This is my favourite gym in Victoria. I love the plants and friendly atmosphere

I’ve been at this gym for 6 years now and it’s the best gym in town in my opinion. The plants, wood and bricks make it feel cozy and a place to feel at home. The staff is courteous and helpful and the gym is always clean and well maintained

Definitely the most unique looking gym I’ve ever seen. Great environment and the community is the best. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Lots of cable stations and squat racks. Lighting is amazing as well!

Great gym, one of the few I’ve been too that actually has enough free weights and benches. Good range of equipment too and nicely decorated. Alas I was only in town for a couple of days, but was greeted by the lovely Hannah who was super welcoming. If I lived nearby would join up!

I had the great experience of using this gym for the.month of July. Let's start with the people. I can't say enough positive about the people that are the lifeblood of any gym. Darrin, the manager, is awesome. He took the time to introduce himself to my wife and myself. He regularly greets every patron by first name and it is clear that he really loves his job. Darrin coordinated studio space for us to work virtually with our trainer and was genuinely interested in our workouts. People like Darrin don't come.around very often and this gym is very fortunate to have such an awesome ambassador.
The rest of the staff was equally pleasant. I also watched a couple of the personal trainers work with their clients. I was impressed by their attention to detail and recollection of their clients' progress and training. I watched each trainer demo all lifts and movements and correct incorrect form with demos and positive coaching. My impression is safety and positive experiences were always first priorities. I should also say my impression is the clients very much enjoy their time with the trainers also.
The facility and equipment is also top notch. From the considerable inventory of first class Rogue, Concept, Assault etc, equipment to top of the line cardio and HIIT equipment, this gym wants for nothing. The gym is well organized, clean and designed for serious athletes. Locker rooms are also clean and well maintained.
The atmosphere in the gym can only be described as unique and crafty. The gym is located on the second and third floor of a downtown warehouse. High ceilings, old school beams and an open staircase between floors all make for an inspired session each time I entered the gym. The gym is spotless and equipment is always organized and clean. Ventilation in the gym is what you would expect for a warehouse but more than adequate.
There is nothing cookie cutter about the people, the equipment or the facility. It is clear this is a people first facility and deserves only the highest rating a gym can receive. I strongly encourage anyone looking for a gym to check it out.

Great gym.but read the fine print of your membership contact! Moving away from town took several expensive months of auto-payments to eventually pause, then extra months to break contract. I live seasonally in Victoria so their membership system is poorly set up for anyone but full-time residents. Too bad, it's a nice gym but I'll probably go somewhere else during my next trip to Victoria.

Honestly, this gym is pretty great. Decent amount of equipment but the best part is it's in a nice brick buildings, lots of planets and natural light and everyone is pretty friendly. The only downside is that the music is often terrible. Like I get that most people have headphones on but still, the majority of staff play stuff that is more suited to a BBQ or being at the beach. It can be a buzzkill if you forget your headphones.
