I recently had my hair highlights done and I couldn't be happier with the results! The highlights turned out beautifully and exceeded my expectations. The color is exactly what I wanted and it looks so natural.

I want to give a special shoutout to Kathy, who assisted during the process. She was amazing! Kathy was attentive, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience.

Overall, I highly recommend getting your hair highlights done at this salon. The quality of the service, the expertise of the stylists, and the exceptional customer service provided by Kathy make it a fantastic choice. I'm thrilled with my new highlights and I can't wait to show them off!

I was so impressed by the service and my haircut here! I’ll 100% be returning in the future. I went in for some layers and a bang trim and the stylist did a phenomenal job. Extremely friendly staff and overall a really nice atmosphere

As always fantastic. I'm greeted professionally when I book an appointment. My stylist is Cathy. She treats me like I'm part of her family. Claudia.my waxing and pedicure she treats me like her sister. Wes the owner is amazing. I have never met someone like him. He's a people person, calm and very friendly. I always look forward to my appointments

Really bad experience with haircut. It was not even as close as I wanted. The cut itself was quite rushed, only 10 mints to haircut with no touch up at all. I did not realise how uneven and unfinished it was. I paid 51 dollars for the cut. Sorry, but in the end I have to present my experience objectively and unfortunately it was not great at all.

I was gifted a mani/pedi, only the mani a was booked. The manicure took forever, the tech filed my nails too thin & side to side. The gel polish which is suppose to last up to 2 weeks, all peeled & lifted off within 6 days. She cured polish to my skin under my nail. She was new & a student still studying to do nails. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. I regret paying for the services. They are not set up for manicures, I had to sit in a pedicure chair and move all over, in order for her to reach the paraffin wax & UV light. It was not the experience I was hoping for & I travelled from Kitimat for my appointment.

Just wanted a haircut that would let me grow my hair out again, it's been a few years since it's been long. Took less than 10 minutes. Pretty much shaved the back off and never even touched the front! The front is now way longer than the back and could never grow it out like this. 1st and only visit!

There’s a lovely lady that works there named dakota I think it’s the best costumer service I’ve ever had hands down if it wasn’t for her my day would have been bad

Went in for a fade on the back and sides with some length off the top. Was told they couldn't get as close as I wanted because they didn't have the razor. The cut itself was quite rushed, only 10mins with no touch up at all.
I didnt realize how uneven and unfinished it was until I got home because my head was still wet and combed over when it was done.
I had to have my girlfriend remove all the hair that was missed and there was alot.like there was still 3inch hairs around my ears on both sides and remember.i got a fade.its hard to miss that. I paid 53 dollars for the cut.
I feel bad to have to write this review because the staff are so nice. And I can empathize with the fact that they are short handed. But in the end I have to present my experience objectively and unfortunately it wasn't great.
