Beautiful clean cozy spa. I had a wonderful experience there today, the attention, detail, and love that went into my nails was so nice. Very friendly folks.

I was visiting Vancouver and needed some care, as I had just returned from an International trip. Studio 16 was five minutes from my son’s apartment. They were PERFECT! The young lady took her time waxing and trimming my brows. My manicure was the best, she didn’t rush, asked along the way if I was satisfied, did shellac on my nails. I’ve never had it last so long, it’s been three weeks already! Thank YOU Studio 16! ️

Vicky does an amazing job on my nails, she pays great attention to details - especially considering the many reference photos and requests I may bring to my appointment. Everyone is super friendly! The studio is in an easily accessible area with a lot of parking. I wouldn’t hesitate to go here! Always well taken care of when I visit. Been going here for years now. Place is hygienic and the staff are lovely and talented. All the staffs have been doing nails for a long time with several offering nail art as well. Always easy to book via phone during the day or online 24/7. Best nail salon in town!

They called me repeatidly in the morning to change my orignal appt for afternoon to earlier in the morning, I rushed over and arrived earlier and then she didnt want to do eyelash extention on me suggested I do lash lift. BIGGEST REGRET OF MY LIFE! She had to use different glue she said one glue was not adhering to my lashes. My eyes were buring when I left and stinging all day I had to cancel my evening plans, and then when I contact her to tell her this she tells me she is busy and cant refund me but I should come back andget the eye lash extentions and she will credit me the amount for my next visit. I would not want to visit or go thru that experience again! I am really disappointed in the whole experience and there lack of accountability. Its been 2 days and my eyes are still red puffiness and I will have to go to doctor to make sure they are not infected! PLEASE BEWARE NOT SAFE AT ALLL!

Ivy did marvelous work on my nails! I showed her what i wanted and she surely knew what to do. I decided to get acrylic nails as I am used to having them. Very clean, relaxing but most of all affordable. She also do lashes! I recommend this location to my friends and family. Thank you Ivy!:)

I always get my acrylic nails (full sets and fills) done here at Studio16 by Ivy and I can’t say enough good about the salon and Ivy herself! Love them! The salon is super clean, cute, and well-kept. Ivy is also a true artist- she has the best technique, coolest nail art and accessories, she’s efficient and the prices are on point. I highly recommend this salon and Ivy too! Best place and best technician in BC hands down!

I’m so friggin happy to have found this lovely little spot. They line the tubs with plastic liner so you know it’s clean! She did a fantastic job on my tootsies, even letting me see 3 different shades to choose the right one. It’s one of the best pedicures I’ve had in a while. Even got the grater out for my summer feet. It’s a small spot so the nail fumes are strong at first but disappear quickly. I’ll be recommending this to friends for sure!

Ivy is an amazing nail artist. Her skills, technique, and attention to detail are unmatched. She listens to her clients and delivers amazing results! My nails always look incredible! The salon is always clean and the staff are very friendly:) I highly recommend Ivy and Studio 16 to everyone!
