Nuggets Burger left us a tad disappointed. Its petite size didn't match the price, and the sweet nuggets didn't really go well with the Burger.

Despite the burger hiccup, the overall experience was nice, thanks to the amiable staff and the enjoyable flavors in the bowl and burrito. If you are in South Surrey and craving for some nice flavours, you should try their peri peri dishes.

The food as well as the ambience over the streats is outstanding. I really enjoy every second whenever I go there. I really recommend you guys must try and its bet that u gona crazy towards streats. Its amazing. The service is also very superbbbbbbb.

Great experience. I'm celiac and they had many options for me. I had the Lemongrass Chicken bowl and it was fantastic. Great staff here.helpful and patient. I'll be back for sure.

Had the lemongrass chicken bowl for lunch. Meat was so incredibly salty and the slaw was dry and brown. No other flavours aside from salt. Overall a super disappointing experience.

Great prices, food, and atmosphere. Their is a variety of different food each with a very unique taste! The staff were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. 10/10 will visit again.

Pricing is alright, protein portion was small for the full price of a taco, come in on Tuesdays and Thursdays for their pricing deals. Food tasted pretty great despite all that.

I got the mango shrimp burrito and pierogy poutine. My friend got the beef burrito and Mexican poutine. If we could give a million stars we would! I honestly don’t really like eating burritos that much because some places put too much rice and it ends up slopping everywhere but this burrito held itself together and there was lots of fried shrimp in it which made the whole burrito a top notch one! The staff were very friendly and you can tell the food is made with lots of love! That’s what street food is all about, it’s made from the heart!

One of the best fish tacos in South Surrey. Poutin fries were crispy and delicious to the last bite. Ice cream sandwiches were awesome. Service is fast and friendly and will come again and again.

Attended with some friends and couldn't eat anything. No vegetarian options listed on the menu, you have to ask what the options are, clearly an afterthought. I got food elsewhere but my friends said the food here was actually pretty good overall. I can only speak to my own experience, vegetarian options are definitely mandatory and a new restaurant should definitely know that before opening in this day and age.

Food is amazing and wonderful customer service. I’ve been recommending to everyone and I will keep doing so!

I ordered online and while the flavour wasn't bad, I was shocked at what we received for the price.

We won't be ordering again simply because the quality and serving size do not justify the price.

Tried this place for the first time, was super SUPER DISAPPOINTED! It’s so close to my house so I was really looking forward to trying something new in the neighbourhood. My husband and I ordered a few things to try, the smash burger, a beef and fish taco and a Pierogi poutine. Right now they have the tacos on sale from $5.50 to $4.00 all month long. When putting in the order over the phone the lady asked for my name 4 Times as she couldn’t hear me and in the end called me Caroline. When actually picking up the order the discount for the tacos we’re not applied on the bill we had to correct them in the end, once we got home we chowed down on our food and I found some type of casing or left over package in my taco! I had to spit it out because it was rubbery and disgusting! Overall food was not good the smash burger was $10.00 wendys taste better then this and it’s cheaper! The fries were okay, but other then that I will never return Im just too turned off now and hopefully they can be more careful on how they handle and prep there food.

First time eating at StrEats. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh and delicious with amazing flavors. My favorite was the mango shrimp taco the combination of the mango and coconut shrimp was amazing will definitely be back.

Solid all across the board. Real proper poutine, fantastic tacos/burritos and rotating menu options to keep things fresh. Super fast and friendly service, with affordable menu items. My new favorite lunch/dinner location! Delicious!

Tried for the very first time and I would definitely go back! Great food, great staff, great prices!

Such a hidden gem in South Surrey. We went here for the tacos and we were pleasantly surprised at how delicious and how generous the portions were. We tried each flavour and we feel that the Baja fish and beef tacos were the best. Not only was our meal delicious, Shiwani and her team had great customer service. Thank you very much! We will come back again.

Tacos were bigger than I thought. Buffalo Chicken Poutine with Blue Cheese was amazing. Cashier was confused about $4 Taco Thursday promos and 15% off coupon. You can only avail the 15% off on items other than the $4 Tacos on Thursdays. They made it right by fixing it for me at the end.

Atmosphere is decent, lots of seating.
