Every time I go to the Port Moody location they are very friendly. Sam is absolutely amazing at her job! She is kind, caring and makes the wax feel a lot less painful.

I would recommend this place to anyone! I see Alejandra and she is so quick, makes you feel comfortable, and does a fantastic job. I must say the least painful waxing experience I have had (subjective I know). I have tried many places and this by far is the best. Very clean, reasonably priced, and fast.

Rash, burning, itching, swelling, and irritation after getting Brazilian wax there. I contacted them for help. They said there was nothing they could do and advised me to contact management. I received an email that doesn't exist. I called again and got another email address that didn't work. Now they don't answer the phone. I gave up. I think I will just go to the clinic. I will never go back to stripped wax bars again.

I’ve been getting waxed at Stripped Port Moody for many years now, and it’s always been a good experience. Of course I have my favourite girl (Celine) but I’m happy to see the other staff when she is unavailable, as they all provide the same level of care. There is never any judgment from staff- they have seen it all so don’t be shy!

Last year I noticed via the Stripped Instagram page that they do training sessions where a senior technician is paired with a new employee, and they will wax you at no charge (as part of the training process). Let me just say, listening to the senior staffs patience and kindness as they teach the new staff is wonderful. They are very attentive and make sure both trainee and client are comfortable, and are ready and prepared to answer all questions.

They serve everyone, so if you have hair you want gone, give them a call!

Extremely clean, professional, friendly, and safe service every time! Honestly, I was a bit hesitant to try them, as their rates are higher than many other places. Consequently, I don’t visit too frequently but I won’t go anywhere else now.

Price is fair, staff is crazy friendly (loved that), they were fast which is nice, but im assuming most of my hairs broke, as my Brazilian grew back in a week.not to mention i had to do a lot of cleaning up the next day with my tweezers at home.emailed them about it and haven't heard back in a week.other than that, i really liked this place

I had a horrible first experience! There was construction and pay parking at this location. When I showed up for my appointment, I was 6 minutes late and abruptly informed that I no longer had an appointment. They overbook which leaves them no tact or grace for new customers who may not be familiar with their location!

I like coming here for waxing, the wax reacts nicer with my skin I find and everyone is fast at what they do. I only come here anymore for Brazilians but some people are better than others I find. Some are very thorough and will tweeze hair they miss while others will miss a lot more in the back areas that are harder to see until later after going home and realizing.

Busy place but they fit me I as a walk in whenever they can. Friendly and professional services each and every time I have been there. Plus, it's clean!

I never knew you could wax eyebrows, and it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. I was told it wouldn't look as natural as threading but I found it to look very natural. I got about half my face done and the whole experience was easy and painless.

I’ve been to almost every Stripped location and this ties with my favourite being North Vancouver Lonsdale location. I won’t get my wax done anywhere else. Suuuuuper clean and professional. Excellent and knowledgeable staff! I’ve been going for over 2 years.

My favourite place to get waxed. All of the staff are friendly and excellent at what they do. I have been waxed by Selina and Sarah and would recommend them to everyone, they are fantastic! I have had waxes at different companies and learned my lesson on why I only go to stripped Port Moody now, thank you!

I cannot recommend this place enough. They do an amazing job of waxing, and keeping me comfortable. They were great with dealing with my anxiety the first time I got waxed, and are always making an effort to give me the best possible experience. The location is bright, clean, and relaxing and their online booking system is easy to use. I would absolutely recommend this for first-timers and people who have waxed before.

My new go to waxing place! Sarah was amazing! She knew about my waxing nightmares and made me feel so comfortable. She was gentle, made feel little pain and kept conversation flowing to keep my mind off the waxing. Keep up the good work!

I haven’t seen her name in many reviews so I want to make sure it’s seen. If you ever decide to come here book with Denise 500000%. She is beyond amazing at her job and an absolute perfectionist which is what you need when removing hair, she gets rid of every last one. She is super gentle and makes you feel so relaxed. Denise is the best!
