The receptionist (Farah), at the front desk is amazing! She always provides exceptional customer service! Today in particular, I was waiting for my appointment and I overheard her on the phone with several clients. She exhibited immense patience and went above and beyond to help out a potential client.

This place is for real! The staff are all super professional, friendly, exceptionally fast and talented waxers. I just book the best time for my schedule and whomever I get (this time it was Samantha who was 10/10) is always incredible. I’m in and out in 15 mins or less, all clean and feeling good. Great prices too for the quality of service. Couldn’t recommend enough and will never trust another salon with my bush.

Had a great experience at Stripped! I was brought into a room right on time, service was great from both the receptionist and my technician (Vanessa), the room was clean, the wax was quick. I will definitely be back!

I will say though their bikini wax leaves a very large area compared to where I am from. You basically have to wear almost high waisted bottoms. Not sure if that is unique to this clinic, the chain, or the area.

Samantha is the best! She is, professional, efficient, very pleasant to talk to. I won’t see anyone unless Samantha’s schedule fully booked or she is out of the office.

This place is awesome! Everyone is super friendly and very accommodating. A judgment free zone! Definitely recommend to anyone trying out a wax for the first time!

My favourite place to go for all things waxing! No matter who I get, they always make me feel comfortable and service is always fast and speedy which is much appreciated when it comes to waxing. I would highly recommend stripped wax bar whether it’s your first time or 10th time, they are experts.

This is the best place to get waxed, the ladies do an amazing job! They are all very friendly and professional and great at what they do. They wax any body part men and women and have different types of wax depending on your skin type and sensitivity. Very clean too never double dip! Prices are very fair. Can't recommend enough

I’ve been to a lot of waxing places and this places does it right. Fantastic atmosphere, baby wipes and great waxers. I would recommend this place for your waxing needs. My only con is it’s pricey if you don’t buy a package and they seemed to be running behind but will be back when I am in the area for sure.

Had the BEST experience with Kerrie! Not only is she extremely professional, she’s also very kind and makes you feel comfortable during your appointment. I’ve had waxes before, and Kerrie by far, does the best job. Definitely my new go to place, and will 1000% be booking with Kerrie again!:)

Truly love stripped but this location (Burnaby) is the worst in the lower mainland as they are aggressive, not as friendly, and In the last two times I’ve been, I was sore for days for my Brazilian wax. I’ve been doing it in Port Moody Stripped for 4 years and they are the BEST location. Worth the drive in my opinion.

Got my back waxed here and was not informed of any after care to be aware of. I broke out in small bumps and they have not gone away after a month. I have spent hundreds of dollars in treatments and nothing is working. I have been on anti biotics and they did nothing. I am now beginning to scar and when I informed the salon what has happened they offered zero solution or compensation.

The front desk girl (forgot her name, usually sits there on Friday afternoon) has a bad attitude, she seems "too good for this job", she is rude and not at all accommodating. The other front desk girl is much better. Also if you are getting a Brazilian and you have to come back home and shave the leftover hair off, specially on the back then what is the point of that Brazilian? You are charging me 50$, at least do your job properly. The waxing lady had almost 10 bookings and she was doing it in such a hurry!

The real trick to personal waxing is making the client feel comfortable. The staff here know how to do that.

I've been going to this location for many years and I usually just see whoever is available so I've been through all the waxers and each of them is splendid. You can not go wrong with anyone who works here. They all do a great job and make you feel as comfortable as possible.

I've had two 11/10 experiences with this place. Super friendly & super efficient! My Brazilian hard wax was the most painless wax I've had in 7 years of waxing, Kerrie is highly recommended.

My second visit to the Brentwood location. My first visit was great.
For my second visit, they called me at 6: 05 i said i was 5 min away.
I was 13 min late by the time i arrived.they canceled me.
I was shocked!
Im very disappointed and frankly heartbroken. I was running like headless chickens to make it there… all that for nothing.

Worst Experience Ever.

I've been coming to this place every month for over a year and a half, and they don't usually disappoint, up until now! Their staff Samantha did a horrible job. The Brazilian wax gave me severe burns and my skin was peeling off.

During my wax, she kept inquiring about my life rather than paying attention to her job and was very rude to me. She made the whole process very uncomfortable and painful!
Very disappointing experience.
Would not recommend her at all.

Great waxing services. Friendly, warm, and gentle staff. Very clean, very professional. It wasn’t the cheapest prices for similar services I saw while doing some research for other waxing places - however they had great reviews and I don’t mind paying more if the service is good. Worth the money (in my opinion)

Rajanne is amazing! She is so friendly and makes you feel really comfortable, felt like i was getting waxed by a friend. She is quick and as painless as can be.

This location is okay. There are young inexperienced waxers here.the first time I went the young girl said to me, after waxing my legs "oh you actually have nice looking legs" what, and you thought that I wouldn't? Why even make a comment like that. Maybe they need to be taught small talk.
All I could do was laugh because I thought, what a young mindless girl.

Another time I went, the girl waxing me asked over and over if I wanted it all taken off on Brazilian? Are you asking because you forgot, because your not listening? Or you don't care to remember or listen?

The last time I went the service seemed to take FOREVER, I don't generally hold eye contact or look at the girls here while getting waxed because I realize they can't do both, wax and talk.

3 stars because generally the service is great, the girls are nice, I never have trouble making appts, and the rooms/beds are always cleaned and stocked with whatever they need.
The front desk always asks how the treatment was and if I needed any after card products; which are lovely. Ticking all the boxes on her customer service script- great if there is one

I've been coming to several of the Stripped locations for a few years now, and their work is impeccable, at every location, with every staff member. Amazing work, ladies!

First time waxing and they made it great! I would recommend to anybody (and they have services for any gender which is great!)

It was my first experience getting waxed. Morgan did such an amazing job. She was very friendly and professional, answered all the questions I had, and made me feel very comfortable. Prices are reasonable and the place is very clean. Will definitely come back for future visits.

I was here 7 weeks ago asked if I could wear a mask. I said no I have severe medical issues. Made a appointment for last Saturday. The were going to force me to wear a mask. I politely said I had medical issues. They said I needed to reschedule. I sent email to management the said there workers didn't feel comfortable. The mask mandate is off get with the program

A spotless space filled with professionals who take pride in their work. In over two years and dozens of visits I have never been kept waiting or felt dissatisfied with the service received. Most recently Rajni did a friendly, fast, fantastic job.

Got my first Brazilian wax from Daisy and she made the experience very painless and not intimidating. I was in and out in less than half an hour. Their covid-19 safety protocols made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the whole appointment. Would definitely recommend Stripped Wax Bar to anyone.

I have recently moved to Vancouver area from United States and I have been in search for my waxing needs. I went all the way from Surrey to Burnaby to get hard wax brazilian waxing and to my surprise, I pay 10$ extra to still get stripped wax. When I asked Daisy why are you using a strip on hard wax, her comment was that it is easier this way and when I asked her to not use strip, it was even more painful. I guess, she didn't know how to wax with hard wax. Very disappointing.

Since I moved here, I had really tough time trusting someone else to do my Brazilian, as my last one was 3 years ago! Samantha was amazing, she made me feel very comfortable, and did a spectacular job - quick and efficient. Highly recommend Stripped Was Bar and Samantha!

If you cancel the appointment 10 minutes before appointment time-they will charge you service cost. But when they do it - they don’t have any obligations to you! Just ruined my day with a 10-minutes-before-appointment-time notice about cancelled service! I had to leave work earlier to be in time for the appointment and they just cancelled it and nobody is responsible of course! Would be quite different if i did it right?

Rajanne is a fantastic waxer! She was very quick and explained to me what she was doing while she was waxing me. Rajanne was very quick and efficient; she did a flawless job. She made me feel comfortable during the process as she was very friendly. Their staff were very friendly and welcoming, and their salon is very cute! Also, my Brazilian wax was not as painful as the other Brazilians waxes I have got done. I highly recommend booking with Rajanne because there were no hairs missed and she did a great job! Out of all of the locations I have been, this location is one of the best ones i've been to.

I only go to Stripped to get waxing services done. Once I was waxed with their wax, I haven’t been able to go anywhere else. Their ambiance is fun, but professional, their staff are friendly, & above all their wax is less painful than other places. I know, it sounds weird. But trust me & try it.

Fantastic! I've tried a lot of waxing bars in my life and when I find one I trust I go out of my way to keep going there. I see Rajanne and not only are my appointments super quick (usually half the expected time or less), her technique extremely limits the pain and I never end up with bleeding pores (for reference: Underarms and Brazillian). The location if convient to access, very clean, and near starbucks & whole foods. Tip: if you don't see what you are looking for in their online system give them a call to make your appointment, as they often have openings that might work even if the system doesn't recognize it.

Never disappointed in my service! Recently one of the waxers helped me figure out how to fight the irritation I was getting post-wax as there is rose water in the ingredients and I didn't know I was allergic to it. Thanks ladies!

Vanessa is great! She is really talented in waxing and so friendly. The salon is super clean and tidy. I also liked that they provide refreshing wipes to clean the area before the treatment and it's good because girls have monthly stuff and also regular discharge and so forth.no matter how hard we try to clean the area. Also I expected Brazilian wax to be more painful but it wasn't and the process was very quick. A week ago I tried to wax it by myself and it was so painful and couldn't do it.it was definitely not a good idea. I think I'll come to this salon for Brazilian from now on:)

Have only been once. I can’t remember the lady who helped me but she was professional, quick, and friendly. Not busy when I went in. Which helped and I felt comfortable/ not intimidated for my first time here. I wish parking was a little easier but I will be back!

2nd Brazilian and booked with Rajanne based on previous reviews. Didn’t have a very good first experience with other Stripped aestheticians but Rajanne was awesome and talked me through the whole process which made me more calm and have an overall great experience! Highly recommend booking with her and will book with her in the future!

I’ve been going to this place for a while now. It’s a good idea to make reservations online weeks in advance. I highly recommend Rajanne, especially if you have low tolerance for pain like me! She makes the pain bearable while waxing, she’ll be done before you can even say “ouch! ” Tip: Do not shower before coming in because it opens your pores. They also provide cleansing wipes in the rooms.

Got Brazilian wax from Nicole. She was so good. She made the experience much less awkward and less painful! Definitely recommend and will be coming back.
