Made an appointment to have my kitchen sink plumbed and got an appt within a week which is great because everywhere else I called was booked weeks in advance. Matt did an excellent job at installing the sink, very professional and kind. Super happy that I went with Striker plumbing and will definitely continue to book with them when needed!

Reid is beyond the best he goes above and beyond for his customers I've had a hot water heater replaced next day on an emergency basis and a A furnace repair call last minute on a cold day, he found time to squeeze me in even though he was fully booked definitely won't use anybody but him

Striker offered me good service way faster than all the competitors could provide. My replacement of a worn out pressure pump switch and gage went really fast. My appointment was even bumped up a day earlier than what was scheduled so I have no complaints. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous and I would highly recommend to any of my friends or family.

Had an awful surprise yesterday afternoon when I discovered that my hot water tank was leaking. I called one of the bigger companies in town and was told I'd have to wait over 24 hours, so I called up Striker.

Reid answered the phone, told me his price, and said he'd be by in the morning. He arrived this morning promptly at 8: 30 and left three hours later leaving me with a clean basement, a new hot water tank, and instructions on how to maintain the tank.

I've had Striker Plumbing do several jobs at our house now over the past couple years and we are very satisfied with their service. They have fixed our gas fire place, fixed our furnace after hours on a weekend when it quit working at -30 and installed a new hot water tank today. They always show up when they say they will and get the job done. Prices are reasonable and service is prompt. I highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable guy showed me some basics on hot water tanks and taught me some technical stuff. Learned alot from him.called him the night before and he said he would squeeze us in the next day and he did. Will definitely be calling him again for any future repairs or inspections.

We used Striker twice. Reid was friendly enough at first but after he started working he swore loudly and often (both times!) and scared my kids. Reid took twice as long to do the work as he claimed. The second time we called him around 4 pm on a weekday and he came over right away which seemed great. But he didn't tell us he intended to charge us his after hours rates even though he was done by 5: 30 pm. A simple tap water line he installed came loose and flooded our bathroom. We will not use Striker again because Reid is unprofessional. His conduct regarding the after hours rates was deceiving because he didn't inform us until he presented the bill. When we tried to discuss the bill with Reid he became hostile and threatened us. These issues including the bill and unprofessionalism were discussed with him at the time, contrary to what his reply states.

Absolutely % recommend Striker Plumbing and Heating. Reid was amazing! Fit me in on a cold day to fix my furnace and showed up and saved the day! Very reasonable rates with friendly professional service.
